My brakes work perfectly now and don't make any noise which seems simple but other shops couldn't achieve this basic expectation despite charging more for supposedly premium service provided previously
I brought my daughter's car in after having a terrible experience at another shop. This place is amazing! They fixed everything, same day, and then threw in a new pair of wiper blades. They really went the extra mile to take care of my girl's car and I'm so thankful for the way they looked out for her. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I have a 2014 Audi Q5 and heard squeaking while driving, especially while turning steering wheel. I previously had front end suspension work completed by them so I wasn't too anxious about the service I would receive. I did not expect to hear of the serious repairs I would need (control arms, ball joints) but Nick accommodated me and after 5 business days, I got my vehicle back without incident. Additional repairs/service were completed (engine oil/transmission leak, oil change, wheel alignment). Due to the repair of leak, Nick advised that I return after 3k miles for a complimentary oil change in order to make sure all is well. I appreciate his customer service and feel confident enough to recommend Luai's for your automotive needs.
Needed tires immediately for upcoming trip and they had quality used ones that looked nearly new saving me hundreds, the honest assessment of my other tires' condition helped me plan future purchases accordingly
Fair and honest shop that told me my engine was worth fixing when another place tried convincing me to junk the car and buy from their affiliated dealer which seemed suspicious!
Bought a newer diesel truck from a fenton Ford dealer 1.5 mths and the timing belt sensor came on(which was said to be covered in our warranty) the shop had our truck for 3.5 weeks and warranty people would not cover the cost which was up to $2700 and wanted to drop the motor for more money to MAYBE cover the cost. Then find out the manager gets fired for shady deals and lies 1.5 weeks after he had our truck for 4 weeks NOT FIXED but I paid out of pocket for the expenses. Not covered due to it being a maintenance issue, well it can't be maintenance from me having it only 2 mths and being approved by dealer for the warranty. But my truck now is still not able to drive and sitting in the driveway and the shops only solution is maybe they can fix it trying this and that but I have to pay for it. So the truck also got dropped back off with more lights and warnings about emission filter and other shit.
I went up to get a piece of exhaust replaced and Sebastion was such a great help. He was able to give me a very fair quote and squeeze me into the schedule despite Monday being such a busy day. This is the place to go for sure!

Bought tires and installation through Walmart. When I showed up, the techs at Walmart said they couldn't install the tires. Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with 35" tires. Nothing crazy. So, I took my tires and left. Went to Firestone down the street. Come back tomorrow, they said. Belle Tire, booked through February. Luai's, although it was a long wait, took care of me the same day. To be fair, it was the day after New Year's. They had one guy changing tires, but they still fit me in. Nice people. They seem to care. Cheaper than Firestone and Belle Tire for installation. Couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to wait, either. Couches, big TV, complimentary coffee and soda, internet cafe. Nice place. Good service.
Right diagnosis on transmission saved me from junking car that just needed minor repair to run perfectly again for years which would have been wasteful and expensive mistake to make!
Thorough transmission service included filter change many shops skip to save time but these guys do things right which probably explains why my transmission outlasted the engine manufacturer's expectations significantly already somehow
Sami provided excellent service! He worked on my tires, oil pan gasket, and alignment, and did a great job on everything. My car runs smoothly now highly recommend him for any auto repairs!
Transmission wouldn't shift out of second but they diagnosed it as speed sensor not internal damage. Twenty dollar part and hour labor versus three thousand rebuild!
Was at Belle Tire across the street who would not perform the service as I requested. Called Luai's got me right in and did what I asked for. Quick service!
The new muffler sounds better than original and they routed it properly to avoid future damage from road debris which shows they think ahead not just about today's repair bill

Broke down on middlebelt in the middle of traffic I called luais automotive and Sami answered and sent me a tow truck within minutes and fixed my car and had it back on road before the next morning! Thanks Sami great work highly recommend

Terrible place to come and get an auto inspection! Do not go here! All the tech did was drive my car, brought it to back to their lot and parked it. That was it! No checking my engine, underneath the vehicle, no diagnostic work-nothing! They will rip you off! Nothing but thieves! What a disgrace!
Owners certified through the state to operate on court ordered equipment such as intoxalock. Used their services but went in early one day for a calibration & the service guys tell me that the owners are gone for three months and therefore they cannot perform the service. Not one person called to inform me about this, so good thing I went in early or else I'd be paying reactivation fees along w towing my vehicle and figuring out how to get to work. Terrible service. Called to switch my contract with another auto shop and apparently other people were in the same boat and TCC didn't inform them either. Sounds like an unorganized, unprofessional & money hungry establishment. Good luck if you use them, we won't be back.
**company responded saying we would have known if we called to make an appt....we found out two days before our SCHEDULED appointment because we tried to swing by and see if they were free & available and if not we had an appointment that Monday anyway. The company gave us THE DATE / Appointment beforehand and then couldn't fulfill their end of the bargain. They not one time called to inform us that they wouldn't be able to complete the service. We found out by going in there ourselves. Point blank they are unprofessional and unorganized. It should have been the company calling to inform us that they wouldn't be able to do the appointment. They chose not too. For anyone unfamiliar with the process; if you do NOT complete your recalibration with intoxalock within the time frame, you get locked out of your car, have to get it towed & pay extra reactivation fees etc. This company almost caused that to happen to us allllllll because they were too lazy and or unorganized and failed to call the customers. The new location we go to have said we aren't the only ones who they did this to. Is what it is but the company dropped the ball on this ; not us.
Yesterday, I called Total Car Care regarding significant exhaust repair issue for my 20 year old car. The customer service was great from the initial car where the representative was attentive and hospitable. I had my car towed there and they diagnosed the significant issues with my car within an efficient timeframe the same weekday. One of the best qualities that Total Car Care has compared to other auto repair locations is the patience and reliability of their staff. They did the work to my car timely and were patient regarding any questions I had during the entire process. I view Total Car Care as a place I would return to regarding any future work that needs to be done with my car.

Decided to try a mechanic without a referral and I was not disappointed on price, work or customer service.
From my limited experiences, I like them and recommend them. I think they are priced fair and do a good job. And if you’re not completely happy they’ll make it right.
They have a seating area if you choose to wait, even a children play room. A vending machine for snacks and coffee. If you want you can even watch the mechanics work on your car from the parking lot. Everything is in the open and on the up and up.
