Staff are very uneducated. Told me I could put a part from a 2014 Cruze they had on their lot in my 2016. I told them no, they’re built differently. They begged to differ so we went out on the lot together and sure enough the part I need for my 2016 is non existent on theirs. Cars are grouped by years…yet they don’t seem to understand that. Then we found the part we needed off a Malibu. Front end on the Malibu was completely smashed in, yet they told me they don’t want to part it out because they want to be able to sell the engine as a whole. Nobody in their right mind would buy an engine off a car that’s front end is completely smashed in, but okay. Customer service is also bad, you’ll spend a lot of time in the waiting room & staff don’t know how to talk to customers. It’s more worth it to drive out to Jack’s Auto in Sauk Center. Much better customer service there and they’ll help you find whatever you need. Don’t waste your time at Rohners:)
Family owned and operated...these guys really know their stuff ...place is clean main office is kid safe and friendly...last I knew they sold ice cream and candy bars too!! Maynard you're the best😁🥰
Very poor service, no consistency on pricing or promises to pull parts. Be prepared to wait in the office for an hour til the 1 guy that prices parts has time for you.
Definitely worth the drive for any used parts that you need! Found an air cleaner for my International Scout! I was also surprised to see how many International Scouts and other International vehicles they had! They have a wide variety of vehicles to use parts from and are affordable! Will for sure be back again!
Great selection and all but the old man gets extremely angry very easily. He yelled at me and someone else in the other row for leaving hoods open on the cars. Since they don't mow the grass between the rows, I was keeping the hoods open on the cars that I was pulling parts from so I could see them. They are all similar models so they were close together. When the old man saw the hoods open he came over and started slamming the hoods down and yelling at me for leaving them open. When I tried to explain that I was pulling parts from these cars he just kept screaming at me. After that someone from the other row said to me that the old guy yelled at him too for leaving ONE hood open while he worked on another car close by. I wanted to get many more parts, but I decided to leave because of what happened. Lost business. I will not be coming back.
We had a terrific experience with this auto parts store.
Our wind shield wipers and cab light on our 97 f150 Ford truck stopped working. After replacing 4 fuses, it still did not work so I purchased gem module from Rohner's, after looking for the replacement module from the Ford dealership and several auto part stores locally and couldn't find one. I ordered the part this past Wednesday evening and got it today. I installed it and it works great! So our old 97 f150 truck is once again runs in tip top shape. We'd recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for your efficiency and a great working part.
Called to try to get a part and the man I talked to seemed agreeable at first then when I started asking questions to try see if he had the correct part he hung up.
Went to spend a lot of money pulling your own parts. The old man wouldnt let us drive out there but other people were. It became to far to walk with tools. Plus the price of doors doubled from last year. Guess we will be pulling from Nordstroms Auto from now on. Too bad.
It's a salvage yard. A really BIG salvage yard. Like HUGE. Staff is knowledgeable, very friendly, and is interested in doing business with anyone who walks through their doors. The owner was out pulling parts off vehicles for some customers! I recommend due to the great customer service they give. Be careful though! You may end up buying more than you intend. They have a lot of options, make it as easy as possible, and keep their wait times down.
I accidentally kept them late and didn't realize it until I was walking out the door.
Friendly service with a smile! Fast knowledgeable service! Buy at a fair price,selling is a little cheap! I'd go back! Just because there open on Saturday where others near buy are not? I hope you consider this place for your needs if they have what you need!
Coustomer service is definitely not there priority There is no organization no inventory to check grass is 4 foot tall & not cut between vehicles poison ivy sticker bushes ect couldn't tell me in the phone if he had my part just come and look sure it's only a 5 hr drive I would shop else where or go without before I ever go back and deal with that train GO ELSE WHEREwreck
Always had what i needed and reasonably priced and the people there are old school relaxed and chill good people to sit there with and b.s. with for awhile tho 👍
I called for a specific part and they verified that they had it. I get there and I had to wait since they were pretty busy. I didn't mind. Once it was my turn tho they showed me where my part was. Turned out it was not what I had called for. So I was kind of irritated since I drove an hour to get there. They did take my name and number in case they got in the part I'm looking for.
With many other salvage yard options in the area I'll be looking around till I find what I need.
Rohmer's Auto Parts Technicians worked rather swiftly. Just a 45 minute call ahead and the recycled Dodge door we purchased was pulled and waiting at the front door on arrival. For the low cost they provided a nice out of state door for our Ram project.
These people are nothing but thieves I went in on July 18,2017 to purchase a ECM for my vehicle that day that had told me that we had a 30 day guarantee I went in July 20,2017 to return it and they said they couldn't because there was nobody available to check if it worked right... supposedly the receptionist was supposed too come out and check it. I went inside too get her and she made a dumbass excuse that she was busy nothing but damb thieves I spoke too Melvin, also Maynard
Sold us the wrong engine, when we tried to return it they refused to refund the money because if I stick hundreds more into the right parts "it can work". Will never be doing business here again!
I have been going to this junkyard for nearly 30 years. This place still has parts for classic cars! I love going to Rohner's, it is like walking back in time. Highly Recommended!!!
