Towed my van tonight after I had a tire blow out and realized my van doesn’t have a spare tire. Great price and friendly dispatch/driver.

Ed's was quick to respond when we called late on a Friday night. Excellent to work with always friendly.

Needed a jump start, took a while for them to get there, but they were professional and courteous when they got there.

Called in the middle of the night for roadside assistance as my insurers system was completely down. Was told they were too busy and suggested I go with a competitor.

We just arrived in Wilmar with our motor home on a Sunday late afternoon, stopped to see my sister at the nursing home and when I went to leave the motor home wouldn’t start. I called Ed’s and lucky for me I reached Fay the owner! She had a tow truck out in less then 30 minutes, unfortunately it was a starter and had to be towed, she arranged for it to be picked up, taken to their shop and repaired by the next afternoon, it takes a lot to impress me but Ed’s did. What a great company they have.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - rude and liars. If I could give no stars I would have done it, and I will renew my statement if I have to daily until they will have the minimum rating possible. The lady that she is also the dispatch, manager and seems the only person there, charges outrageous amounts, more precise for semi 2750.00 PER HOUR yes, (twothousandsevenhundredandfifty), just because she was dispatched by the state vs $225.00 per hour other similar companies with the same equipment. She is rude on calls, hangs up when she feels insecure to answer addressed questions and she is not willing to negotiate anything, her statement, and I quote "this is my price and you have to pay it". DO NOT USE in less she is not dispatched by local authorities and at that point you will have no choice !!! I made a few calls and many locals are testifying she does not have a good reputation on the area at all.

Used the service via Triple A twice this winter and was impressed by their professionalism throughout. They're trustworthy.

My kid got stuck in the snow. They were there quick, and pulled them out easy. They were careful with the car, and careful with the new driver to ease their nerves. No fuss. No drama. Very friendly.

Long story short, I made a not so bad situation worse but Ed's showed up in a timely manner and hooked up to the bumper hitch and pulled my truck right out no problem. Great guys, great service, highly recommended!

Ed's has always responded quickly to provide a tow at reasonable prices and also direct bills insurance companies. Repair work is also available for mechanical issues.

Our 1973 Chevy van broke down on busy highway. When we contacted this business the person answering the phone was so friendly and helpful! We waited only a short while for the tow truck to arrive. The van was loaded and we were on our way. The driver was nice and friendly. He was very professional. I selected this company because of the reviews. They were right. This is a fabulous company to work with when things aren't going your way. Any business will take your money-this company earned my money and they deserve it. Great service! Great driver!

This was my first time using Ed's Service Center for repairs. I was in need of a fairly major mechanical repair and I could not be happier with Dan and the whole staff. They went out of their way to make sure it was done right and that I was happy. I felt appreciated and will not hesitate to come back again when more repairs are needed.

I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he showed up in his tow truck via my AAA & was very helpful & friendly! Def would go back for future car needs!

I highly recommend Ed’s! My car broke down in town and i had to leave my car until i had time to figure out what to do about it. I called AAA and the lady on the phone from there told me id have to be at the car for anyone to tow it, and was absolutely rude and unhelpful towards my situation, so i told AAA id call back when i figured out how to get back to my car for the tow. I called Ed’s directly at that point since they accept AAA, and explained my situation and the lovely lady from Ed’s was SO HELPFUL!! She was able to work with me and my schedule and AAA. Thank you for the great customer service and bringing my car right where i needed it! Words simply arent enough for how much time, energy, and stress Ed’s saved me.

I work in heavy equipt const and we use a lowboy to move our equipt. I had just unloaded our backhoe which weighs 98000 lbs. On my way back to our yard the drive shaft broke. There i sat on the side of the road . A repair shop gave me the number to Eds Service. Making the call they got ahold of driver and he called me to let me know what time he would be there. He was on time if not early and started to get every thing checked out and taken care of. He introduced himself as Scott. This man did his job with efficiency and speed. He had it all ready to go before the rain started again. Scott delivered the whole rigg trailer and all to the repair shop . I would recommend Eds Service to everyone i know or don`t know.. I want to thank Scott again for his great service and going on and above to help an old man of 65. You don`t find this kind of service and respect much anywhere anymore. Thank you and your office for all you did for me that day in the rain.

Very fast service and nice employees! Battery died as we were passing through and they got us in and out in an hour from calling for a jump and getting a new battery installed.

Battery was dead in car today, called for a jump start. They sent out a truck and had me going right away. Waited less than 30 minutes. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

Fast and professional service! Their crew turned a bad situation (fuel pump went out on my truck while traveling through the area) into a tow and quick repair that allowed me to get back on the road and make it to my destination in North Dakota. Staff were friendly and genuinely concerned to help out with my situation!

Started out good, they came and picked up my car very quickly and had made a great deal to tow and make a diagnosis on my car. However, when we went to pick up the car they were helping us load the car on a trailer. Decided smoking cigerettes in/near the car and around us was more important than customer service. They proceeded to scratch my car and almost gave up along with trying to take no responsibility for scratching the car, they broke one of our tow straps. And then tried to charge us over $100 more than what they told us orginally when we brought it up the lady was quick to get snappy and told us she wanted us gone and out of there. Just awful experience by the end. Do not recommend.

Was stuck in a snowstorm wiped out by a snow drift. Cold, blowing snow, and stuck. Just wanted to get home. This company wouldnt even send anyone out to help me out. Thank goodness for R&S when they use to exist out in Blomkest. They drove all the way from Blomkest to near Kandiyohi to get me out while Ed's said we arent sending anyone and basically didnt care if I was stranded and that what if something could have happened to me. Like walking and freezing to death...running out of gas and no heat. Sad...I will never call these guys ever again.

I've been working with Ed's service center for year's and my family uses them as well. They have always done anything and everything they can to help us. When we go in Faith remembers us and ask about our life no matter how long it's been since we've been in. Woody is a great mechanic and has done a great job with all of our vehicles.
