They had what I needed and had it ready when I got there. They tend to ignore customers at the counter and handle phone calls instead of saying "Please hold" and taking care of those waiting in line.
These guys and GAL are absolutely awesome! They are a very knowledgeable and well rounded team! If they don't have what you need they will help you track it down.

Had the parts in stock for a tune up on my 2005 Chrysler town and country van. Walked in and was helped right away. Wasn't in there more than a few minutes and was off on my way in no time.
I was stranded on the side of the road on a Sunday, and was having difficulty contacting the Walmart tire center, and called this store as a last desperate move to find someone to help me change my tire. The gentleman who answered the phone (Dan, I think?) didn't have the supplies that I needed, but insisted to stay on the phone with me for 20 minutes to call Walmart himself and help me coordinate a game plan for getting my tire fixed and getting me home. Thank you so much for your help!!
Oh my gosh, talk about helpful, wonderful help and service! Dan not only helped me find the right battery to replace mine, he looked at it, complimented Phil (from towing) by saying how correct he was, and he replaced it for me right then! He’s a nice man, informed- even put my rear wiper on as well :)
Stopped in for some much needed windshield wipers and received top-notch customer service from Dan. He was personable and helpful and even installed them for us. Great experience. Thanks!

Wow what an amazing experience I had here!! I am traveling and had a blinker go out in back. I can usually do the work but it’s a newer vehicle and I had issues doing bye myself. I was helped bye Matt C. Short stalky guy with a beard!! He went above and beyond to help me. I will always stop for all my automotive needs again. You are the best on your strip. Sometimes there is a wait, but the service is always worth it. There is a guy named Matt that's been there over a decade & he always seems very knowledgeable & friendly. I always go here instead of Auto Zone.
I will always come here for my auto parts needs even if I can find a slightly better price on something i need i still come in for the friendly atmosphere and extremly knowledgeable staff even if it's just a quick stop for a recommendation on a mechanic or a dumb question there very nice and will help you out :) they also have a wonderful college discount that applies on most things in the store

I cannot explain how awesome the people are there. One of the very few places that don't treat you like you are stupid. Of course, you will always have a person that gives you the wrong part but they are learning. I have not been to a auto parts store that hasn't gave me a wrong part. The returns are amazing and easy. Very helpful especially with beginners. They have the know how and all the tools you need to get the job done!
These guys saved me! Went out of their way to jump my vehicle and found me a mechanic that would help after-hours. I was 60 miles from home and would have been stuck otherwise. The team at Advance Auto Parts are super knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help.
Dan helped and made sure we purchased the correct stuff as I ordered online. Everything was set out when we arrived except one brake adjuster, come to find out I ordered two lefts. That was caught and they squared us away. Most of the employees at Advanced know their stuff and have had past experience wrenching.
Excellent service. However they need to fix there down ramp cement. We were taking out 3 batteries on their cart, it got caught in the rut, twisted around & the batteries fell off, hitting my son's ankle. ( His other leg/foot is a prosthetic). It's a wonder he didn't break his ankle. Their employee came running out to offer assistance, saying he had complained about that rut! Hopefully, they get it fixed before someone is more seriously hurt!
I needed to replace the water pump on my truck s couple of weeks back. I wanted to get it done and over with so Instead of looking online at eBay or Amazon to find a cheaper price,(and waiting for a few days for shipping)I started checking the local parts stores. I looked at the major 3's websites but it wasn't pulling up the right one for my truck. Calling advance 2nd, they had a good price for a new, not reman. I didn't tell the person I was coming to get it. Once I got there a different person helped me but couldn't find the part right away. Turns out the person ii spoke with had already pulled the part down, just in case I came in, it'd speed up the process for me. It ended up backfiring as he didn't tell anyone what he did. But i was really impressed that he did that. The only thing j could say that's "negative", more constructive criticism, would be better communication between them if/when they do this. Thank you.
Love this store!! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The guy at the counter helped me out with wiper blades. He gave me clips and I didn't ebuy anything. He also put them on!! Thanks!!
I live 3 hours away. We got stranded back the woods for a night got a jump got in to town to Advance Auto. They hooked me up with a battery on my warranty and got me on my way. Super cool guys. Great experience.
