i called looking for my car very rude and disrespectful.its 50 a day too keep your car in a mud hole. then they say they are not responsible if anything is stolen or broken on your car but it’s 50 a day to keep it there. poor customer service overpriced and very rude.if i could give 0 stars i would. i never threw trash on the ground that was one of their workers (which was let go after the fact) i had my car parked there because i needed a jump off. i cussed at you after you where being rude and aggressive with me. yes i did cuss AFTER y’all where being unprofessional and rude!!!!

Allen and his crew are professional and quick to get the work done. Allen is always open and honest about the work needed and the ability to get it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Richland Wrecker Service.

Called to get my vehicle towed this morning, and the guy that answered had an EXTREMELY horrible attitude with me, yelling and calling me “dude”. He asked me what was the closest landmark to the destination in which the car was going.. ( not the actual address ), and I replied what it was… 3 times. Nicely. Then he precedes to say, he’s not by his computer, then he told me to find someone else to do it. Well , that’s exactly what I did. I called Halls Towing. I guess it’s because I’m an African American woman, he felt the need of not caring if I had their services or not.

They have worked on my F150 a few times repairing things I’m not experienced in. Has always been honest and fair on the cost about everything. They even towed my truck on a weekend to get it to there shop to repair it. I appreciate there experience and honesty. I highly recommend them.

Towed my car away, but worked with me pretty good on not only getting it back but getting it fixed. Alan is an awesome dude, service is professional and friendly and extremely reasonable.

REALLY POOR COMMUNICATION. BOUGHT A PART FROM DEALER, AFTER THE FACT OF DOING DIAGNOSTIC, HE TELLS ME MAAAAM your car is too far gone with timing chain going out I just think I'll PASS on anything else. The car sounds the same AND HE DIDNT TELL me THERE was a purge valve back in the box. No warranty on dealership part is on the re receipt I got no copy of diagnostic. Really bad customer appreciation

Friendly hometown people with expert service They will fix what they can, they won't tear up what they can't, and they know the difference ... They will advise you on what's best and never overcharge you. A+ service is hard to come by these days so give credit where it's due

This man is very unprofessional. I paid him around $3,000 to replace my alternator and fix other things. I live a few hours away so as soon as I made it home, my car would not start. His team did not hook the alternator in right and also caused other issues. I told him about it months ago and he wanted to charge me $500 to tow my car back to him, which was not an option. I just paid $1600 for issues that his team caused and he is not even willing to speak with me about it. Nissan had my car since June, and they are just now able to fix my car and find the issues. All this man cares about is 90 days parts and 90 days labor when he knows I called him MONTHS AGO!! He is very rude and unprofessional and do not give him your money unless you want to end up in my Same situation!! It should be illegal to do business the way he does, but he obviously needs my money more than I do!!

Mr Miles..owner and operator takes steps to make your business a pleasant trip. No one wants road travel problems so he and his team keep you happy. Fully equipped garage to repair the vehicle and return you to the highway ,, if possible. Towing etc. Realignment. He's got it all. Who doesn't need an honest mechanic in their lives during times like these? Not only are they honest, but they do good work and they're fair. No rippin' ya off, no tellin' ya stuff that don't need fixin', straight to the point and that's that. No jibber-jabber. Come back a second or third time and you'll feel like family. I actually don't get mad when my old Ford breaks down cuz I get to go and see them again.

Yall!! This company is by far the most professional, reliable, trustworthy tow company we've ever dealt with. My husband's work car got stuck in gear, and for hours we couldn't find a tow company that wouldn't give us the run around. They were highly recommended by a friend. We called, and within an hour they came to get the car that was stuck in the middle of a parking lot. Definitely our new go to for all towing needs.

Excellent customer service and great rates. Towed my vehicle to their shop. They had it fixed and ready to drive by the next morning and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

I have a 5 speed 93 model truck and outside of working on it myself, there is no other place I will take my ride to be worked on. Friendly, and helpful people. Prices are hard to beat.

They were great, i wish i could remember the driver’s name but he did everything he could so the tire wouldn’t rip my bumper since my ball joint had broken ; i really appreciated the great customer service

Richland helped us out a ton! We broke down on the side of the highway on our way to Colorado with a busted altinator belt and radiator. They had us fixed towed, repaired and back on our way in 4 hours. Great service, great staff, great prices!

I've used these guys to repair an older truck I had and they did a great job at a fair price. I've also recently used them to pull my truck out that was stuck up to the hubs in mud. The guy got there quick on a Saturday and got me out, and again at a fair price. I highly recommend them for any towing or repair needs.

We use Richland Wrecker Service for all of our towing needs both personally and business. They are always very dependable and I recommend them to all of my business and personal friends. I don't know how they do it but i always say "they can be anywhere in 7min"

I have had the fortune (or misfortune, depending on how you look at it...) to have needed their services twice, but I will tell you now that if I need my car to be towed (God forbid), I will certainly call Richland Wrecker Services again! I've needed them to tow my sorry old minivan twice, and both times they have been prompt, friendly, and courteous. The first time I had them repair my car as well, and they were very helpful and did an excellent job. Will recommend to anyone who needs a good towing service. They work 24hr, so I was able to get towed when everywhere else was closed. My thanks to Jimmy and everyone else.

My mom started using these guys a few years ago. I have been in MS helping her for almost a year and have had to have my 15 year old suburban serviced a few times. These guys are more than "reasonably priced" (less than what my family friend mechanic can do the work for, at times!). They do not "nickel and dime" you, and they are HONEST. Reasonable prices, honest, integrity, and quality work time after time, earn them a solid 5 stars.

By far the most horrible scam artist company around. I was stranded on side the road with a newborn baby and called them for help with a tool to drop my spare tire and the man that answered the phone only said there would be a charge to tow my truck to a shop he never once said they were going to charge just to come and say they don't carry tools with them. The tow truck driver pulled in front of my truck to tow my truck all because I said well I'll see if someone else could help me with the tools. I called the company back and the man said "you people think we drive for free and health. No you pay for every single thing". They took $55 from me and refused to give me a receipt.

Outstanding response! Arrived within 10 minutes after I called. Just moved to the area a couple weeks ago and don't have clue as to who my go to places are. Now I know for sure who I will call next for any service!! Just awesome! When I first called I also asked about their mechanic service becaus my vehicle also needed a repair to the A/C, the gentleman was very helpful in discussing what he can do. They were also courteous in last minute change in venue when my car was going to be taken somewhere else because I was able to contact a mechanic I knew in the area.

This company is a scam. They will verbally give you a quote and tell you that this quote includes tax out the door. They do not give you anything in writing. Once you go pick your vehicle up they will add an additional 7% to your bill telling you the price didn't include sales tax!! If do not agree to pay the additional 7% they will not let you have your vehicle and charge you a $35.00 storage fee for every night that you leave the vehicle on site. This is a clever scam to add an additional 7% profit to their bottom line.I would definitely not ever trust someone like this to work on any more of our fleet.

I really thought the service was going to be a 5 stars. sadly, (without getting too technical) parts were removed and not replaced and although the price for the job was set, the guy wanted to charge me 50$ extra to put the parts back on... being straight forward about the pricing is always best.

Top notch! I had a fantastic experience with this company this morning pulling my motorhome out of the mud! Down to earth, straightforward, honest, friendly, professional, and reasonable. Wow! You don't come across this kind of service often these days. Hope I don't become a regular, but I sure know who to call next time.
