I have been a customer of patnos for well over 20 yrs I've never had a bad exspeariance in all the years I've been scrapping they are very organized and they make my job easier to prosses materials it's a friendly n helpful business.
They are a tier 1 recycling facility. With a very professional and knowledgeable staff. The lady at the window is always smiling. The fella on the small scale doesn't hesitate too help you out. The gentleman that drives thier van trailers around is extremely professional an patiently waits an watches to be sure its clear of any obstacles and is always aware of his surroundings. I find this facility miles above the rest. Even though they all have different jobs too do they work seamlessly together to get it done.
They are always pretty good to work with at Padnos here in Cadillac. Usually get in and out quickly. I don't go there all that frequently, but the yard is usually pretty clean. This last time I was in, the sheet iron unloading area had stuff a little scattered all over and had to move some things to get all the way back to the edge of the unloading pad, but wasn't too bad and that's unusual. I would say. Say. Have never picked up a nail or anything in a tire and all the times that I've been there which has always been a concern. The office staff is usually very pleasant to work with as well.
Shout out to Eileen at the desk at padnos! Whatever I bring in weather its scrap metal or questions she's always super helpful and nice! Great person all around
Great service great people, I always learn something new whenever I go here! Wouldn't use another place even if they were closed. I'd wait till they opened again! Thanks for always taking the time to teach me all about the trade!

There iron/tin scrap is an awesome setup! But definitely got shorted on the value of my catalytic converter $6 for an oem Subaru cat! They kept saying it was aftermarket but there was very clear Subaru badges stamped all over.

Nice friendly people, well managed yard. They have a donation dumpster outside the gate for those that don't want to drive across the scale. Proceeds from that go to local charities that is listed near the dumpster. Great for when you have items you just want to drop and go.
The lady that runs the scale and pays out is really nice to deal with.
Having a designated cement concrete pad just for the sheet iron pile is phenomenal and well kept. The gentleman working the small scale is exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to educate on different types of material. The young lady in the front is always smiling and very friendly.

Been going to this scrap yard for years now! Best one around! Very helpful, friendly people all the way from sheet iron, to small scale to behind the desk!! 😊 absolutely love Eileen she always makes my day!
The guy that helped me unload was really helpful and the inside area where he sorted my metal was very clean and organized. Eileen in the office that made out my invoice was very personable and full of information. It was overall a great experience.
