Might wanna teach your flatbed driver how to back up. Dude dang near backed into me and would have side swiped my car had I not been sitting in it eating lunch. When I honked at him he kept on coming back which forced me to back up and move to avoid being hit. Dude had a whole area to put this car with nothing around but instead shoves it right next to me. He had an attitude like it was my fault. Well for one sir you never even went to the office to see where to drop the car. Dot # 2974615 since I can't post pics. Definitely won't be recommending this company to my customers anymore.
Very big thank you to Art, Shannon, And John @ Worldwide for taking excellent care of us and our new truck order. Arrived / Built much earlier than the original ETA, very fair with pricing, set us up with all equipment we needed as well as had plenty of more to purchase / choose from, trucks been hard @ work and has been great to us. Art was excellent salesman to work with. He has decades of history with JerrDan and truly knows what he’s talking about. Shannon was excellent with communication, was very polite and made us feel like appreciated customers. John is an excellent service technician, we had originally requested a RED lightbar and instead had received AMBER. John switched it out within 10 minutes. On the spot, when we were there to pick it up. John also had shown many years of experience and seemed like just the guy i’d want to have his hands on the truck. The lighting setup is excellent as well. Overall an amazing experience Thanks again! Can’t wait to purchase another!
Thanks to worldwide for the great experience, they were able to get my truck fixed same hour ! Service did phenomenal job adjusting my PTO cable. Shannon provides excellent customer service, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
