It’s guy who works here he has a small Afro doesn’t do a good job or checks the boxes to make sure all the parts are in the box’s and he has a bad habit of doing that
Lazy employees are no help at all and this store specifically has parts listed as in stock when they’re not, at the same time the person next to me was waiting for a part and the other employee came back and said “I found it, it was in the wrong spot”…..DO NOT go to this store
I called and confirmed a part was there, and driving down immediately, they said they could order it, So when I told the gentlemen I just called and confirmed it was here and was told yes they had it, He then said"Did you ask for in hand confirmed" I said "no, why would I?"
His reply was" Auto shops always ask that question and it's normal and that I should of known better. "
Now, I'm far from a auto shop customer.
After the customer services received I will never shop there again......
They are always on the ball and do a fantastic job finding the right parts for the vehicles I'm working on at the time.
If they don't have them on hand, they call around to the other company stores, and often times have the parts delivered within a couple of hours.
Extremely Slow Service, not enough trained employees.
Wait is over 30 min, sometimes there is only 1 employees for 10 people waiting for parts.

Hugo store did not have the part I needed
They called the Blaine warehouse and they said they had the part. I paid at Hugo and drove directly to Blaine. They had the part pulled and waiting for me.
Half price of dealer quoted price. Staff was knowledgeable, Efficient, professional and polite.
Tyler did a wonderful job helping me obtain the special part I needed. He has great customer service skills as well. Thanks O'Reilly and Tyler for your services.
