Bruce was fantastic! He helped us when it was raining and I couldn't see anything. From shopping for the correct wipers and even him running out to install them. He's awesome! Will definitely return with any issues I may have.
I love getting my material in my parts from O'Reilly's they always greet me with a smile eager to help me and make sure I got everything I need to do my job I used to have another auto parts house but they always kept giving me the wrong parts O'Reilly's I don't remember getting a bad part from them at all

I took my battery for testing, and they conducted a thorough examination. Instead of trying to sell me a new battery, they determined there was no issue with it. Previously, I had taken it to another store, where I was told the battery was defective.

Not even one star is appropriate for the sales person who was rude and blamed me because they sold me the wrong part! Drove an hour to buy the part, drove another hour to return the wrong part. Guy said it’s my fault that they sold me the wrong part.
Got a refund-went across the road to Auto Zone got the correct part in less than a minute with no attitude. Long time oriely customer. NEVER GOING TO oriely again!!!
My car has been displaying a maintenance required message. I went to O’Reillys in Pearl first. A older woman assisted me. The customer service was not up to par to say the least. She was extremely belittling and rude. She ran the diagnostic and suggested I get an oil change. I am not due for an oil change and believe it is something else, but was dismissed. My last experience there, a few months ago, was similar. My fuse for my horn was blown and I went to OReillys. She looked at the fuse, passed it to a coworker, and they laughed. Just the general atmosphere was not professional. In turn, I took my business to Advanced Auto. Mr. Aguilar took excellent care of me! He assisted me in resetting my light and checked out my car in regards to my other concerns. He is an exceptional employee, very attentive, and kind. The difference between the two places is astronomic. If you prefer to be treated like a human being while giving your time and money into your vehicle, I highly recommend Advanced Auto.
So i bought some lifters off line for my 03 ram 4.7 and now there is a single ticking on driver side. So i came here to get 8 more made by Melling and at a great price $9.99 + this cheap fastener removal tool that will work great at poping the rocker arms off. I used a couple flat bars last time. Also the customer service at this location is great. So checked them out for ur next mechanically project. Ill update to 5 stars if theses eliminate the ticking.

Walked in and immediately greeted. Store associate showed me very quickly where the items were....perfect! Store clean, lot easily accessible. I recieved my military discount through my account.
Went in to get a loaner tool (wheel bearing press) yesterday. It was busy and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Even with being busy and having a line of people, I was in and out in about 20 min. Great job guys, keep up the great work.

Every single worker here was super helpful and so kind. I came in with two parts that were in the right box but were the wrong thing, and even came from a separate O’Reilly’s in Brandon where every worker was complaining and dragged around the entire time. James helped me in particular, and while they didn’t have the part at the time I was there it was coming in a little later the same day; so he gave me the exact time to come back and his name! Came back in and got exactly what I needed and I was in the store for less than 10 minutes total.. in that 10 minutes, every single worker offered to help me or asked if anyone was already helping me. Super super friendly employees, knowledgeable (this one’s rare!), easy to work with, fun to talk to, and so understanding. Absolutely come here if you’re looking for car services of any kind.
Had a bad battery and the O’Reilly employees really were above and beyond helpful. It was cold and rainy and without complaint they helped us get the battery replaced. Very very satisfied with the service.
These guys are super nice and helpful! They were out of what I needed, but we're able to hold my parts at another location. James even went as far as calling the other store to verify they had what I needed. So I didn't waste a drive!
Mike was a huge help and knowledgeable if the problem kept happening He had a mechanic he recommended and was super helpful! Mike needs some praise, I would even give him a raise.. we need more people like mike in this world! Thanks Mike!
This is hands down the most helpful auto parts store. All the staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to do what it takes to satisfy their customers. If you need a part they most likely have it in stock and if not they will make sure you have it the next day. I travel from Madison County just to shop this store in particular!
This is my go to place for parts. I just finished building a Rat Rod and Toi and her staff were super helpful helping me get what I needed. Even with all the mixed match parts. They have a price match guarantee and have done that for me on certain parts. Their products seem to hold up better than most places.
Call to store assistant asked me about part number gave her a part number over the phone see if the part was in ask her to pull it be there in 20 minutes arrive at O Reilly she didn’t pull the part went to go look for it in the store couldn’t find it waste of my time sad. Went back to store 15 minutes later store manager help me about a park happy camper :-) went from one star to five star Thanks again store manager
Well, I went into this place and some girl starts yelling, "you just got your brakes replaced and they are squeeking?!" As if she was some type of animated character. I was embarrassed and decided to find a more civilized store. Otherwise this is a nice store.
I needed a motor for my front passenger side window. Went to the store and Nathan was able to identify what I needed and helped me with the purchase. He explained the warranty and asked if I had any questions.
I'm not the most savvy when it comes to vehicles, so it was to get help and get my wimdo working again.
Friendly staff and great customer service. I do enjoy getting my parts there for all my vehicles. They seem to have everything in stock and if they don't they will get it quickly for you. Good customer loyalty program.
Horrible service . Put in an order for condenser and guy told me it would be there at 7 AM in the morning. I arrived at 8 AM that next morning and was informed it was on the truck and being unloaded and give them an hour. I left the store and came back at lunch only to find out that the item was never there and it was not shipped. Schedule maintenance for the repair was at 3 PM that day. Three trips to the store and left with no condenser. Bad service. AutoZone across the street is your best bet
