I highly recommend Oleg and his team. We purchased a salvage title 2016 Honda CRV that was in amazing condition. They did a fantastic job restoring It to near new condition. They were transparent about exactly what it happened to the vehicle and it matched the Carfax report perfectly. We even had a seatbelt that broke two years after we purchased the vehicle and Oleg wouldn’t accept $ for the repair. I highly recommend ONG.

I bought a 2015 Prius from Oleg about 6 months ago. The car runs great, and I've already put on over 18,000 miles on the vehicle with no issues. I was a bit hesitant buying a prior salvage vehicle for the first time, but Oleg did a great job restoring it. All I needed to do was change the oil and put in new cabin and engine air filters, which you should do with any used car you buy. I appreciate his honesty, and I will be back again the next time I need another set of wheels.

I purchased a car from ONG Auto in December. I've now had my Honda Fit for about 18 months and have had zero problems with it. The vehicle was in great shape when I got it, and aside from routine oil changes, I have had to put $0 money into it! It's always kind of scary making a big purchase like a vehicle, but Oleg had a great confidence about the sale that put me and my father at ease. I have purchased two vehicles from Oleg in the past six months and I am extremely satisfied. I bought a 2021 Honda Odyssey for myself and a 2021 Mazda CX-30 for my son. In both cases I was told exactly what damage had been done to the vehicles, and photos were provided. His work is high quality with a factory new appearance. Oleg even helped me with a hitch installation problem on my van. I appreciate dealing with someone who is a man of his word and does business with a handshake.

I couldn't be happier. This is one great place. I bought an suv from them yesterday and they were great. I believe I got a good deal and the repair looked flawless. Best experience with an auto dealer ever. I will be picking my suv up tomorrow. I had to drive an hour a way, but it was worth it. Oleg what a great guy. He went out of his way for me. It's 7 years later... In 2017, we bought a brand-new-looking car with 1500 miles on the odometer for just under 2/3rds sticker price (the sticker was still on the window). Perhaps two years into ownership, we put $500 into it. That's it. It has run beautifully and been an excellent vehicle ever since. And we still recall fondly our dealings with Oleg and his family -- he is a marvelous and interesting individual with, I think, a lot of integrity. Thus so many extremely pleased customers in a business fraught with potential for dissatisfaction and emotion.

Today we bought our 4th vehicle in 5 years from Oleg at ONG. We continue to be impressed with the quality work his team does making these salvage vehicles look and run great…and selling at good prices.

We have bought 5 vehicles from ONG over the years. ONG is affordable when comparing with comparable vehicles and they are reliable. Oleg operates with integrity. We have recommended them often. The cars have a salvage title and they are all used so every car has things that happen. However we have been very pleased.

I bought a car from ONG the end of Sept, 2023. I live out of state, so maybe this contributed to the service (or lack of) I have received after purchase. I understand a “rebuilt” car is not going to be a museum piece. However, upon purchase I noticed that my car was missing an air inlet tube, had a cracked airbox, missing the battery hold down, missing a hood seal and hood labels. I pointed them out to Oleg. Oleg agreed to send me a battery hold down, but the other items I needed to repair myself as they were “personal preference.” Not sure how the air box and inlet tube are personal preference as they are functional parts for engine performance. While I expect a “rebuilt” car to have some issues like paint that isn’t perfect, mis-aligned panel gaps, and a few odds and ends that I may need to address, I didn’t expect the nightmare I have experienced after buying this car. After a month, I still had never received the battery hold down. I messaged Oleg a few times, but he never responded. Here’s where it gets worse….. The car always had alignment issue, so since Oleg ghosted me over the battery hold down (which I purchased myself) , I decided to take the car in for a wheel alignment on my dime. It was found that the frame was poorly repaired, and the left upper rail was still buckled. I left a one-star review on 10-20-2023 for ONG Auto. Almost instantly, Oleg called me and said he was sorry for not sending the battery hold down and that I could bring the car back for the alignment / frame issues. I agreed to remove the review and send Oleg pics of what was found with the frame. On 10-21 I texted Oleg the pics of the frame damage with a text asking, “is this safe to drive?” Oleg never answered my question or got back to me after I sent the pics. I had no choice, but to find a different local shop to address the alignment. The car was able to be aligned after a few adjustments and calibration of the steering angle sensor. The car also had poor wiring repair resulting in the driving lights constantly blowing bulbs and fuses. I continue to find other issues since my purchase. With the poor frame / structure repairs and buckles still found in the rocker panels, I am amazed this car passed a salvage inspection. Don’t do what I did. If you are interested in a car at ONG, pay a reputable body shop to inspect the car before you buy it. If you strike a deal, make sure all issues are corrected before you buy. Update- The first subzero degree day, the poor quality "new" radiator that was used in the repair developed a massive leak. Unfortunately, I have discovered that most of the aftermarket parts ONG used on the rebuild are well below industry standard and poor quality. Cheap isn't good if you plan on longevity. My opinion is ONG could have chosen better quality parts to fix the car and still made plenty of money. A quick, low cost rebuild for not much less than a clean title car is what I got. After all of work I have done, and still need to do, the deal wasn't worth it. I will be surprised if the repairs to hold up. That's my opinion, but you do you.

I bought a Honda Minivan from ONG Auto. First of all they have great customer service. Oleg is extremely knowledgeable and they stand by their product. Came back after three month with damage that I caused to the car and he charged me for parts only, no labor. I have the car already 5 years and put 80,000 miles on it with zero repairs ( besides maintenance) Highly recommended!!!!

A friend told us about ONG auto, and after seeing the reviews on Google, we decided to check them out. The whole process was easy and we got an incredibly reliable vehicle that we're happy with. I am certain that it was last a long time, like other buyers have experienced. They made sure everything was ready, even putting in a new battery the day we purchased. We experienced a few issues with our vehicle. Oleg personally delivered a very nice loaner to our home, then fixed and returned our truck in perfect condition washed and full of gas. This is my second purchase from oleg in three years. The first is our Honda van which was issue free and we are still driving it today. Another beautiful car for thousands less than retail. I recommend this dealer.

ONG Auto is a awesome place to get cars. I got my 2019 Honda Civic there for a great price. It is a salvage title and the work done on it is very very good. No issues and fair. Car drives real nice and under 4000 miles. Oleg is a honest and straightforward guy. He let me test drive it for half a day and I let my mechanics friend drive the car and inspect it. The car comes with a 90 day warranty and Oleg was nice enough to program my extra car keys for free! Getting extra keys would be over $100 or more if you went to a Honda dealership. I got them from amazon 2 for $60. That is a deal. I most definitely would recommend this place for good car deals.

I have bought two Honda Civics from Oleg over the past five years, a poor deer being the only reason I needed the second. He and his team are warm and friendly. They have sold me two basically brand new cars at great prices. I cannot recommend them enough!

Purchased a minivan at ONG Auto. Buying a rebuilt title vehicle always has some risk and we actually had a couple issues with our purchase, but Oleg stood behind his product 110%. He really went even beyond what I would have expected of him. His amazing reviews are well earned. Have had our van for 3 months now and we very satisfied with our purchase. I would absolutely buy from ONG Auto again.

We bought a Sienna from Oleg and have been very pleased with it. This is the second time we have bought a salvage car (from two different dealers) and Oleg really takes care of you and stands behind his work, more than we'd experienced before. We needed to take it in to fix a few small things, and he does the work with no questioning. He went above and beyond (programming a few extra car remotes for no charge) and was honest with us every step of the way. We highly recommend buying from him because of his great work and warranty policy. It's worth the drive to Farmington!

We were just in today, lining up the purchase of a Prius for my daughter. I really missed being here because 5 years ago we bought a Prius from Oleg and have been super-happy with it ever since. I was glad to find her what we needed here, because just like others say in these reviews; Oleg, ONG and by the way Christina his sister alltogether made us feel comfortable and made it fun. My young daughter probably can't appreciate the difference from some of the 'slick' dealerships I have been with. The 90 day warranty makes me feel much more secure that buying from a private party. Wish I lived closer, but for sure if we have some minor problem, I will come back and I know he'll take care of us. Oleg runs a great shop! Skilled! First guy I heard talking about fixing Prius battery packs without getting gouged for 2-3thousand like dealerships. Much less, by fixing the individual cells. I know that when we want to replace our 2006 Gr. Caravan, I'm going to put in a request to Oleg and let him find and fix a Sienna up for us. I'll always make this my first choice in getting a vehicle. Oh BTW, I can look out the window and see the silver Prius my neighbor bought from Oleg after checking ONG out on my recommendation. I always mention them when any Facebook friend says they are looking for a car.

I highly recommend ONG. I bought a car for my daughter late fall of 2017. It is a rebuilt title that he was selling for another person he has sold cars for and trusts. My daughter and I had never been to ONG before, but we ended up there because they had a car she liked. I was discouraged whether I was going to find a reputable business or person to buy a vehicle. Oleg at ONG has a kind of direct personality that I liked, but many may be see as rude. Don't let this discourage you because he went above and beyond to make sure all our concerns were immediately taken care of, and I would buy another vehicle here. Thank you.

Oleg is a very talented mechanic. He sold us a great car. When we had a small issue 1 month into ownership, he addressed it promptly and without charge. I would recommend ONG to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a good price.

Oleg is a great dealer. We bought a 2014 salvage title Toyota Sienna mini van about 2 months ago. The van has been flawless. We took a family road trip a week ago to give it a real test (2700 miles). This is our 3rd salvage title vehicle and have had very good luck with all of them. I would strongly recommend ONG Auto and salvage title vehicles. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Oleg and would gladly do it again in the future.

I'll admit at first we were hesitant about looking into a salvage title vehicle. Especially since we were looking into getting a new car that would be primarily driven by my wife with our toddler son. However, Oleg and his crew were really great. They made accommodations for us to come in on the weekend and check out the car, answered every single question I had and when he couldn't would return my calls promptly. We ended up buying the car we were looking at and with Oleg offering a 90 day warranty on any work he did we took him up on a few minor things we would have liked addressed. Well he took care of them no questions asked and even turned it around super fast. He and they really stand by their work, we couldn't be happier. Awesome people and honest company run by the very people you'll work directly with!

I just bought my second car from ONG auto. I enjoyed working with Oleg. We got a great deal on both cars. They were both for my daughters so I wanted something reliable, we were not disappointed. The girls love their cars. We have had no problems with either car. I will go to them again when I need to get my next car. I highly recommend ONG AUTO.
