Halls literally damaged my truck and refused to properly fix the damage basically tried to slap the bumper brace back on any kind of way y’all are terrible I wouldn’t recommend yall to anyone
Was told to signed a paper that we poorly explained to me so requested a manager the manager did explain hey I have to sign paper before getting my items out the car but the paper explained that they would not be reliable for and damages so I wasn’t able to inspect vehicle with out signing just to get my personal items and before leaving was told if I get my tag fixed I wouldn’t be in this situation I believe that could have been left out but he was right my tag was expired but it did not have to be rubbed in by the manager I just wanted my personally items beside this great service vehicle was delived safely
We want to thank Halls Towing and especially their driver, Michael, for a very positive experience. Our 45ft Newell motor coach had engine trouble in Meridian, MS and was not drivable. When Michael arrived from Jackson, MS (coach had to go to Cummins in Jackson), all was going well until he noticed the generator exhaust pipe on my Newell was directly in the way of his lift so it had to be removed. No easy task but Michael jumped right in. He tried to slide it apart but the fittings were frozen. We tried multiple ways to separate it. Michael came up with some thoughtful approaches but was unsuccessful. We ended up sawzalling the pipe so he could raise the coach without crushing the pipe. He did a great job; was pleasant and positive throughout the whole adventure. Thanks again to Michael and Halls Towing.
My car was stolen in June and you guys were awesome!! Alex was professional and did exactly what she promised everytime. It was such a pleasure to work with someone as pleasant as Alex. The window was broken out and I also needed pictures to send for the insurance claim. She made a horrible situation bareable. Thank you!! The insurance guy was so impressed he told me he was going to keep them in his contacts!!
I had someone come out to retrieve a container from the creek that got blown in from some bad weather. The driver refused to complete the job because he said he saw a snake. We went in and got it out ourselves and never seen any snakes. I was also told I would be contacted on Monday by someone else so they could come out and no one ever called. If I’m paying $375 an hour with a two hour minimum I shouldn’t have to keep calling someone to come out. I have made a review for this company before on excellent service that i received but todays review is not a good one.
I asked help to tow my broken truck to Kenworth dealer, this towing company is one of the best experiences I have had, cheap, fast, with good communication and responsive. I highly recommend to work with them if you need towing in MS area
The driver Michael did a amazing job towing my semi and dropping trailer off he was safe,respectful,fast and efficient if the manager see’s this review I hope you guys him a raise and if I ever break down in Mississippi again I’m calling halls towing
Joel and David are awesome. I work with them on a daily basis via phone, setting up tows, etc. Donnie is one of the drivers, and he is by far the sweetest person ever! I always recommend Hall’s to folks.
Although I had to call back after an hour to find out the service was cancelled, Joel took care to reschedule and get a large tow truck to pull a tree service truck out of the yard. Only for the truck to roll BACK into the yard! Great service.
Prices for towing are reasonable. Storage prices are also reasonable. These people do watch over your vehicle & your belongings inside your vehicle. They make sure who looks at & goes near your vehicle.
I've been using the same tow service for years.
But when I couldn't get anyone to come help, I called Halls.
Alex was very professional and got my Mustang out of the ditch after it had been run off the road.
Will use this service again.
Called for them to move a partially dead small tractor and bush hog from Gluckstadt to far out in Canton. Price reasonable considering the 21-mile one-way. Forgot about the locked gate, gave them the code and simple instructions and they handled it - great to deal with them! Definitely use them again if needed for anything towing related.

The nice guy gave me some warm since I have a terrible day because of my truck is got DEF problem I have to towing away to dealer shipper ，when we were waiting for them ，the truck is good to go ，wow
When I call them back said my truck is good to go no need towing about I think maybe they will get mad and charge me a big amount ，but
apparently I was wrong and they surprise me and say no charge and good luck to me ！

If I could give it a -10 I would got my truck towed from Ms b/c my truck wouldn't go over 5 miles the driver took off my drive shaft and we came to KW in New Orleans dude dropped my truck and forgot to leave my shaft swore he left it. I damn sure and KW didn't have it long story short will not be using their service again
Contrary to gossip, I had a great experience at Halls towing. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and welcoming. Fair with the price and very understanding. I actually went in expecting a bad experience. That did not happen. Very professional. Thank you sir for proving the gossips wrong. He even sent us extra help to move my vehicle and the help was willing and welcoming.
I just will not be able to rave enough over the service I received from this company. I was broken down on the side of the road on a touring motorcycle. No motorcycle tow service not even through HOG would come get me out there. HOWEVER David, Chris and Shorty from Halls Towing were so concerned for my safety and wellbeing they did everything they could to get a very distressed women out of a storm and off that roadway as well as made sure my friends from out of town knew they were taking care of me! Hall's was sent to me through my roadside assistance with USAA to tow my car. They arrived in a good amount of time, were quick & professional upon arriving, & very friendly! I would definately recommend this company!
Awesome!! They didn't waste any time to come to my rescue. They took their time and patience with us to make sure we made it to our destination safe, and made sure they didn't leave until we were situated at home.

they came all the way from Brandon to Madison to tow my car out of a very busy Sam’s Club parking lot (very difficult considering the amount of customers present). I wasn’t present and my car came back without a single scratch! Highly recommend! Very professional! Wish I could rave more

This review is for any truck driver, whose company requires that you park here. Friendly, but you will need to pay $10. up front before parking in the rear of this company on a grassy hill. Quite secure area. Bathroom located in the front office.
