Thanks to the people at the 8mile store I was able to get the headlights fixed! I have a hard time with things on the car nowadays two young men tried and the second one did not give up and it was so cold now we can see!
I was so lucky they had the part I needed! Only had one in stock in the back but they found it and I got the rear wiper installed. Another auto parts store not only didn't have the one I needed, but broke mine when they were taking a look. Guys at O'Reilly saved me because no one else had the size I needed and I would've had to order had they not had it.
Very helpful every time I visit. They never try to get me to buy higher costing products than what I need. Just providing me with what I need if that makes sense.
Tonight the staff went above and beyond to help. When the oem part numbers didn't translate accurately. James and partner (parts specialist) pulled out the micrometer and figured it out. Definitely pleased with the customer service!!
I came into your store today for a left bulb for my headlight. Aaron greeted me and was very pleasant. He came out and took the bad bulb out and replaced it with a new one. I asked Aaron how long he had been with the company and when he said 2 days I was really surprised because he was so knowledgeable. Aaron is an asset to your store and i wish more were like him. Aaron thanks for starting my day off in the right direction.
I came in because I needed a belt tensioner for my vehicle. Lisy and Kenzie went absolutely above and beyond to help me with anything I needed With amazing customer service and a smile across their face. If you’re looking for An auto parts store I don’t think there’s another I would rather go to

Normally absolutely love this O'Reilly but the guy they have there today I just got off the phone with them. In store he was rude and over the phone he was rude. He wouldn't even look for the part I was trying to see if they had.
O'Reilly's is one of the courteous knowledgeable people working behind the counter, the drivers are quickly delivering Parts good parts for good people

Drop the battery off to have checked they did not call me back. They did not look into my warranty battery and then they proceeded to yell at me in the phone.
Just wanna say me n my companies have been with o'rielys for about 18 years at this location. But today after interactions with jurrel the manager im gonna take my company business elewhere.

AutoZone down the street wouldn’t help me when I Needed to get a battery test tested. You guys took care of me right away charged my battery and confirm that the battery was good thank you very much for the help and the honesty. I will be a returning customer.
In general this is a pretty good auto parts store that has the parts in stock or will get them in a day or so. what I do not like is they claim they turn rotors but every time I try to get rotors turned either the machine is broken or there's tooling missing or the guy isn't in. so either do the work or take the sign out of the window!
The people who work here mostly suck. A couple good ones, but they have a few with an attitude. Still way better than the AutoZone down the street, they must recruit outside OCJ.
These guys were the only ones who had the specialty part I needed for my 2016 F150. My truck broke down (heater hose cracked) and I was stranded. I could not find the part for immediate pick up. Most places were a 2-5 day wait for shipment. The part was exactly what I needed and fit like a glove.
Don't be afraid to ask the staff to help you find what you need. I recently bought some electrical adapters for wiring harnesses and some replacement bulbs for turn indicators. The bulbs I was replacing were manufactured in China and did not have any markings on them. The staff member was able to determine the correct bulbs from sight and helped me find the correct wiring harnesses and adapters from the 50 or so they stocked a lot faster than I would have been able to do on my own
Love this location! Usually very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Excellent customer service is a rarity these days, but can still be found here!! Thank you to those that are so kind and service oriented- it's a breath of fresh-air!!
The commercial section has poor customer service. I'm thinking about opening an account with AutoZone down the street and if you know me I do not like AutoZone. Looks like they have more help I appreciate that some came out to help me with my wiper blades yesterday. I didn't bother going to the commercial section yesterday because it seems like when I go back there it just slows me down maybe they just need a little more help back there.
Went to O’Reilly Auto at 8 mile and Grand River for hydraulic fluid and other things. After the purchase I was locked out of my truck! My phone was in there as well…Lasandra (hope I got the name right) let me use their own in house lock out kit. Was back in my truck in seconds. Thank you so much! Our company goes there very often and will go even more now!
I was very pleased with the customer service I received from the manager Johnny and employee Devin. They both had a genuine desire to help me get the parts that I needed and even called ahead to another store so that my parts would be waiting for me. Great job guys!
Bad location. Don’t shop here. Managers have a serious problem with white people. Serious racists. Gave me a hard time returning a defective part and refused to give me a gift card instead of sending the money back to the card which was already closed. I told her before not to send it back there and she did it just to spite me. Now I don’t have the part nor the money.
The staff is very welcoming, friendly & outgoing. They make me feel so comfortable as soon as I walk in the door. I don't know tht much about vehicle, but I love how the staff is always willing to help & answer any questions i might have, & the store manager is the best. You can tell why the store has so many repeat customers because of the great leadership of the store manager.
The assistant manager Tammy was so helpful! I came in to get parts for my cousin and didn't exactly know what type/brand to buy. With her knowledge of her job and calmness while asking me what I needed, than explaining and recommending brands..... I was able to walk out with everything need except one item. Which she called the other store and it was waiting for me at the counter.
Would give 0 stars if possible!!! Terrible service!!!! Workers are rude. Bought brand new battery and guy that installed it was beating it with a socket and yelling at the battery then sent me on my way with battery not installed properly. Had to return next day! Assistant manager came to check the battery. Told me she was going in for a tool to help me and never returned. Spoke to manager about all the issues and it was like she couldn't be bothered with the problem, didn't even apologize. I will never buy anything here again!!!
