Such great service, and fast too! Our driver was professional and courteous. We got to our destination quickly and can't say enough good things about this company. A pleasure to do business with. Half the cost that we were quoted from another tow company.

WORST customer service ever. My car broke down at the high way yesterday i called yall the lady, she was impatient and rude asking where i am at multiple times while told her to hold please so i could check on my map. She was giving me no time she kept asking me where i was i kept trynna tell her my car broke down in the free way going to hernando. Im 5 miles from the exit 1B going to hernando she asked for a specific location i told her i would text her she said laughing "you gonna what"? I said text she said ok i said can i text u trought here she said you can try to see if it will come trhought then she hung up i called again np one picked up. Thank yall for mot doing your job when i needed the most.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The dispatch was rude. As I was speaking, she cut me off. When in stated this to her, this lady proceeded to say I the problem. And she’s a dispatcher and didn’t have time to hold while I looked for VIN #. Mind you I can hear her breathing exhaustingly on the other end of the receiver.
I proceeded to give her the last four of the VIN…As I was trying to explain to her the miscommunication between myself and my insurance company. She stated, ‘The car is totaled. You have no right to it. When the insurance agent called we released it to them.’
Normally, I would match her energy… instead I hung up the phone to keep my composure.
My Tesla model 3 died on a Sunday in Hernando, MS. They came out within 10-15 and towed me to a nearby supercharger and boosted my car off so that it can charge because the battery was completely dead. A++ service.

My car has been towed to them twice and both times it was in error by local police. They are straightforward folks. When you go to get your car remember it’s cash only and even though it says they’re open 24 hours you can’t pick up your vehicle outside of 9-5. The second time my car was towed, stuff in my car was broken. The towing company and the police claim to have no idea how it happened.
Worst towing company. They closed at 4. I called at 3:30. They said someone was in a meeting and couldn’t meet me at the lot. I had to wait an hour and a half till someone got out of a meeting to meet me at the lot. Still I was thankful they met me “after hours”. Then when I picked the car up it was over 300 dollars for a tow that was less than 5 miles away and only kept for a day. I dropped something out of my car when I was getting into my vehicle from my friends car who drove me there. When I went to pick it up the next day the item was damaged and had to be replaced. Don’t use this company.
Not responsive to phone. Poor customer service via phone. Google business hours states business is open 24 hours online but actually opens at 0900 according to representative.
Even though my truck was towed because the person with me got an attitude with the poLice..the tow company was great promt very nice my truck wouldn't start because it was previously stolen a has some issues they didn't rush m o anything they waited with me until it did start I really liked them

American towing has great and fast service anytime I need a truck or equipment towed they show up fast and get it done quick and always take care of me won’t ever use any other tow company
American towing is definitely the best in the business, they are quick, reliable, affordable, and trust worthy. I have used them to move 2 sheds, move my camper 4 times, and get my truck off the interstate when it broke down. I will never use anyone else, American towing is everything you want in a tow company!
