Mike was professional and accurate with the quote he gave me for having my transmission replaced. He was even able to reduce the original estimate due to getting the new transmission at a lower price than quoted. I would have never known had he not told me, and he could have kept the extra money. That goes a long way in my book.
Burleson did a wonderful job of diagnosing and thoroughly explaining the issues with my car. Mike walked me through everything step-by-step, and understood the urgency that I had with it being my only vehicle for transportation to and from work. His quick responses to my many questions kept me in the know and made me feel secure in their knowledge and ability to get the job done correctly, efficiently, and as cost effective as possible. I even had a conversation the mechanic that worked on my car, Thomas, who also explained everything he needed to do, and reaffirmed my confidence that I had my Fiat at the best shop. Go and see Mike and he will get you taken care of! My Aunt took her car in and what she thought was bad was a simple fix. Lots of people would have taken advantage but they didn't! Honesty goes a long way but is becoming less common these days! This has become my go-to place!
U guys are awesome if u want anything done on your truck these are the guys to come to. Just give Them a call and ask for Mike and he will take care of all your needs or lead u in the right path. Dropped my truck when opened They repaired front ujoints, inner axle seals and both axles and was out there by two the same day. Try them out guys u won’t be disappointed
Very professional great people the only mechanic I ever use and will use. Whatever comes up I can take it to their shop no matter what it is and I know it’s going to be fixed right with any projects I have going on. Love them!
The only place I trust to maintain a/o repair my family's vehicles. They specialize in diesel repair, and are a must if you own a diesel. That said, Chris and the crew can, and do repair all makes and models. Great customer service, see Mike or Brady, they'll get you fixed up.

Have been using Burleson's for years now, still can't stress enough how good of work these guys do. You owe it to yourself, and your vehicle, to give these guys a try when needing service.
I am very pleased with the work performed on my 1997 Ford F-250. Burleson’s came highly recommended, and I can clearly see why. Mike and his team completed the work in a timely manner, especially considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Very impressive operation — I’m glad I found them.
Mike did a great job. He did a post purchase inspection on my 2021 Nissan armada. It needed rear brakes and rotors he did a great job for me. Excellent communication and service! Will be my go to place for all my vehicles needs moving forward.

Burleson’s has been my “go-to” for a few years now. Recently, while experiencing a concerning vibration and worsening humming at speeds above 40 mph, I had two tire repair shops check all the tires. It was determined my problem was in the rear end. Burledon’s found that the u-joints were bad and had the drive shaft repaired and rebalanced. Problem corrected. Great company to do business with.
Brought my 4Runner in for what I thought was a major oil leak. Mike kept me updated the entire time and explained everything clearly. Turned out to just be a gasket! Super honest shop and great communication — I’ll definitely be back if I ever need anything else.
My Fleetwood Bounder motor home had heat and odor coming from the rear brakes. Mike got me in quickly and Chris and his team diagnosed the problem in short order. The parts were ordered and arrived next day. The team found that I only needed pads and seals, and they didn’t try to “up-sell” me on calipers and rotors. Chris and his team had the repair done and the vehicle road tested shortly after lunch. Mile kept me informed the whole way. They have earned another loyal customer, as I will be back.

6 hours away from home and we had a broken down diesel. After a recommendation from the Ford dealership I called and spoke to Tim. Got our truck towed there from West Memphis and they had it ready in about a day. Even got a part that everyone said was on nationwide back order! Amazing communication and great service!

We arrived in Southhaven MS in our Class C RV on a cross country trip and the front brakes were shot, metal on metal. After checking with some other shops I was referred to Burleson's and was I glad. Mike Sisk took control of the situation, we dropped the RV off at 7:30 the next morning and it was ready by mid-afternoon. They had to replace both rotors, pads and calipers, the brakes now feel much better than I ever recall before. And the pricing was not outrageous, so if you're visiting the Memphis area and you have RV or car issues I would highly recommend Burleson's.
These guys are top notch! Was just staying in Memphis briefly and I brought my ‘16 F250 in after it blew the turbo side cold air intake tube and they had me back going in 30 minutes. Always nice to find this kind of service when away from home.
Took four days to tell me that my battery needs to be replaced, even though I'm not convinced that's all that was wrong with the car… When I go to pick up my car, they are not very friendly or concerned at all. I pay, get my keys. They put some huge sticker that I have to peel off my keys..which are still sticky. nobody even bothers to tell me where my car is located so I had to wander around the parking lot trying to make sure I knew where it was. There are better places who actually want your business.
Mr. Brady is awesome. I went in and told him what I wanted for my Toyota Tacoma and he fixed me right up. Please with customer service and work done on my truck. 3 1/2” lift, new tires and rims. 5 ⭐️
They work on a lot more than just Diesels. I had them put on a larger Perrin Intake and gauges. Boost/AFR and Oil pressure on a 2013 Subaru STI. They got it done quickly and it works great! I plan to bring more business their way and suggest them to anyone needing maintenance or aftermarket work done. Their facility is huge with lifts for very large vehicles. Very professional and the cost was what I expected. They were honest with pricing.
