I was Stuck in my driveway this morning and they came out within 10 minutes hooked up and got me out. I couldn’t be more thankful for them! Will definitely be calling them when I need help again! Thank you spears!!

These guy's are great. My son went 2 miles down a 2 track in the winter and got stuck,we called Spears and they brought both a wrecker and the off road truck just in case they needed it to keep the price down. They were friendly and patient and got him out and on his way.

This is the only tow service you need. Even if there’s a wait, it’s worth it. After other trucks promised to arrive, they didn’t but Spears did. They have great communication while en route and the drivers are exceptionally kind. Thanks to John, my car was out in 5 minutes and I swear I almost hugged him I was so thrilled to have my car out. This is the only tow service I will ever use. They cover 5 counties. !!

I got stuck in a ditch after going 10 mph off the road and Blaze had came to help. He was very professional, easy to talk to, he thoroughly explained the steps that needed to be taken and in the end, I was very satisfied. Spears Auto Repair and Towing are very professional yet so polite and good humored, so if you want a laugh instead of ruining your vocal cords screaming about the situation are in, just let these guys take care of it.

It says 24 hours but it’s for towing! My car broke down In Cadillac around 6 pm. I stayed the night and Spears got me in first thing at 9 am and had me back in the road by noon. Super helpful and transparent staff.

If you need a tow Spears towing is the company to call, the professionalism they perform from Answering the phone quickly and respectfully and helping you when you are in a crisis to getting to the scene quickly and getting the job done no matter the job. My most recent tow was done by Blaze who did not make me feel bad about the situation I was in.

Tow truck driver Blaze, has gone above and beyond in professionalism. Blaze was knowledgeable and eager to help me with my issue I was facing. He towed me right out of the ditch and checked to make sure everything was okay afterwards. Robert changed my flat tire at 9:30PM on a very cold, snowy night. He was competent, polite and efficient. I will definitely call Spears Towing again when I need services for my car.

Robert showed up within 15 minutes after I got scammed from another “local” company. He was prompt and courteous. He took our truck to the repair shop and made sure everything was set before leaving. I would recommend this company.

Have had the vehicle a month and had nothing but issues, thinking breaks when purchasing to learn the strut was on the CV to be miscommunication for the side of the strut issue then the radiator had issues, to learn they use stop leak at your mechanical shop 👌 rag work there huh, two days later the transmission. Then even being indirectly threatened by John Spears 😑 saying he wasn't going to hit me and I'm now yet again vehicleless and its the transmission and supposed to be under warranty. Seriously considering suing for lost wages, missing work and the possibility of upwards 10k sales per day of lost wages.... This is impeccable con artist work here... 👌 you offer there at Spears I hear... and know first hand, oh and the loaner car from the other car issues prior to this new tranny issue, these all have been soooo continuous, hard to keep up with the lemon of a jeep, but the loaner impala offered happen to have had no head lights even, no breaks, couldnt move the seat, and I couldnt even reach the petals barley, 😳 being told the loaner is not highway worthy, when my child has her neurological doctor in Grand Rapids the highway is necessary for my little family.. to then be scammed and scammed and scammed. I said make it right. 2 days later my tranny blows. This is pathetic. FYI. Whoever reads these reviews, this is just a piece of what im gonna be screaming, ill tell it all! And the attorney general, bbb, inspector general, and soon the ftc will be informed let this federal shut down end before a actually representable jeep dealership (like you begged me not to take it too) handles this for me ill be sure the ftc is aware then too. Oh and ive contacted everyone to ensure your actual salesmanship is revealed! Can't wait cause this is an easy lawsuit. Hard ball (court) or soft ball (no court). Choice is yours John Spears. And if you fix this fast maybe I wont tell my 293 cousins to spread word never to shop with you, and also having much deep pull there friend let me tell you how much do you like being in busniess because ill make it my full time job to shut you down treating customers this way and charging a 28.98% interest rate 😂 I dont play nice when you mess with my money or my wheels then thr healthcare needs cause ur lemon sales. And I should've been a lawyer. 😘

Great selection of rides prices are best in town. But communication skills from owner is lacking. Hasn't returned any my calls for 8 business days.truck been there since Oct 1. Ill be taking them to court.

Highly recommend Spears Auto Repair & Towing! My car broke down on my way up North from GR for the weekend. Thankfully I was able to catch a ride with a friend behind me. I was worried I was going to have to get it towed back to GR to get fixed, but Spears was able to tow it back to their shop and they got it fixed the same day they looked at it. They did a great job of explaining the issue, what they did to determine and confirm the cause, and what they were going to do to fix it.

We were stuck in soft sand on a dirt road for over an hour waiting for road side assistance and Robert was just getting home nearby and saw that we needed help. He didn't hesitate to ask if he could help us even though he was finishing for the day. We were so grateful. He was so kind and professional. He had our vehicle pulled out in a matter of minutes. Definitely keeping his card in both of our vehicles for future use! Thank you so much Robert for being so nice.

We bought a truck at Spears Auto and Towing 2 years ago it was fairly priced and still a reliable vechile today. We have used their towing service multiple times. The drivers are timely and courteous. Just recently we bought another truck through the sales team. I am very happy with the vechile and the price. The customer service there has been unbeatable!!!! Had an amazing experience! My car broke down at a gas station nearby as I was traveling north from downstate. I saw another review for this same shop from someone who had also been stranded from downstate, so I called! They arrived promptly and towed my car to their shop (thank you Blaze! he was very kind and helped us make the best of the moment), immediately took a look at it and figured out the problem. They even noted that the problem part was still under warranty, called the manufacturer, and made sure I wouldn’t be paying for a replacement part. They also walked me through how to get reimbursed for any labor costs. Car was fixed within 2 hours of calling them, and I made it to my destination before dark. Thank you!

Blaze did great having to load my durango onto a flatbed with very little room. Knowing I take good care of my vehicles, he did the same while loading it!
