The auto-mechanics are highly courteous and professional and would take fair amount of time, and go over the car issues and your options before starting any repair. I think that sets this place above the other places. Have been going to this place for well over 10 years and highly recommend it. Always been a great experience. This place is a dump !!! They lying about repairs! Then when you ask them about it they get argumentative and start screaming at you. Charged me for work that was never even done ! I called the state they will be investigating this. I took my car over to Midas 2 doors down and got my car actually repaired.
Use to be my guys but they fell off. Overcharge these days. Parts wear down fast. Don’t know but my rotor was taken and brakes were switched out with old ones…that’s assuming because my car was sitting over there for a week plus and had it towed back to my house because it wasn’t getting worked on. Then all of sudden missing parts that i didn’t notice until my car got worked on.
I give this business a big fat 0. Very poor professionalism. When I first started going to the shop service was good, then the prices went up other things would go wrong with car after Matt repaired it. Once I had a very minor oil leak, nickel and quarter size. Matt fixed leak, but the next day or so there was a big circle oil leak. When I called Matt began yelling that my car is old and it’s something else. I took my car back and Matt stated that he tried to help me and he had over filled my oil and it had spilled out. I stopped going there for a long time, but tried them again when my mechanic moved, but I only dealt with AJ. AJ was always nice and professional, he fixed my car and no issues. I then had starter problems with my car and made appointment with AJ. Matt came out and said he would take care of it and reluctantly I gave him keys instead of saying I would wait for AJ. He fixed issue, but after about a week car started doing same thing a few times. I didn’t want to call because of the last incident with Matt, but I said I better call. When I called Matt began yelling and very defensive saying he fixed my car and I always do this, my car is old and it’s something else. My car will start most times, but to this day, it occasionally has starter problems. Matt also, did the same thing to my brother. He spent $600.00 and car was not fixed. I will never go to the shop again.
This place is great. Professional jobs with good prices. I told him what I thought I needed. He told me what I needed and what was unnecessary to get. Fix my struts and tighten up things that other shops should have done. I will definitely be going back.
I haven't used them yet but I came by because was referred by valvoline and he told me my van had a recal and see if I can get them to fix it through that before Bringing it and spending $ I don't need to. Definitely go here because they are so kind hearted and will try and help you the customer over trying to take your money
I had an engine replaced at this place one years ago, and i keep coming back to them because of the perfect job they do and they explained me how some others shops deal with used engines and they explained me how the engine has a unique serial number matched with the vin number of the donor car so it will be traceable and be able to know the mileage of that unit. I highly recommend this place! If someone claims his engine never been replaced it’s easy to find that out. God bless!
I'm a car nut. And very particular about my cars. I have never worked with a shop who has gained my trust more than this one. It's the type of place I would send my family and friends to knowing they're in good hands.
If you would like to be scammed, please be my guest and come here! We had an oil change shop blow my husbands car up…they of course did the right thing and went through insurance and Livonia auto care took all of the money that the insurance company gave them and never put a new motor in. In fact we are dealing with a legal expert right now who just found that this company didn’t even replace the engine, they used glue to glue on an oil pan. And we just found a cracked transmission because of all the damage. I just want to personally thank you all from the bottom of my heart for ruining mine and my family’s lives, you have caused us months of hardships, months of paying thousands in rentals, and many emotional break downs. We are still currently paying on the vehicle you have destroyed on top of a new one we had no choice in getting. I have contacted the state and currently working with some legal teams. The good reviews you have are most likely your friends or family because I can’t imagine you have one truthful bone in your body. Anyways, have a wonderful day and I’ll see you soon!
Amazing service. Trust worthy and honest. We were told we need to change the tire but he checked every thing, referred us to a place to fix the tire (cost $30), and did not charge anything. Will be back for sure.
Really good guys. Matt and AJ are really honest and won't tell you to do any repairs that aren't necessary. I've been going here for over 10 years and they never disappoint. Even after moving away I still try to get my cars back to them if I need work.
Took my daughter dart there. When we bought it, it sat for two years and needed a lot of work. They make all the necessary repairs and got her back on the road. Great prices and very respectful. Thanks again.

Go see Matt and AJ, they are very knowledgeable mechanics who really go above and beyond to help the customer. Prices are reasonable, work is solid. These guys have always been able to provide the best solution at an affordable price for our vehicles. Matt is a Honda Expert and AJ is a German Genius. Though they work on all makes and models, both domestic and imports.
very knowledgeable honest , i’ve been quoted 1300$ to get my heater core replaced by the dealership, AJ checked for me and it was stuck blend door actuator which he coasted me only 120$ for part and labors!!! and two month in row and its still blowing hot , its the place i would go to anytime for future repairs

After misquoting a thermostat repair over the phone and talking him into extra repairs, they tried to rip off my father with his 2007 Buick rendezvous on his next visit by telling him the vehicle needed head gasket repair that would cost up $2500 depending on which heads needed repairs. A trusted family mechanic quickly discovered it was only the radiator which cost 5 times less around $500. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE CROOKS, THEY SCAM THE ELDERLY.
The best car repair shop in the city!!! Matt is the true definition of taking care of the customer. I have been going to matt for years. And stooped after purchasing a new car. I had a situation happen with my tire where i needed it fixed as soon as possible. All car shops and dealerships were completely backed up. I called matt (its been a few years since ive done business with him) i didnt think he would remember me, but he did. He told me to bring my car in and he had me in and out (as always). He is honest and upfront. Nor does he overcharge for his services. I highly recommend.
Left my car with a power steering leak after removing my rack and pinion to install a motor mount. I never had a leak or any other problems until thet worked on my car. They left me hanging with a bad leak. And would not take the blame for it. They also charged me $929 to install one motor mount !!! Way Way to much .
My senior neighbor was just taken advantage of for over $500 of (overpriced) unapproved work on her vehicle. They also did not return her key, they said they had left it in the ignition, however it wasn't there, she had to use her spare key. The man helping her wouldn't take the time to talk to her and treated her poorly.
Matt was super nice and helpful. He knew what was wrong with my car right away. And they seemed to charge a fair price for the services I needed to get done. The only downfall was I had to leave my car overnight because they were so busy, but that happens, right?
Been doing business with these guys about 15 years now. We always call a minimum of Three different companies to ensure we are getting the best price possible. I don't feel like I'm getting taken advantage of when I do business here. Definitely worth firing your old mechanic over!
Finally came to this repair shop after going next door for years and let me tell you i'm very glad that i did, the guys that work here did an excellent job servicing my car they are very honest and know exactly what they're doing i strongly recommend coming here if you're looking for a place to get something serviced on your vehicle.
I brought my work van up this Saturday 8am as the sign says they are open. I sat in the parking lot from 8 to 8:30. No one ever showed up to open. That's not very reliable, or good service. I was taught in work ethic that if your 15 minutes early you're on time, and if you're on time you're late. A half hour and still not there when you advertise an 8am opening? This was my first and last attempt using this place. I don't have time for that... Next.
