Very bad telephone service, not even out of respect for the clientele that has selected them they respond regarding a withdrawal of a product already paid for It!
I went in to buy control arms for my truck. They sold me the wrong ones with a lifetime warranty. I installed them on my truck and could not get it aligned. Took me 2 weeks to get the right ones from a different company and get them installed. When I went to return the wrong ones they refused because the ball joint boots were damaged….because they sold me the wrong ones. The young man at that was in charge called the store manager who also refused the refund and treated me as if I were trying to do a fraudulent transaction. Never should a manager use the words fraudulent if there is no basis and should darn well be able to differentiate when the store is at fault. I asked for corporate’s contact information and he would not give it to me. Not only do they have a need for more knowledgeable clerks they have terrible customer service. I will never do business with this store again. Thankfully Oriellys just opened up down the road.
Wanted to commend the staff at this location. Every single staff member spoke to me and asked if I had been helped. While I was waiting to get used oil recycled, I noticed they also knew the names of the customers at the commercial desk. As I was leaving, everyone spoke to me as I walked out. I was very impressed with their kindness and attentiveness.
Amazing service and awesome people! Went in for a headlight bulb for my car because one went out right before dark, and they helped pick out the right option for my car and, even better, helped me put it in! They helped me be safe on the road after dark, without needing to miss work! THANK YOU!

The staff is friendly but they're prices are basically double that of Wal-Mart's. In this time and economy everyone needs their hard earned dollars to go farther so it is definitely wise to see who in your area has the best price.
They had the store staffed properly so even though many customers were in the store and checking out, I was able to get in and out quickly with what I needed.
I came looking for something quite specific, which they didn't have. Went next door to the competition, and was reminded why I like this store. Very friendly and helpful.
Great place for parts and depending on what you need tested awesome place to go. Car computer code readouts, testing batteries for vehicles and lawn equipment, on vehicles can test starters and alternators and you can dispose of your used oil there at no charge.
Wow is all I can say about this encounter is that I'm very sure I'm no longer spending my money at Auto Zone stores period. Had to send my GF for the store for an oil pan drain plug and a bolt extractor for a rounded 15mm hex head. The counter person had zero knowledge of anything automotive, told the GF she'd have to go to the dealership... L I looked it up on their website and they had it in stock, along with the extractor of course! Manager apologized nonchalant over the phone so I go down there and I ask him how was it possible that I had to do his guy's job, as well as drive to the auto parts store twice!! for something so simple... Fast forward I bought nothing and won't buy for any auto zone again for that matter. Addison, the Manager, should be reprimanded and his buddy that has no training whatsoever, and couldn't even ask a coworker when he didnt know something. He just says whatever comes to mind apparently.
I’m an autozone junkie!! I’m in here at least once a day if not more depending on if it’s detailing weather or not! Some of the guys probably hate seeing me come in because I usually test there knowledge and skills not mention their patients but they smile and help. The zone needs to have a VIP rewards card that I can just scan and it brings up my card in my garage and details they need to search for parts at the time and apply discounts based on time and money spent at your zone location!!! (HINT HINT) the guys have come a long way since I first started coming in and there’s a couple that got knowledge for automotive help and hope their rewarded for that. The things that I have issue with are more computer related or cooperate protocol vs this particular Zone or Zonee’s.
I personally didn’t meet this man but my husband was just describing what a good experience he had at autozone from an employe named Jonathan! He went above and beyond good customer service and we need more like him!
Battery on my truck went out today stopped in at AutoZone talk to Jeffrey he was super helpful. Purchase a new battery and Jeffrey helped install it in and out of there in less than an hour great attitude great customer service
The manager of this store threatened to call the cops on me because I asked for help with a faulty product. I called 1st & the employee said “yea come on up & we’ll tane a look at it”. Then upon arrival, the manager stormed oit & said “we don’t work on peoples’ vehicles & you’re not gonna work on it in my parking lot. I’ll call the cops if you don’t leave my property right now”. To say all this was an uncalled for drama fest is a huge understatement. Should’ve stuck with NAPA. Unbelievable, man. I was stunned
Great product, great service, either has the part you need or can get it quickly, friendly, and they will do many things to help for free like testing batteries and alternators and hooking up to the computer in your vehicle and giving you a readout.
I get there with (1) customer in the store he leaves and neither employee offered me help. I finally ask for help and one employee starts turning the lights off, it’s 7:45 and they don’t close until 8:00. 🤷♂️
Employees clearly aren’t trained properly or have no idea what they’re doing, don’t care for their customers, and have no manners whatsoever. Within the spans of one weekend I was there every single day to exchange the wrong part for the right one. One of those days I was left in the back to sift through a crate of brake drums/discs to find the part I called on the phone about. So obviously they didn’t grab the part and set it aside. After pulling atleast 30 drums/discs from the bin I found what I was looking for. After checking out the employee asked if I was going to help him put them back up. They’ve lost a customer.
