Had a donut on my car went to see if they could change my tire out for an already mounted tire. Said 5 hours. I understand they are busy, but the guy before me walked in said he had to be back to work in an hour but needed 4 tires changed. They took his keys and said yes sir
Initial fast service and good customer service. Marked two stars because they over pressurized my tires on install. Didn't bother to look at tire recommendations printed on the tire. They just went off the sticker on my truck. I have custom suspension and aftermarket rims. When I called to ask why they over pressurized the tires. I was told I was wrong and pressure filled was correct then hung up on. I guess the verbiage printed on the tires is wrong too? SMH. I will not return. Walmart was the same price to mount tires, I chose Bryant because I wanted my money to stay local. Lesson learned.
I will always recommend Bryant’s for any maintenance you need. Needed all 4 new tires and they installed+aligned all for a very affordable price. Bryant will work with you on prices (very affordable) and you’ll get more than your money worth. Their staff is very friendly and recognize faces, greeting me with my childhood nickname.
Unfriendly service on phone and in person. Prices are way to high. They treat you like you do not belong thier as a customer. Will never bring my vehicle to them.
I bought two sets of tires here. Since then, they have rotated the tires and fixed flats no charge. I also had an Interstate Battery fail that I bought somewhere else. They did a hassle-free warrantee replacement. I have no reservation about recommending this business.
They have the absolute Best CUSTOMER SERVICE that I've ever experienced! The tire tech, Scotty, was INCREDIBLE❗❗5 🌟 can't be explained on how well the service was!!
Excellent service. Friendly. HONEST. I am a single woman with no one to help or advise me on car repairs. I know that I can believe Paul Bryant. He has never taken advantage of my lack of knowledge of car mechanics. I trust him!
Would not recommend this place to anyone. They break stuff on your car and tell you they are working on getting it to replace it when I know that Nissan has the part in stock because I checked on it myself!! If you look at the picture you can see the crack running from one side to the other. The replacement part at Nissan cost $216.53.
Don’t even waste your time here. So a few weeks ago I’d called ahead to see how much it would be to get my a/c fixed, it was a simple question just to see what they would charge for different reasons for it not working. The guy on the phone was very rude and rushed me saying he didn’t have time for this and to just bring it in for an estimation and he hung up on me. I should’ve just moved on to a different shop at that point but a close friend really liked this place so I held on to hope. The next day I called again and asked how much an estimation would be and to make sure I wouldn’t need an appointment this time it was a different guy on the phone and he was a lot nicer he told me the price and to just bring the car in whenever. So a week passes and I finally have the off time and the help I need to be able to take the car in my friend wants me to call again and make sure so the day beforehand I do (this is a Wednesday that I call). So I call and just say i wanna double check that I can bring the car in the next day for the estimation. Immediately the guy on the phone starts yelling out they only do estimations on mondays and that I’d have to wait until next week so at this point I’m extremely flustered because I’ve been given the run around and all the plans I had to make were unnecessary. So Monday finally comes and I tell my husband to make sure they’ll take card not cash so he calls and is told they can’t do estimations on mondays and to bring it in on Tuesday at that point I’m done calling and tell him to bring the car in anyway so he drives up and they’re like ok go ahead and pay before we work on the vehicle. He pulls out his card and they absolutely lose their minds about cash only although I’d just watched someone use a card not even five minutes ago. This place is a waste of time, they’ll give you the run around, and they don’t even know their own policies.
Bryant’s Tire & Service has great staff and exceptional customer service. They went above my expectations on my vehicle. I needed expert opinion on my car and which course of action to take. They know their business and I appreciate their honesty. I highly recommend them.
Mr. Bryant is as good as they get. If his team cant fix it they will direct you in the right direction. He doeant nickle and dime you. I will always take my cars to him.
Friendly folks and fair pricing on service. They won't gouge you for more than the necessary repairs. This is a no-brainer in Hernando if you need tires or auto repair
We're a couple of Canadians who were on a long road trip and had to pull over with car troubles on our way to Memphis. We brought our car here late in the afternoon when the garage was about to close. A mechanic took a quick look and told us it could be fixed the next morning by noon. Unfortunately, they were unable to contact us for some reason (not sure if they wrote down my number wrong or if there was a problem with my phone), so we didn't find out until we called them at noon the next day that someone had stayed late to fix it the day we dropped it off! We really appreciate them going the extra mile and we only wish that they had been able to reach us so that we could have taken advantage of them getting it done so quickly!
Got new tired on my truck. They are suposse rotate and balance them every wok milea. Well I to my truck back 4 different times in a month to do so and each time they told me they did. Each time they did not. The reason I took it back the last 3 times was something was wrong with my truck after the first time. I guess they think I'm to stupid bc I'm a female to notice that messed it up and not rotating my tires.
Highly recommend this family business which provides good, old-fashioned quality service based on honesty and integrity. Have been a loyal customer for years and always receive reliable tires/repairs/towing at a fair price. Would give this business "6" stars if I could!!
Our car, pulling a small trailer was stopped on I-55 just South of Hernando. We called Bryant Tire for a tow. Dennis Jones (I'm reading from the signature) the driver, arrived within 15 minutes and took us, our car and the trailer 52 miles home. He was great! Good service at a reasonable price.
