What a wonderful experience buying a new truck! I called right when they opened asking for a new car salesmen to call me regarding a new purchase...within 5? minutes, Marty Pearson called. He was polite, kind, and patient while I explained what I was looking for. He told me they were rare without ordering one but he would check. Called me back 10 minutes later with an answer of 1 being available...I test drove it that afternoon and purchased it 30 min later. Marty was wonderful throughout the whole purchase. He answered any questions I had, no matter how simple or common knowledge they were, made sure I was kept in the loop until I picked it up and was just really pleasant to work with. I've had two vehicles serviced here. Both times excellent service. Recently had to get recall work done, it was a just a software update and nothing else, Bill Brown service dropped my vehicle off at my home after. They even washed it before dropping it off. Great service all around.

I have bought several autos from Bill Brown, as I do I must travel 100 miles to get there. I’ve come to rely on the relaxed, no BS atmosphere I find there. I’m quite happy that I found a dealership that I can trust. Do not have to price check and I’m very relaxed in doing my deal. Also, my salesman, Mr. Miller I highly recommend as he will turn what I found in the past to be a stressful situation into one of a great enjoyment.

I wish there was an option for ten stars. Laurie Knutson went above and beyond to help me and have the vehicle ready when I arrived. Her instincts were right and I have the perfect vehicle! I want to express our appreciation for the attention the Bill Brown Ford service department extended to my wife and I late last week. We had a unexpected issue with our 2023 Bronco Sport that required immediate attention as we needed that vehicle to leave town. Freddy Salem, our Service Advisor, engaged his Service Manager, Johnny Abughannam, who found a way to get our vehicle looked at immediately and diagnosed the same day. Jason Ellsworth, Bill Brown's Director of Service, communicated with us quickly, and often, and made himself available whenever we called. Jason had to engage Ford to work out some of the issues which he did professionally and to our best interest. As a former service representative for Ford Motor Company, I was most impressed with this team's empathy and commitment to address our needs and be sure that we were satisfied. I began looking at cars a few months ago but was undecided where to purchase. My old car decided not to wait for that decision and suddenly needed a major repair. I had several friends recommend Bill Brown and Laurie Knutson as the sales person. Between Laurie, her assistant Brittany and a great selection of cars on the lot to choose from, I found my car in a day and with Laurie’s recommendations I found someone to purchase my old (undrivable until repaired) car for more than anyone else had offered. They made my traumatic experience much easier to handle and I love my new hybrid Escape!

My salesman, Levell Baldridge is spectacular. He comes through for me. Last year, we did an internet deal over the phone and I picked up the truck after work with minimal paperwork to complete. I had a budget and he met my budget with the internet deal. He also took the time and helped me transfer all my tools and stuff to the new truck! The whole experience was an answer to my prayer! This year was no exception, Levell found a very nice truck that met my budget! The service guy was very patient. He connected the app to my phone and took the time to show me various things with the truck. From the salesman to the service, Bill Brown was outstanding!

Chuck was absolutely AMAZING. We walked in not knowing what we wanted. He answered all of our questions and provided advice as to what he had available on the lot. The process was smooth and we left happy with a new to us vehicle.

Melissa Lelekatch had vehicles pulled and ready to go, we talked about the deals and options, and I picked out a beautiful hybrid F-150 that I absolutely love. Finance guy was fun while getting the money stuff done. The guys in back got my bedliner and new hard tonneau installed and the porter Josh walked me through the phone connection to my app and explained my electronics. Showed up around 3 and I was driving home by 5:30, I was very pleased with my experience. 10/10 definitely would recommend both my salesperson and the dealer. We had such a great experience at this dealership our salesman was Michael Gurney. He helped my husband and I get out of our lease early and got into one of my dream cars the 2025 Mustang Mach-E. Everything went smooth and the customer service was amazing the staff was also nice we had our 4 year old with us and she was all over the place lol.
