My wife's vehicle was towed twice on the same day and the owner was extremely rude. The owner was threatening me with fees that add up daily when I called with concerns that my wife's car has been wrongfully towed as we had already paid for take the vehicle back. Someone accepted a $300 payment and directed her to her vehicle after which this idiot decided to report the vehicle stolen and towed it AGAIN. I then called the owner to inquire about the vehicle and he proceeded to call my wife and me a thief and said "since you want to get technical, let's get technical", and proceeded to list all of the ways in which he would make my process more difficult than it needed to be simply because I requested footage from their security cameras.

Car got impounded by landlord; the guy here helped me get it back quickly and without issue

City line towing may be great for somebody who has lots of money and actually needs their services. But if you miss a notice from your landlord to move your vehicle and they come tow it so that the parking lot can get plowed you're going to have to pay over $300 just to get your car back and if you don't have said $300 that same day it's another 95 dollars a day for an impound fee! My daughter's car got towed because she didn't see the time because she's a college student working two jobs and rocking it by the way! I called to ask if there was any sort of discount for students or for somebody who doesn't have the money up front and they said they are is no way to get her car out without paying the full price. I hope I never need their services because I'll push my car a hundred miles before I call City line towing! 0 Stars!

The man swooped in with two trucks one grabbed my truck the other grab my trailer and off we were. I think from the time of the breakdown to the time I was in town was less than an hour and 20 minutes. Class A+ type of service friendly guys friendly dispatcher Johnny on the spot. New clean fresh equipment friendly kind service.

My truck broke down at a stoplight and I was blocking traffic. I called City Line Towing and they were there in 10 mins. The drive was super friendly and cheerful, which really helped brighten my mood of the otherwise bad day I was having. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car, so I called City Line Towing. They provided me the price upfront over the phone, arrived well within their ETA, and were super pleasant to work with the whole time! I hope to not need them again, but I feel reassured they are in the community to help out if I should need it.

I have never used their towing Service but if my experience with these guys is any indication of their business, these are some of the most good hearted helpful people I have ever met in my life!! 9 days into Hurricane Helene, these guys showed up on our gravel road a mile up a mountain in Swannanoa, NC. Inquiring who they were, they offered us a generator, fuel, electrical cords and flashlights. It felt like these guys were angels from the heavens, especially after I spent 3 hours the night before researching what kind of generator we needed to plug into our house so we can get water from our well and then they showed up with one. It looks like it will be another 1-2 weeks before we get power and therefore water. This was so so so helpful, kind and generous!! They had apparently fundraised on facebook, bought supplies and came down to help who they could. This is what virtuous love and kindness looks like! These guys are nothing less than heroic! Truly inspiring! I barely even got 2/5 of their names as they ran off to help the next person. Thankfully, I took a photo and found their company on google and facebook from their work shirts. We are so sincerely appreciative guys and still absolutely flabbergasted by your kindness and generosity! Big love and blessings! ☀️💛🙏💛☀️

Did a great job getting my car to the shop

The young gentlemen that came over in below zero temperatures to try to jump start my car. Was extremely nice, but could have used some more training! My car never started now the battery is completely dead and I will purchase a new battery and hope it works.

The gentleman who picked up my vehicle for towing was kind, considerate, and professional!! I will definitely use their services again if I need a tow!!

They came out and picked up our vehicle after totalling it by hitting a deer. They were good to work with and allowed us to come a couple of days later to clear out the vehicle. I appreciated their service, especially late at night.

I recently had to have my car towed unexpectedly. From dispatch to the driver, City Line was professional from start to finish! I ended up having to ride along to the dealership in order to get a loaner. Nick made an unfortunate ordeal a pleasant experience! I highly recommend this towing company for all your needs.

No problems getting towed. Experienced help and very fast and efficient. Even asked me if I had insurance and kind of remembered that I might have state farm insurance and he looked at my card and they are even going to do the paper work to collect from the insurance company??

I waited for my vehicle to be towed to my house.and the drivers didn't do so he allowed stranger to interfere with the job I had paid them for.his story jus didn't add up.i would never use this company again .they made money to not do a job.not ti don't trust them

It was a busy day for them, barely had to wait. Driver was very accommodating, and professional.

We were broke down in Marshall MN. They came down, got us, drove us home about 140 miles away, then took our car to the dealership. The driver, Chance, was professional and very courteous. Thank you for getting us home when others were not available!!
