Years ago I got a scope off of this company and years later the illumination went out on it. I had long lost the receipt for it. I emailed them wondering what I'd be looking at to fix it and they said just send the scope in and a week or so later I had a brand new scope in the mail.

Leapers was plan B for resolving a return issue but they came out on top. Superior customer service. I purchase an accessory from a large online distributor but the Leapers part did not fit even though both websites stated it would. The online distributor initially stated no returns unless item was damage. They further advised I should contact Leapers. After several emails and photos with the online distributor I essentially gave up and contacted Leapers for help. Leapers quickly responded (Raymond C.) and offered to send me other accessories in place of the part that did not fit. While corresponding with Leapers, out of the blue, the online distributor said they would accept a one time return if the part was uninstalled/mint condition...which I stated in my very first email. The point I am making is that Leapers understands the importance of building customer loyalty. Even though I was a longtime customer with online distributor, they made jump through hoops to get this matter resolved. Bottomline, Five Stars for Leapers, Two Stars for the online distributor.

Shout out to UTG/Leapers! Purchased Benjamin Prowler with UTG BugBuster from my home shop New England Air Guns (NEAG). Brought the rifle with mounted scope in to have a sighting problem checked out. Tech at NEAG diagnosed the problem as a rotated reticle/cross hairs, likely caused by break barrel shock. Owner at NEAG suggested that I contact UTG because the reticle problem was likely a warrantable issue. I called UTG the next day. Sam in Sales/Customer Service took my call. Sam asked for the serial number and called the tech at NEAG to try and understand the problem. Sam called me back shortly afterwards. He told me that UTG would ship me a new BugBuster. The scope arrived 3 days later. WOW! UTG/Leapers – I’M ALL IN !

Shoutout to Neil Yu at Leapers! Neil is in their sales dept - I called seeking some advice and help with a Leapers UTG item and Neil went above and beyond to help me out. He took the time to disassemble one of their items to even assist me with parts knowledge as well, and was prompt/communicative and a great guy to work with. Rarely have I had a CS experience so good. Credit to him, I'll be a repeat customer.

Dealt with Neil Yu in customer service about repairing/replacing my scope that had a few issues and was discontinued. Ended up replacing it with a different scope which I liked better. My dad has 4 of these scopes no issues. Great scopes, just got a dud but they took care of it. Excellent customer service.

Best Made in USA scope mounts and accessories I have found. UTG Pro will be my go-to until they stop making them, and love their S2 stock. Looking forward to their premium optics line made in Michigan. Stellar company with great products. I had lost a lens cover from my scope and went on to the Leapers web site to order a new one. I could not find them listed on the site, so I emailed customer support. I got a reply from a CSR named William Sanchez. He helped me out and is sending me a new lens cover. He went above and beyond to help me out. That is what I call great customer service! Thank you again Mr Sanchez!

I purchased an ambidextrous extended magazine release from UTG for my AR-15. The product arrived, and during installation, I stripped a screw that held the extended release to the button for the release, which meant i could no longer install the kit. I reached out to Leapers Support and explained what occurred asking if i could purchase the parts needed without purchasing the full kit. Mr. Westra with Leapers support promptly responded and sent me replacement parts, free of charge, and without questions asked. New parts arrived days later, and I'm now enjoying my new magazine release. Cannot beat the customer service!

The customer service is outstanding. Bill Sanchez from sales helped me with an issue I was having and had excellent timely communication. Their products are great quality and they stand behind them. Shout out to Neil and Bill at Leapers customer service. I had submitted a service request asking for specifications on m lok bolts and t nuts for my UTG PRO M-LOK STANDARD QD SLING SWIVEL ADAPTOR. They had come loose over time and I lost them, fully intending on replacing them. I searched Amazon thinking that the sizes were standard, however, after purchase, they did not fit. After contacting customer service, Neil and Bill exceeded my expectations by not only sending me new hardware, but also another adapter! What an unexpected gesture and I was impressed with their quick response and service! Thank you, Neil and Bill!

Leapers offers some undervalued items and the MT-MRO13C is one of them. It holds my Trijicon MRO perfect after two days on the range. Used it with 5.56 and 9 mm uppers with no problem. The hex head screws that come with this are great. If you have older hands like mine this is a helper. I got what I wanted for a fifth of what other products wanted. Not my first UTG and will not be my last. The company also has a stellar and easy warranty policy that they have stood by and I’ve needed for one or two of my mistakes. Plan on getting a second so I don’t have to swab out between my two uppers.

I have to say Leapers (UTG) has great customer service and a really good warranty. After sending 1 email asking for assistance and Han was on point. He received my scope ....sadly it was discontinued.... he sent me a replacement QUICK!!! I also Spoke with Sam he was great too. I wish ALL customer service was this way. Sure I had to pay to send my scope in but that was a lot cheaper than a new one. Thank you Leapers.... Thanks Hansen and Sam. You guys rock and need a raise!!!!

I want to give a big shout out to Jesse and Rachel at Leapers, Inc. for the tremendous customer service provided when an optic I purchased had some issues. What a refreshing experience to have such pleasant, knowledgeable professionals helping me resolve the matter. It's unheard of these days. I got a quick response, they stood by the product (replacing it - thank you!) and expedited shipping back to me. Five-stars and a big thank you to them both!

Sent me a scope that wouldn't adjust at all. To warranty it out, I have to pay to send it back. Not worth it at all. I spent $200 on my scope. You'd think they would make it right without all the hassle. Definitely going with another manufacturer next time.

Five Stars is for one of their Employees. 3 Stars for Leapers itself. A BIG shout out to Rachel G in Sales/Customer Support. She is a gem and if Leapers Mgmnt is reading this, please clone her! I've been in sales support / customer service support and she is a pro, honestly, the most pleasant and on-the-ball rep I've worked with. Leapers the Company. 3 Stars. It doesn't appear to me, after ordering 3 Leaper's products, that Mgmnt has "eyes and ears" for what goes on in China where many/most of their products are made. I'll spare the "gory details" but I will say they are lucky they have a "Rachel" on staff. Loosely controlled production process, and not enough quality checks, from my individual experience.

I purchased three, UTG Ergonomic Ambidextrous 5-position Foregrips a while ago and after some changes wanted to add the inserts back. Over time I misplaced the inserts and could not find replacements so I emailed Leapers to see if they sold them or could point me in the right direction. A few days later Jesse, one of the Sales Reps emailed me back with a tracking number and said he had shipped out replacements and asked if there was anything else they could do. This is without question the best customer service I have had in a very long time. In a time when no one seems to care anymore it is very nice to know there is a company that still has values and treats customers with world class service. I will be sending more of my business the Leapers and Jesse. Thanks again Jesse for the great service, it is much appreciated

Very bad experience. I buy in Europe flashlight from this company.One day spare light bulb broken.I write email for this company and ask about support to buy spare light bulb directly from Leapers.Office answer to me: "LT-TL099PR1 was discontinued long time ago, so we did not have any spare light bulb for this item in our warehouse. We tried to save you the money, so we recommended you buying it from any local store. We do not provide retail sale but wholesale and manufacturing:. But In Europe we dont have this light bulb.Absopute impossible to buy.Any help.Please never to buy any product from this company.Just take off money from customers.After any servise and support.Very very bad !!!!

I have purchased several sets of the UTG Pro POI series 30mm rings. They are very well built and made in the USA. I am extremely pleased with the quality and fit and finish overall is most excellent. The use of torx screws is nice and allows for more precise torque specs in my opinion. I would buy again and will buy again.

Thank you so much for taking care of the issue I had, regarding new replacement screws for my AR15 handguard! Had a few screws loose on my handguard, sent a few quick emails and had replacement screws on the way! Just received them today during a hurricane. Thanks again!!!
