We had a great experience with this towing company! I called them at 9 am to tow our broken down truck to our house, they answered right away, were to my house within 10 minutes to pick up the keys, and our truck was in our driveway by 10 am. Super easy and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend them.
Needed to get my car towed to the dealership to get it worked on. I called Tow Broz and asked if I could schedule a specific pick up time. Not only was I able to do that but the cost was super affordable! And if you pay in cash the price drops a little! Super awesome! Had a great experience with Joe picking up my vehicle. Gave me step by step with dropping my car off at the dealership etc. Highly recommend this company! If I need a tow again this will be my place!
Great guys with great communication. They picked up and delivered my Dads car about 30 miles and were very careful with it. They showed up on time and kept me in the loop the whole way. I highly recommend these guys.

Tried 3 other tow/service companies, and none of them could move my vehicle that was stuck for 6+ hours. Tow Broz arrived to my vehicle very quickly, and knew exactly how to tow my vehicle while it was stuck in park. Highly recommend.
These guys are great, got a flat tire and did y have the wheel lock, Joe took my call and was very helpful and hilarious, which was a refreshing in an otherwise stressful situation. He dispatched a driver, and in 15 minutes he arrived and took care of the problem. Fees were very reasonable. Thanks Tow Bros!!!

I called Tow Broz when I gave up on my insurance-provided roadside assistance after spending nearly four hours on the shoulder of I-275 waiting for help. Joe was on his way as soon as I called, gave me frequent updates, and quickly got my car safely to the dealership. A real lifesaver!
Had a flat tire late last night around 10pm - I originally called Cadillac roadside service and after about a 20 minute wait they dispatched a tow company. Another 30 minutes went by and the tow company cancelled. When I called Cadillac back, they put me on hold for about another 10 minutes so I hung up.
I ended up calling Tow Broz (saw their recent reviews), they answered immediately and they had someone to me within 15 minutes. They made everything so much easier and faster. Really wish I would've called them first! Definitely recommend.
My daughter had a blowout on the side of the freeway after 10pm. I called them and he got someone out within 10-15 minutes. The spare was put on fast and safely, which allowed my daughter to make it home safely. Exceptional service and care from these gentleman.

I contacted Tow Broz to assist my elderly mother who was stranded with a flat tire. They responded within 15 minutes, were professional and helpful. Had the tire changed quickly and loaded the bad tire. They had her on her way safely and quickly. Would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommend!
While AAA roadside assistance could not even give me a time estimate 10 hours after calling, Tow Bros were able to come out in 40 minutes to tow my car with a flat bed truck to the tire shop. Very efficient and professional. Had two flat tires.
We have an electric car and it just died on us unexpectedly. We needed a tow to the dealer and Joe was amazing. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he would be able to tow us and kept us up to date on his arrival time. He made an extremely stressful situation so much better. Having an EV die when it’s got a 60% charge is stressful, not to mention you can’t do anything when it’s dead. He was able to provide a “jump” to get it loaded on the flatbed and towed where we needed it, all in an extremely time manner. While I hope I never need a tow again, I will definitely use Joe and highly recommend him! 5+ stars!!
Great and fast service. Gave them a call and less than 15minutes my car was on the tow truck after stalling out and headed to the mechanic shop. Although yea unfortunate situation for me, the quick and excellent customer service was top notch and if I ever need a tow truck again will definitely give them a call.
I am from Flint, and while out in Livonia my vehicle overheated. And the location I happened to be parked in was off the highway only the hwy was backed up over 40 min. But he made it to me and loaded my vehicle up quickly and he drove us back to Flint. He cut us a deal and didnt charge me for the 40 min traffic jam that was in the way of him getting to me sooner. He was extremely nice and helpful. I am so grateful how quickly he managed to come to me given the standstill traffic the hwy had. This is the tow truck company to use! You won't be disappointed.
Great price, fast, genuine. Other two trucks had me wait 3 hours. Joe came out in 20mintues and charged way less than the competitors this is HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. All jokes aside if you need a tow call them they work with insurance companies as well
Needed a truck towed in the middle of the night and they were there within 30 minutes of me calling them, everyone else I called couldn’t help till the next day. Spoke to Joe on the phone and he was very nice and called and messaged with updates since it was an hour drive. Very polite and fast service. Gave me a fair price. %100 recommended definitely saved his number in case I ever need a tow again.
I am a truck fleet owner with 12 trucks. I live and Florida but my trucks are all in Detroit Michigan and when lose a team or driver you never know what you are going to get when they return the truck to the yard. I arrived in Michigan and my truck to find batteries dead . It was late and I had my roadside service find a jump for a heavy duty truck . It was about 45 min which was quick considering the time at night and fact that Michigan had recently flooded causing delays in services . Tow broz showed up and had me going in minutes at which time I saw I had no gas. While they only had came out for jump they where more than willing at no extra charge to go get me some Diesel gas , no charge for the service .They where very busy and took the time to help me and I will never forget them for that.
They were on time, professional let me know when they were 10 mon away and got my work van where it needed to go! Would absolutely use them and recommend them to anybody. Other companies didn't want to to to this area for some reason and they showed up no questions.
