Horrible horrible. They are very dishonest and dont stand by there word. Damage to my motorcycle still wont pay a judgement that was granted. They reached out several times to tell me they are paying and then nothing. There word means zip.. save yourself the grief and go elsewhere for your towing needs. Also tried to say they never dropped bike in first place. Have eye witnesses, police report and so much other proof. This happen over a year ago and still waiting for payment
Tim was the person who picked up my car and he was so kind and helpful. He took care of everything quickly and easily so I didn’t have to worry about anything. The woman I spoke to on the phone was also kind and helpful. I would definitely use this company again.
Tim was incredibly polite and professional, a refreshing change from many tow truck experiences. Tim was a god send. My Prius has locked up due to coolant issues. We spent ample time looking at how to put it in neutral to tow. He found the secret sauce and we were on our way. Great to see a lot colal two that knows the area so no need for GPS. Not mention, well mannered and excellent taste in music. Will definitely be using these guys again. Thank you once again.

Doc was there within 8 minutes, got the battery started and advised me about the problem. It actually took longer to go through my insurance company process. Definitely would use again if necessary!
Worst service I’ve had at any place in my life. Was told it would be 30-45 minutes multiple times. Ended up waiting 5 hours for the tow truck to come. I was on the first floor of a parking structure and was told I could be picked up from there by their dispatcher until the driver finally came and they told me I couldn’t be towed and lied about the fact they said they could get me from the parking structure. Talked to multiple rude and inconsiderate people who did not care about good service. Only one who cared about helping out was Naomi she was pretty nice.
This company text me before 7am for their 60 minute arrival. After 2 hours, they told me their driver is stuck in traffic. After another hour and a half they had a shift change excuse. Waited 6 hours and never showed!!! Save your time
My jeep app selected them to come out for a tow and they never showed up. First I was given 30-60 min wait then it changed to arriving soon and never showed up. Stellantis reached out to me and updated me saying another 20 mins and they will be there, after waiting close to 2 hours I canceled and called another towing service that showed up in 15 mins!! I can’t imagine if I was stranded in a dangerous area or on a freeway. Do better cause that’s not acceptable.
AAA sent Triple7 to tow my car. This was the second time they have towed my 35 year old car. Excellent service. Prompt. Driver was so nice — we didn’t speak the same language it was no problem.
There prices are cheaper than everywhere else I called around to compare. Tim was our tow truck driver. Very polite and professional. I’d recommend them to my family & friends.
It took 1.5 hours to get to us. The guy was on his cell phone the whole time getting the car on and off the truck, never used blinkers, drove 5-10 miles under the speed limit, and almost dropped us off at the wrong spot.
Let me start this off as I was sitting in the worst spot possible in need of a tow and Ronnie did an amazing job getting my car loaded and on the road to our destination in roughly 5 mins maybe 6 I would use this company again when I am in a pinch

Tim Tucker - when you are in need of a tow call these guys. Tim called extremely calm and asked what the situation was that I was in at the moment. Told me the ETA and told me he would text me when he arrived. He did exactly what he said. A tow truck driver is providing a service to help out the stranded driver and/or. Don’t take your frustration out on the hard working tow truck driver. Please remember to be kind to the tow truck driver, they are saving you from the situation you are in at the moment. If you want the best call these guys for a tow. Thank you Tim for your help and kindness.

Triple 7 towing responded to my request promptly. I think I waited only 30 minutes before the tow truck arrived and there was construction around the area of my vehicle. The tow truck driver, Tim, was nice. He put my vehicle on the tow truck and got me to my destination in no time. 5 Star Sevice!

Will call again in an emergency! Called for service. Dispatcher was very helpful in locating my location when I was having a hard time no being familiarwith the area. Received a quote and time frame for service. Driver called in 15 min. With an ETA. He was on time. Greeted us with a big smile and took care of business. The price I paid was the price quoted. Triple Seven Towing I would recommend to my family and friends.
