Terrible experience twice. DO NOT USE Craigen Tow!!! They pickup the AAA dispatch before anyone else can and then they lie about when they will arrive. The first time it happened to me it was 99t degrees and I was stranded with a broken down car for 2 hours . The second time my husband was the victim and they kept changing their arrival time until after 2 hours he had to get AAA to get someone else.

Im a semi driver i had one of their tow trucks pull in front of me on i55s and proceed to go slower in front of me I switched lanes then they drive off. Completely unprofessional behavior to act like a child while driving.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Brian the driver from this tow company. On a very hot day & not so great situation due to an unexpected car problem. He turned it already with his impeccable, kind service. He was patient and gentle with my mom and I while retrieving our vehicle and picking us up. What an amazing human! Thank you for simply being nice. Have a blessed week ahead :)

My son's vehicle broke down on the way home from spring break and was stranded 3 hours from home. AAA towed his car to Craigen's and they squeezed him in and fixed his car and got him back on the road. Don't find too many mechanics that would help a kid out like this. I'd highly recommend them to anybody.

My truck wouldn't start. Had it towed to Craigens. Two days later they called and said it was ready and the charge is $117.50. When I got there they said there was no charge since I'm a first time customer. I couldn't believe that and I will definitely go back next time I have truck problems. Also, everyone I met was really nice.

Locked the keys in my husband’s truck while at a baseball tournament in Southaven. They were there within an hour. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that unlocked it, but he was very kind, professional, and made a bad situation not so bad! Keisha that I spoke with over the phone was very patient with me. Definitely would recommend them to unlock your car door if you ever have the need around that location!!

Had a flat tire on I269 and then the spare was flat. The tow driver was quick and friendly. Very sweet and helpful in figuring out next stops.

Used them through AAA to tow my car to my house, the girl working there called me with a snotty attitude talking to me like I was stupid because I wasn’t at the vehicle even though I stated in the AAA request I was at the drop off location. She said they needed keys to the vehicle but it won’t crank and it was unlocked so no they didn’t. I had to load my toddler up drive up there just to be met by a man who was just as rude as her and when I told him his office staff needed an attitude adjustment all he said was “um okay”. Keep in mind that’s all he said to me period. Don’t recommend them for towing.

This has to be one of the worst shops in Hernando MS. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. They'll tell you one thing on the one and another when you get there also you'll never get to speak to or see one of the owners. The front counter employees always have some excuse as to why you can't speak to them directly. The only reason why I gave them one star is because I could not give them any stars to be able to leave a review. " I Do Not Recommend" this shop for any service if you value your money, time, or sanity. The only person I could give a compliment to was a young black guy who went and got my friend's vehicle out of the back. He was friendly and respectful and I hope he finds another shop to work at because he in my opinion deserves to be at a better place than that. Also due to the lack of respect for our time, money, gas, and inconvenience, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Had a UHaul reservation for a week in advance. Wasted an hour and left without a trailer after they fiddled on computer and waited on customers who arrived after me. Finally left and went to the closest alternative where I had a trailer and was on the road in 15 minutes. Wouldn't go to Craigen's again EVER!!!

I needed to have my vehicle towed to the dealership. Jonathan with Craigen's was the driver. He was friendly, professional, and definitely knew what he was doing. He was also very careful as he hauled my vehicle to the dealership (slow over bumps, and avoided pot holes and dips . . . Which is hard to do in Memphis! ). Thanks Jonathan and Craigen's! 11/17/23 - we also picked up a U Haul trailer from them today. They were very friendly and the pick up was a breeze.

They have had my vehicle for a solid month now and it still is not fixed. They gave it back to me after having it for 15 days, and it immediately overheated again as soon as I drove it. They towed it back to their shop, and have had it ever since. Today is day 27. It was supposed to be done yesterday, and they keep coming up with excuses why it isn't done. Today they said they are charging it back up and can't give it to me because they need to test drive it. Something is majorly off, and they won't admit that they have done something to my vehicle. I have gone a month without transportation now and have no idea when I'll be getting my car back. Worst experience EVER with an automotive shop and I will never, ever use them again.

I would not take any car to these people Greg will lie to ya when they break or mess up something they don't say nothing the mechanics that worked on my truck suck .I don't mind paying when the work is done ..I will never never go there and anybody I know/ my church already knows we have prayed about this and the way Greg talked to people. I have filed a complaint against them in court that should be coming up....

This was the orchestration and work of my Heavenly Father! Initially, Craigen's was only supposed to move my vehicle from shop #1 to shop #2 because the 1st AAA driver took it to the wrong place. I called shop #2 to let them know my vehicle was on the way due to a AAA error. I was THEN told they didn't do the work I needed. At that time, Savanah from Craigen's called to confirm the move. I was in a full face of tears because i was thoroughly confused. I explained what just happened and asked if she know of anyone who could fix my truck. She had such a peaceful demeanor and that was very calming. She placed me on hold and Joshua picked up the phone and gently asked me to explain the issue. I did and he was confident that they could take care of me. The entire experience was so overwhelming for me but the staff at Craigen's gave me so much peace. Johnathan was the tow truck driver who called me to let me know that he had picked up my truck and then called me back to let me know that it had been safely delivered to their shop. That was great news!! I talked back to Joshua after a confirmed diagnosis and we got the ball rolling. He was so patient with me and that was very important. They got my motor replaced, it cost me an arm and a leg (not their fault...lol) and provided A1 AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Joshua, Savanah and Johnathan!!!

Waited 2 hours for them to show up to tow my car and never got a call back or anything. I waited 2 hours when I could have been sleeping since I work night shifts. Update: After a year I gave Craigen another chance when I used them through AAA service and the service I received this time was amazing.

Always friendly and fair prices. Fixed my cars ac for a fair price and were willing to let me get GM OEM parts to use because I was able to get them cheaper from Amazon than they could get aftermarket parts from their distributor.

They did an outstanding job. I was suppose to have coverage through Carshield is a total rip off. They would not pay for remove of the intake manifold gasket. Craigen Garage did contact them and it was no not covered. The entire staff is professional and they really work hard to keep their customers happy. It's also nice to support local own businesses in our community

Highly recommend these hard-working, honest professionals! We've had both of our vehicles towed by them in a timely manner during the past year. One of which, they had to replace the fuel pump on Ford Ranger. The skilled mechanic did a great job in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. If I could give them "6" stars instead of "5", I would gladly do so as they deserve it! We will be doing business with them again.

Wonderful experience- Called AAA for a tow for my car. I have a very steep driveway and the car was parked at an awkward angle. At any rate, the driver showed up and realized it would be difficult to get my car loaded up. Asked what was wrong with it and then proceeded to get the car going himself. Then he followed me to the repair shop to make certain I arrived there ok so they could double check to make certain I was good. What a nice guy!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a mechanic shop. My SUV was riding a little bumpy but no warning lights on so I went to two mechanic shops and had a diagnostic test run. Both advised I needed new struts. Both shops were backed up and I really needed my vehicle fixed. So I went to Craigens (which I said I would never do again because of the previous experience I had with them) but I was pressed for time. They agreed they could put my struts on. Well they called me the next day saying my vehicle was ready. Well when I got it my suspension light was on. I’m thinking they just forgot to reset it so I reset it but every time I started it up it came back on. I informed them of it immediately and they agreed for me to bring it back so they could look at it which was right at the time this COVID-19 had started so we agreed to wait until things got back to normal. So I reached out to them a few days ago and they told me they would look at it but it would be a $85.00 diagnostic fee. I questioned that because it was their own work they were checking behind. I was really frustrated and ready to get this over so I told them to go ahead. Then they told me the struts were on correct and that it was something electrical dealing with the struts and they would have to charge another diagnostic fee to find out the problem ( but keep in mind the light was never on before they worked on it). But after running my bill up some more their final answer was “ oh one of the brand new struts is bad”. So now it’s another fee to take the brand new strut off and replace it with another new strut. And after all of that the suspension light is still on. Now their answer is oh well it’s because the parts are not compatible . So to make a long story short they have stacked all these fees on me and my vehicle still isn’t fixed. Not good business practices and I will not be doing business here again.

Basically broke down very close to this shop. I was traveling. I appreciate them getting me back on the road.. but fuel pump they replaced was not put back into its proper location.. started leaking miles away. I had to get under the vehicle and rig it till I was able to get to a parts store.. I asked them to drop the truck off near a parts store if they couldn’t fit me in.. I should have done that looking back. Anyways I call and sent picture to and email and I have gotten no reply. But the sweep under the rug is what I expected. So happy they fit me in but unhappy that the part they replace was unprofessional.. it was rubbing my brake line on top of it all.. smh

Horrible! Car got towed and when it was time to pick my car back up it was damaged on the back side by the right tire. So I told the owner which he quickly denies it with saying it was already damage and that I was out for there money. To make a long story short, it was just a pop out screw that had popped out instead of him sending one of his mechanics to come check it out he got in defense mode and tried to argue with me.... Sad unprofessional owner or manager! I had to give one star in order to review they deserve no stars!!!!!!

I bought a used Dodge 4x4 with a bad engine due to being run with little to no oil pressure--shame on me! After trying several repair shops...who all recommended Craigen's...I headed on over. I was greeted by great folks and the reassurance that my truck may live! It's been almost a year since the NAPA crate engine was professionally installed and it "Purrs like a mountain lion!" They're dependable, and back up their work! Recently had them install new shocks....super price, quality work ... I couldn't be more pleased! Thanks again Don and crew!

The driver deserves a 5 star but can't say that for the manager/owner. My daughter was in an accident and totaled her truck. Craigen's charges me $289 for a 20 minute job. Literally towed the truck 4 miles for me. Then I called multiple times to speak with the owner. He never returned my call. Highway robbery!!

The lesson, dear reader, for people looking for a quick review is that this place has bad customer service that WILL NOT call you back and they will LIE about when they'll be done or even START you're vehicle. Expect to hear what you want to hear because that's what they will tell you. Do not go here if you think it's the cheapest, it's probably not. On to why, It starts with 4 calls in succession. It took me just that long to get a quote. Most of the time they said they would call me back. They never did. They just "forgot to call me back" every time. They also like to put you on hold. You have to hang up and call again to get their attention it seems. Lucky for them they were the most convenient place so, from the get go, I gave them more chances than they really deserved. Unfortunately it turned out to be more than that. I had finally got a quote from them (it was 100$ more than the lowest quote I found) and I had asked them if they could get it done before Monday because I needed my car for work and they said it would be done Saturday. I went back that evening after the morning I dropped it off and they hadn't either even started on it, but they reassured me it would be done by or on Monday. It wasn't even started on Saturday. I called Monday to ask what the end cost was but STILL they had not started on it. They told me it would be DONE and they had not even started it, nor had they thought maybe I would want to know that. They were gonna close in an hour as well. It was just enough time to go pick up my truck to take it somewhere else. They do not actually care about their customers, they just put on a nice face for them. I mostly gave them a chance to begin with because they had good reviews. It's apparent that people have been incredibly kind to them. They did not seem to care about when I needed it fixed. They just told me what I wanted to hear the whole time. I did not care that the price was not competitive. I did not even get the chance to see if they were good at just fixing it. I could not justify the wait any more. The customer service was bad and they did not seem to care about my needs as a customer. If they had been honest about time constraints I would have been fine. I know getting around to a clutch takes time, but they did not even respect me enough to be honest about the time frame, and I would have been fine if they were, but they would rather pull my chain and just make me deal with it. The owner did not care care and the service is painfully slow. If you care WHEN your car is fixed do not go here. They will tell you what you want to hear that is it. Maybe they do good work. I wish I knew. I didn't have time to find out. I now have to find a more honest shop to fix my car because I will not put up with being patronized and I hope you don't either. IF YOUR NOT GONNA BE THE CHEAPEST AT LEAST BE THE BEST? You would think but no, not here. You would get better customer service at a franchise. Don't let the stars fool you. You can buy good reviews but not honest ones. Alot of those 5-star reviews I'm seeing on here are a little too good to be true if you ask me. Consider looking in Memphis for an auto shop if you can, there's more competition. They care more about their customers and won't throw out bull crap they can't stand by. It was a total waste of my time and I will never bring my car here again.

I have been going to Craigen's Garage for about three years and they have always done an excellent job for me. I have brought a few of my cars there as well as an F150 truck and each car they have handled very well. I have had them do everything from oil changes to brake repairs. I love bringing my vehicles there because the staff are terrific, everyone is very friendly and personable, plus they know what they are doing. I love Craigne's.

I give them 3 stars because the actual mechanic work was very well done. But I did not like being told my bill was one price on the phone when I was told the job was complete and then the next day when I arrived to pick up my vehicle the bill was a little over $200 dollars more. Also please be aware that this sho charges $78.99 a hour labor fee and has a fairly high mark up on parts and materials on a job from what my bill shows. I feel I was very over charged for my repair job.
