Fantastic experience by the Young men they help me diagnose my battery, we talk shop and had a good time together. There was super nice to my daughter, but they wouldn’t Singh the O’Reilly auto parts song face. :-)

Do not by windshield wipers here. I was charged over $30 per wiper and found the EXACT ones at Walmart for $15.78 .

Whether you need something specific or just some advice, this store has it all. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, but I must give a special shoutout to Ryan, who went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. His expertise and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. Every trip is a treat, thanks to their excellent customer service and comprehensive inventory. Highly recommend!

An young employee went above and beyond ( went under my car) to measure the dimension of a pipe I needed . I'm sorry I don't know his name but I'm grateful for his help

Good inventory, and able to get what you need if they don't have it. They usually have good price and are usually able to help you find the specific part your vehicle needs.

Good stores all over the place. I recommend walking in with specific part numbers to make sure you get the correct part but overall great service.

Wonderful staff in and out in 5 mins with parts and installed it. Honest staff told me that I only need the bulb not the holder. Great experience highly recommend.

Ryan helped me over the phone. I said I needed a certain kind of oil and he double checked that it was the right stuff for my project without asking. Little did he know it’s been hell working on it and having him go above and beyond to help me was EXTREMELY nice. He was extremely helpful and just kind over the phone and was very refreshing experience. I called a lot of other auto parts stores and they sounded like I was just annoying them, and I’m not mad at that, it was just refreshing when Ryan went above and beyond to help. Give him a raise or something. Thank you Ryan.

Brad and Adam were great! They helped me get a new battery and even put it in for me. I appreciated it so much and it made my life so much easier.

Love O'Riley except the one on white bear they wouldn't let me read the machine on my car even tho I had a Id didn't even offer to come out so Ill stay going to my Blaine location always super helpful

I called them ahead of time to ask if they had a part on hand. They reassured me that they had the parts on hand. So I drove all the way down here and they spent a 1/2 hour looking for the part could not find the parts. Then they told me to go to a different store. They didn't even apologize or offer any sort of discount or compensation for anything. It's absolutely ridiculous with gas prices these days.

I've done a lot of business and gone out of my way just to go to this O'riellys. They always have treated me fair. There employees are full of knowledge which is really helpful. I've been away for a bit but now that is see Tyler is back I will have no problem making a trip across town to this location again. Do great employees make a difference on where a customers shop? Yes

O'Reilly's in Blaine was great to work with. I pretty much knew my battery was shot. I did my research and found the battery I wanted. When I went to O'Reilly's, the clerk was friendly and helpful. He immediately checked the battery and confirmed it was bad. Hei had called ahead and knew he had the battery in stock. He got it and installed it for free. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with a car running like new again. I highly recommend them great service, decent price, and very friendly. Thank you!

It's a hit or miss sometimes they have the part sometimes they don't sometimes you get the right ones sometimes you don't we are the 50/50 challenge but when you do get the raid part is it does work so they're The Back-up Plan when I can't find it or order it online like I said where the backup any of the rewards card doesn't work for me in over a year-and-a-half so good luck

I purchased a product that was out of stock. I came in the following day and the porduct was never shipped from store-to-store. I ended up needing to dribe to the second location that still had the product. The previous trip I purchased a part and the wrong part number was pulled and delivered. Ended up needing to order that item online. All of my pirchases going forward will be made on the internet from another merchant.

I had a great experience here. I walked in, asked for the part I needed - the guy went and retrieved my request. Not much else I can say. One suggestion for management: clean up and the outside. Garbage was overflowing, trash on the sidewalkway is to the front door. Trash in parking lot. 5 people working, no excuse to not go clean up the outside. That’s why you will not get 5 stars from me.

Extremely helpful staff. Because of a new design on my van it took a few of us to figure out how to put the windshield wipers on. They took the time to make sure they were installed properly.

I go to O'Reilly for all my parts needs. I simply walk in tell them what I'm looking for and they know exactly what and where it is. I was in last week to replace my battery. The staff even let me borrow some tools to get the job done. Recommend this place for sure.

I really felt comfortable there. They answered all my questions & explained some of the stuff in great detail so I'd understand. Very nice & respectful guys that work there. Treated me very well. Prices are a bit high. I would recommend this place to family & friends.

I had a very positive trip to O'Reillys today. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and courteous. He listened to what I said and asked for. He treated me with respect. He was knowledgeable. He showed me all of the options, price wise, and didn't try to hard sell or up sell. He showed me their current sales flier with the specials. As a matter of fact the store in Blaine, Minnesota has always been a great place to get my auto repair supplies.

I've worked with the same kid the last two times I've been here. He's very polite and helpful. He helped me track down a part we needed on Easter even! Sometimes you go to car parts stores and you don't feel like they know what they're doing. But this place didn't leave me feeling that way at all. Thanks!

The bros at this O'Reilly's are freaking LEGENDS. They checked out where my steering fluid is leaking and instead of trying to get me to buy stuff and parts, they gave me a full parts and price quote and suggested I go to Tires Plus to get a full inspection because it's free there. They only suggest I buy something when I actually need it, and talk to me about what parts I should or should not upgrade to get what I want out of my project car. Super nice and informative people. Every time I talk to them I get something new figured out, and I'm stopping by here several times a week.

The staff has been great. I recently decided to do some of my own auto general maintenance. I do not have experience and am not mechanically inclined. This store's employees have been helpful and I've appreciated their tips.
