My wife stopped in to get a replacement headlight. They looked up her vehicle in their system and sold her the incorrect part. I went back to get the correct part with her receipt. They could not exchange it or return it for me because I didn’t have her card per the older gentleman in the red shirt. Also I didn’t have my wallet, and asked if I could just buy the correct headlight and use my phone to pay. He said they didn’t have that capability. Upon returning with my wife, a younger gentleman did the return without swiping or scanning my wife’s card. Red shirt seemed annoyed that I actually returned, and just told me what isle I could find the headlight in as he walked in the back. Then my wife used the tap function on their credit card machine to pay for the correct part! I worked in retail for over ten years. Poor customer service. I will order my stuff online or go somewhere else from now on, even though they are less than a mile from my house.

Asked for a rear wiper blade for a certain vehicle, gave me the wrong one. Hate having to go back, especially after asking what the correct one is.

Great location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they do not have the part your looking for in stock they will do thier best to find it at another location close by and you can either have it transfered to this store or have it set aside for you to go pick up. I give them an 11 out of 10.

When I tell you this staff could care less about there customers. The line is out the door, I simply ask if there is anyone that can help the older white male at the register. The older white male snaps on me and says can't you see they are busy. It was a group of red shirts working in the back. I would say between 5 to 8. If someone would have helped that line would have been gone in 10 minutes easy. But I left because of the clear wait and rudeness.

From my experience at other autozone they do stuff for you. Like put windshield wipers on for you or change your head light bulbs for you. Well here they don't do any of that I don't care if they're busy or not it's not gonna happen. Then the guy was so dry no kind of help. So if you are injured or just don't know how to change your lights or wipers do not go here they are no help

I went here yesterday to buy a new battery and have someone install it. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism - they did not try to upsell me anything and changed out my battery, something I could not do myself and probably would have cost much more elsewhere. I will return back to this Auto Zone. Thank you for such great service!

For people not familiar with the great service, go here before going anywhere else when something pops up on you dash, ie warning light. They will read the code and print out a sheet that way you know what's going on with your vehicle.

I traveled 3.5 hours here for my daughter's cheer competition this weekend and upon leaving the convention center my car alerted me that my headlight went out. With it being Sunday not many places are open and willing to help change it. Mike C went above and beyond to help me get a good set of bulbs picked out and replaced it for me! Now I can make my late night journey back home. Thanks, Mike C!

My battery died in this really cold weather so I had to go get a new battery. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted by two people. They looked up which battery I needed and then Mike swapped them incredibly fast. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

March 9th I purchased a part they said would be available the next day. Next day I come to pick it up and I’m told I’ll get a call once it’s ready. It wasn’t urgent so when I didn’t receive a call I didn’t push it. Fast forward to today & I’m being told that the pick up was signed off by someone and I could try to get the part from a different location. The part was $120.07. My bank statement lists the store # and address but since I don’t have the physical receipt I’ll have to spend another $120 for the part I already paid for and never got. The person I spoke to was very nice and he tried everything to help me but being that the solution is “go to another location and spend more money” without possibility of a refund is insane to me being that my BANK’S receipt gives their information.

Waited for road service for 3 hours to change a flat. I call Autozone just before they closed. I spoke to Tia and asked if anyone there was interested in making a few dollars helping me with my tire. Kenny came to the phone and said he would be there as soon as the store closed. My car was across the street. Kenny arrived as promised and took care of my problem.Tia stopped by to check on us and also helped. Clearly not their job. Both were very polite. Road service never showed up. Thanks Kenny and Tia.

Great advice from Manager, Jason at the Livonia location on 5 Mile. He is very professional in that he is knowledgeable, helpful, and explains so that I can understand and that makes it so I can trust going again to ask him about advice on product for my car.

My son has recently started learning how to change the oil in his vehicle. I know that Autozone and O'Reilly take 5 gallons of used oil per customer per day. I went in to this particular one because it was on the way to work. I had 4 gallons to return that day. Normally I go to the one on Middlebelt they are always friendly and courteous and they take my oil so I don't have to carry it, which they don't have to but that is how nice they are. I asked the guy if they take used motor oil he said yes. I had to in my hands and I asked him where he wanted me to put it down at. He looked at me like he didn't want to oil at all. I said I'll be back I have 2 more in my car and he immediately told me his limit is 3. Know I know for a fact that it's 5 gallons per day per customer. I didn't want to argue because I needed to go to work. I willing Never br coming back to this store again. The guy is rude and a liar.

Went today for a couple of air filters. I was having trouble finding the one I needed when a worker who was stocking the shelf walked by and rudely said excuse me and proceeded to move directly where I was looking and stood there with a cart just blankly staring at me never offering help or asking if I needed anything. I was sorta irritated by that and the fact they didn’t seem to have either filter I needed in stock. There was another worker at the counter doing nothing and when I walked out I assumed he’d ask if I found everything or atleast have a good one but nothing. I won’t be back. I’ll go to oreilys.

Beware of incorrect product coming up in their system. I went here to get an air filter for my wife's 2019 Ford Edge. The cashier put in the information, got me the filter, and I was on my way. However when I got home and checked, the filter was about two times the size of what I needed. I came back to return it and to see if they had anything that was the correct size. The cashier insisted that the one she supplied was the only one that came up in the system. I went over to check the booklet they had on site, and sure enough the air filter that showed up there was completely different than whatever she was looking up in the system. That filter was out of stock, so I can only assume their system was trying to compensate and get a similar air filter in comparison that was in stock. I went to Meijer down the street and got the correct air filter. Would not recommend.

They put my windshield wipers on for me since I hadn't on this b4. All employees are very nice & didn't tey & convince me to get anything I didn't need. Being a woman a lot of Auto places do that! 5 stars for them!!!

Excellent Service helping with battery choices. Clean store and everything in its’ place. Appropriately stocked and staffed with kind, knowledgeable fellas. The gentleman who rang me up even carried the battery out for me. We’re always going to come back!

Very rude employee. We came in because our radiator hose was leaking and we asked what kind of quick fix we could do to help us get home. Employee was very rude and didn't help at all. A different employee who didn't seem very knowledgeable on the subject tried to help. When we were checking out with some kind of patch kit, the rude employee said something like "you're better off with (some kind of wrap), but oh well, do what you want" and continued to check us out. Why didn't he recommend the wrap the first time we asked? I was already having a rough day and this employee just made it worse. I've had rude experiences with other employees here too. The owner or manager needs to do some training for his employees, and until that happens, I'm going to O'Reilly's.

Avoid this location, they have a male manager there that just doesn't care. No pride in his business, and no concerns for his customers. He only asked me minimal details about the car, and didn't listen when I tried to tell him more. I get home take brakes off the vehicle and discover they gave me the wrong ones. I call them up, and he tries to make it out like I didn't tell him the right info. So I put it back together, and go down there. I work with another female manager it's quick and easy, and she pulls the right parts. Turns out the other guy have me the brake pads for my old car, so he didn't listen to me at all. Because of the attitude of the original guy, I had to apologize to the lady and decline the sale. I went to Amazon and bought better pads for cheaper to get the job done right.

Spent a couple hours trying to get the right parts ordered at their associate Patty's insistence. She ordered the wrong ones. My mechanic thankfully got the correct parts much cheaper I might add. I tried to return the incorrect parts, and because I used my card as a debit they have to give cash back and they didn't have any to give me. So not only did I make many phone calls to make sure things were correct drove there picked it up drove back the next day to return it all for nothing and I still don't have my money back ... TERRIBLE SERVICE
