Would give 1000 stars if I could !!! Amazing people !!! My in-laws were stranded over an hr away with a camper and 3500 well no one in the local area had a truck and driver and a driver willing to go get them and bring them home .. or so we though but Phillips worked together and even tho the truck we needed was tied up they got them home !! Above and beyond the call thank you so much yall are true life savers !!!!!
Got the car where it needed to go without any damage. I appreciate the late night pick up and text to let me know the key was where it needed to go. Didn’t see or talk to so, but no complaints from me
My roadside assistance gave me a 60 to 90 minute eta. But 20 minutes later I received the help and assistance.

Called State Farm for roadside assistance and this is who was sent. Responded quickly and very courteous. Estimated wait time initially 1 1/2 hours but they made it less than 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
I forgot about everything that was happening because of the tow truck driver. We talked the whole way to the destination and honestly it was the better half of the evening. 1000/10 service, seriously great people/person.
My car broke down for the second time … AAA sent your tow service … A a wonderful polite young man showed up earlier than expected and reduced the anxiety of the whole situation … He was very efficient at loading my car after checking a few things that might have been an issue … He had other ideas what might be wrong.. he shared his concerns with the dealership where he delivered my car .. they did follow up with his assessments … sadly after 2 more tows with my original problem of my vehicle not able to start up continues… it’s looking like I’m having some sort of electrical issue … But your company provided wonderful tow service …
My driver was very professional, courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable. Not sure what constitutes "Long distance Hauling," but I don't consider the distance my car needed to travel "Local." I will recommend Phillips Towing to everyone I know who requires this kind of service.

Mike was great. It was only a couple of minutes after I called roadside assistance through my vehicle manufacturer that I got a call from Mike. He was picking up my vehicle in less than an hour. He kept me up to date and let me know that it was delivered without an issue.

Insurance company paid the bill. They were a little over 3 miles away from my car but it took them about 30 minutes to get to me. The driver was very nice. Also the truck was very clean!

I had a leaky fuel line on my truck and scheduled a tow to the dealer for the next day through my Farm Bureau insurance. The next morning, I got texts from Ryan to let me know he was on his way, a call when he got there, and then got to watch him load my truck up on his wrecker. He treated it very carefully and skillfully had it on the wrecker and secured within about 15 minutes. I am skeptical of tow services because you just never know what you will get, but I can say that Ryan was a complete professional. The dealer said they received it with no issues. Great communication and follow through from these folks and I will have no issues using them again if needed. Thank you for your attention to detail today.
Whomever the guy is that answers , that dispatch guy is horrible. Josh was very nice. Jimmy was very nice . I had to keep calling though and I had to wait over 2 hrs. The dispatch guy needs a position not answering the phone or dealing with people period . He is horrible
Driver was nice, professional but Driver lost my key set that had vehicle keys and 10+ work keys. Dispatcher offered to pay for vehicle keys but dealer no longer makes fob and work keys require special codes. After finding out how difficult is going to be to replace keys I drove the 160 miles round trip to site of the breakdown and found the set off keys where he dropped them. I paid $400+ over what my insurance paid for the tow then had to drive back to find keys. I would have given 5 stars if you paid my mileage back to find keys where you lost them or if you had driven back to find them
He was very professional. I had to leave my vehicle but assured me that everything would be fine. He also called me every step of the way. He sent me photos when he had arrived and unloaded my vehicle. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you guys so much ??
I can’t say enough good things about Phillips Towing! The driver arrived before the scheduled time and was super competent and well trained! He had my vehicle loaded and secured within probably 15 minutes upon arrival! He was friendly and professional! My insurance was able to cover the cost.
Lost a ball joint, fella was at my car in 15min tops. Very professional, took his time to be careful, great job and great guy, definitely would call them again. Wish I'd had more to tip him for the quality of service for sure.
Our driver was simply the BEST!! HE worked fast and was doing all this during a rain and lighting storm. Our car was in tight space that made it tricky but he was well trained and experienced.
