Terrible place to come and get an auto inspection! Do not go here! All the tech did was drive my car, brought it to back to their lot and parked it. That was it! No checking my engine, underneath the vehicle, no diagnostic work-nothing! They will rip you off! Nothing but thieves! What a disgrace!
The shop is run by new owners now. Luai is the best mechanic in town he has a great team working with him and reasonable prices with the best services.
Owners certified through the state to operate on court ordered equipment such as intoxalock. Used their services but went in early one day for a calibration & the service guys tell me that the owners are gone for three months and therefore they cannot perform the service. Not one person called to inform me about this, so good thing I went in early or else I'd be paying reactivation fees along w towing my vehicle and figuring out how to get to work. Terrible service. Called to switch my contract with another auto shop and apparently other people were in the same boat and TCC didn't inform them either. Sounds like an unorganized, unprofessional & money hungry establishment. Good luck if you use them, we won't be back.
**company responded saying we would have known if we called to make an appt....we found out two days before our SCHEDULED appointment because we tried to swing by and see if they were free & available and if not we had an appointment that Monday anyway. The company gave us THE DATE / Appointment beforehand and then couldn't fulfill their end of the bargain. They not one time called to inform us that they wouldn't be able to complete the service. We found out by going in there ourselves. Point blank they are unprofessional and unorganized. It should have been the company calling to inform us that they wouldn't be able to do the appointment. They chose not too. For anyone unfamiliar with the process; if you do NOT complete your recalibration with intoxalock within the time frame, you get locked out of your car, have to get it towed & pay extra reactivation fees etc. This company almost caused that to happen to us allllllll because they were too lazy and or unorganized and failed to call the customers. The new location we go to have said we aren't the only ones who they did this to. Is what it is but the company dropped the ball on this ; not us.
Yesterday, I called Total Car Care regarding significant exhaust repair issue for my 20 year old car. The customer service was great from the initial car where the representative was attentive and hospitable. I had my car towed there and they diagnosed the significant issues with my car within an efficient timeframe the same weekday. One of the best qualities that Total Car Care has compared to other auto repair locations is the patience and reliability of their staff. They did the work to my car timely and were patient regarding any questions I had during the entire process. I view Total Car Care as a place I would return to regarding any future work that needs to be done with my car.

I called my insurance company for road service and Total Car Care was dispatched. I waited 1.5 hours for them to arrive. When the driver arrived he said he could not jump the vehicle because it was not the vehicle on his record. I have 5 cars insured and unknowingly I must have selected a different vehicle. I told him that I would call road service quickly to get it corrected, he told me that I could call but that he was leaving. In my opinion this was very rude and not accommodating to me as the customer. I called road service again and the same Total Car Care was dispatched and now I have to wait another hour for the same rude driver to come back and jump start my vehicle. All he had to do was wait a couple of minutes.
Sam and his guys took great car of my car, did the work in a amazing time frame, I've always heard horror stories of using a warranty and they were the complete opposite! If your having car trouble, Sam and his team are your guys to get it done!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Sam and his employees. I needed a new timing belt on my Land Rover, and they were honest about the issues and what my car needed. They also knew I was without a vehicle during the repair process and were able to fix it for me quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
Sam and the team at Total Car Care are superb at car repair. While on a long road trip that began in NJ, our minivan hit a guard rail. We read online reviews of nearby places and selected Total Car Care. Within an hour, they were able to get the van on the lift and inspected for damage. They showed me the broken strut and damaged sway bar link on the driver's side. They checked the rest of the vehicle, including brakes, suspension, etc and said everything else was good and the vehicle was safe to drive after repairs. They gave me a fair, competitive estimate with quality, brand name parts, and included a wheel alignment. They put two guys on the job to complete it within the same afternoon so my journey could continue without interruption. Sam also provided me a ride to where we were staying so I wouldn't have to wait, and a pickup when the work was completed. A month and 4000 miles later, we returned home without further issues. Sam and the team provided outstanding customer service, did a top quality repair job, and did at a fair price. I highly recommend them.
I called this place after going to multiple parts store looking for clips to fix my front fender. I called them and they said that I could bring it over right away and they could look at it and see if it’s something that they could fix or if they had the right clips for it. Mind you, the fender was completely drug underneath the car and hanging on by only the outside clips. I thought for sure I was going to need a new fender. They took my keys right away and within 10 minutes brought my keys back with it completely fixed and didn’t charge me anything. It was so surprising and extremely appreciated. Being a woman, I always get slightly nervous, going to mechanics/oil change places because I usually feel taken advantage of or treated as if I’m dumb. This place was very kind very respectful and I did not feel taken advantage of. I highly recommend it. I will be coming here for future mechanical issues.

Decided to try a mechanic without a referral and I was not disappointed on price, work or customer service.
From my limited experiences, I like them and recommend them. I think they are priced fair and do a good job. And if you’re not completely happy they’ll make it right.
They have a seating area if you choose to wait, even a children play room. A vending machine for snacks and coffee. If you want you can even watch the mechanics work on your car from the parking lot. Everything is in the open and on the up and up.
Definitely use them, I think you’ll be impressed.
