Got my truck towed by them gave them a called told me it would be 500 plus 150 a day. I told them ok and went by to pick it up the very next day and that price went up to almost 1000 because of "FEES". Also they don't accept card only cash. Their office is in Jackson and once you pay for it you gotta follow them to pearl to get your vehicle back.
This place knows how to scam, they tow your cars to the TCW building across the street from their google location the one with the electric and barbwire fence. They tow vehicles of people who have been arrested to the gated yard that isn't open over the weekend so they can charge whatever amount for storage and the tow. They do like this because the State of Mississippi cant figure out how to pass a bill to fix unwilling tow pricing.
Horrible company. Random pricing. Trey began yelling on the phone, very rude & hes the owner... Will file a complaint with Mississipi DOT, the pricing did not MATCH what I was told when I booked the tow.
There prices are an outrage and if your vehicle is towed on a Friday or the weekend you can't get it back til the following Monday but yet you are still charged storage for the weekend even thought they won't let you pay them to get it til that Monday
I was in a pickle of a situation, stuck at Uhaul storage unit in Pearl with my two granddaughters. Ward came out after I had been refused by two other wrecker services for fear that if they moved my vehicle they would do more damage. Somehow, Ward came up with a solution and moved my automobile very early the next morning to Anglin Tire company. I don't give reviews as that's time I can't get back, but my hat is off to these guys! Thank you Ward.
Over priced ,,,,they will push all debris off there bed into ur drive ,,,no use of a pan or bag to pick up debris ,,,,,,and did I say really over priced $ 1,009 to tow 70 miles along with the recovery and two days of storage ,,,,very nice in the office though
Will in Truck #3 was Great! He was on scene super fast, much faster than expected. He was calm, knowledgeable, and focused. He understood the specifics of my vehicle and had me back on the road in no time. I’ll definitely look for Ward’s when I have a need in the future. Keep up the good work y’all!
SUPER fast service (on Friday night!!!) with exceptionally nice representatives. I absolutely have no problem paying for this A++ level of service and will be sure to keep Ward's in my phonebook for the future.
I broke down on the interstate, luckily i was able to get to the shoulder. I called Wards Wrecker at 4:30 right in the middle of rush hour. He was there in 30 mins. Super nice, very professional. If i ever need another tow i will definitely use them again. Thank you for such excellent service.
I was broke down in Jackson Mississippi about a year ago. Called these guys they were out there very quickly got me off the interstate and to the freight liner dealer. Very professional and nice people will call them again in the future if need be. Thanks again
