Comes only twice a month, must be 3ft away from fence/house, bin lid must fully close, bin must not be overstuffed, driver does not get out of truck.
I go out of my way to follow all their rules and they still can't get my bin emptied. Their automatic truck does a gentle dump and whatever doesn't fall out, you get to keep for 2 more weeks.
My recycling can was assaulted by the truck's robotic arm this morning. I called these folks and they sent someone out to repair the recycling can in just over an hour from the call time. Good service.
The people here leaving reviews are very misguided - this is the hazardous waste facility, not those who pick up the recycle bins at your curb.
I've had nothing but good experiences coming here to drop off used oil and other vehicle waste.
Laziness is the perfect word for this place. Yall get paid to pick up people's recycling, get out of the vehicle and grab recycling that us people cant fit in the bins. Do your jobs
Won't pick up any additional recycleable items, if not in the recycling tote. I put out a few boxes of broken down cardboard boxes, sitting right next to the tote. They won't take it. Worst recycling I've ever seen, and I've lived in numerous communities.
I’m so pleased with and grateful for this public service! It’s one of the reasons Winona County is as clean and beautiful as it is. They are always responsive, polite and prompt. Thanks for setting the standard for our state and beyond.
