I do not typically shop in Highland Park, but I stopped at this store for wipers before the new year. Ray assisted me. He interacted with each customer the same showing patience and professionalism. He searched for the wipers I needed and quickly installed them. I truly value exceptional customer service. It determines where I spend my money.

I've been here before, but on this occasion, a friend needed something and since I was coming to the area, he asked if I would bring him here for his battery issues.

Great customer service. Charleston was very informative and helpful. We need more service people like him.

I visited this store today to get parts for brakes. The manager, Ray, and assistant manager Janine (I hope I spelled that correctly), were very helpful, pleasant, polite, courteous and professional! It is a welcome and refreshing experience for the store and I was most pleased with their service. Even took my parts to my car without me asking and I did need the help.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure he a liars variety of products. Should anything be out of stack, they have the ability to transfer from other locations, and you can pick it up later in the day at your convenience.

Stopped at AutoZone for brake light bulbs and the store manager was able to fix my tail bulbs removing the old rusted screws and adding new ones.

I came in for a headlight and a brake light and had no idea how to put them in. Chris the store manager not only helped me find the bulbs I needed and put them in for me. He was super nice and helpful.

They do not have the up-to-date supplies to let you know what is wrong with the car. But, they do not want to be respectful to suburban people. Only respectful to people in the neighborhood. You will lose respect because of that.

Flew into Detroit for the weekend because my daughter was experiencing car trouble. Someone recommended I come to AutoZone for testing. The customer service was amazing Chris went above and beyond to help. He seems to be very knowledgeable and our problem is now fixed. Thank you soooo much!

Sun. Oct. 10/27/24 at around 4pm Mr. Christopher McCamey, helped me in ways with my car that ladies would appreciate!!! Like cleaning the Corrosion offf my battery and pouring Anti freeze in my car! That’s what I call going above and beyond! I thank this Gentleman and employee of Auto Zone for all his due diligence and concern with assisting me! Bless your heart!

Been a couple times and the sales people go beyond their job duties to help, and the best part for me are the people in the neighborhood always jump in to help.

Shontel and Samon deserve a raise. They were so helpful and polite. When I thought I couldn’t do the job , they jumped in and assured me. There is no job that is to small or to big for them to assist with . They made sure I got the job done . Thank them and the autozone for their service.

As a longtime Highland Parker, this is always been the AutoZone for me to come to and when I say they never disappoint. The staff is very knowledgeable and able to assist with everything I said on parts for so long and didn’t know what to do with it and they made sure I was able to have parts just go to waste that I purchased Mark started with the assistance, Jonnie continued helping while mark hard to handle store business, and finally Lewis finished the amazing experience with letting me know how to make the most out of my autozone rewards. They All deserve recognition

I went in for windshield wipers for my vehicle at AutoZone in Highland Pk on Woodward. The customer service by the young lady was exceptional. She could teach a class in customer service. I was warmly welcomed and assisted with efficiency & courtesy. She installed the wipers, we tested them and I was on my way. Kudos to management at this location. Employees have positive attitude because management is positive as well. Good job.

My in store experience with Tangy the manager, and Johnny the co w coworker was excellent they made my experience very convenient and complete I would highly recommend them or anybody to come to this store in highland Park Michigan.

Okay, so I had to come back because I was having issues with my car. That is when I met Kanisha. She is a phenomenal woman she went above and beyond and, in doing so, helped me to figure out where the problem was coming from. She was able to print out the information so that I could take it to get fixed. There should be more people like her along our life's journey. Thank you for caring enough about someone you just met. My car battery died and I took it to the Auto Zone in Highland Park Mich. They tested my dead battery only to find a dead cell... I wound up having to leave my old battery at the old unto zone in which they told me that it wound take at least an hour and a half (which were Very late). Well we arrived at the Auto Zone right at closing (about ten minutes before closing) they were turning us away because they were closing. I beg them to give me the extra ten minutes and they let us in. Well with by battery being dead, I was short of cash for a brand new battery. The attendant took time out to make sure that I had a warranty only to find out that I did have a warranty. I was very excited that I got my free battery. They were very accommodating and help going beyond the call of duty. Thanks so much. I recommend that Auto Zone to the community.

Very helpful. Needed coolant - clerk was able to find brand and cost without looking it up, and he was correct! Good prices, selection, reasonable COVID procedures - correct, lawful but not suffocating. Treat customers very well. Helps educate.

Gina was super helpful and kind. Not only did she give me a ride home but allowed me to sit in the store, watch Netflix on her personal cell phone all while charging my truck battery. She demonstrated exceptional customer service and has great people skills.

I love this place I live in walking distance to this establishment from the manager's I'm down I know all the employees and they all know me I'm in there at least two to three times a week just picking up nice things to add to my vehicle they are so friendly courteous and helpful eating every one of them even the manager will come out and it's this you on the floor and help you make a great decision I love coming here this is the only auto parts store prefer to shop at
