Big Don is the man !! He was super helpful and super kind to me ! I don’t usually leave reviews for businesses but I had to for this auto parts store . Ya’ll need to give him a raise ! I’ll go back because of his great service.
I was just at this store, and the worker Dontay was my grace and savior. He was very sweet and he helped me with my battery, he even installed it for me. I always have great experiences at this location, I am in awwwh. Dontay really went above and beyond. thank you Dontay ❤️💯

I had a car stalling at the Aldi’s next door and tone of the guys offered to walk over and give it a jump. I’m really grateful that someone was able to help!
I cannot say enough good things about the guys at this store, especially Frank! My friend and I got a flat on Woodward and went there, only to find my Jack was missing some parts. But Frank came outside, saw the problem, then went inside and came back with the missing part- and then changed the tire himself! I now have a working Jack and was able to get where I was going, all because of Frank- this guy was kind and helpful and he deserves a raise!
I am disappointed with Lee's performance as an associate. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience with him. I suggest he takes a course on customer service to improve his skills. He comes across as rude and unpleasant, giving the impression that he is not interested in helping customers. Overall, I find him to be a lazy and undertrained worker. I would not return due to his behavior.
I don’t remember the names of the two guys that were there Tuesday night (7/2), but I’m so grateful for the time they took to help me. My car battery died in the parking lot and they literally did everything they could to help me after the mechanic I’d been to screwed me over. The mechanic they called for me was amazing. And I’m back on the road. Thanks guys!!! Yall coulda just turned me away. But yall helped, cracked jokes and kept my spirits up. I appreciate it!
Don and Karen are AMAZING. My coolant hose had a major leak and my car was over heating because it wasn’t retaining any liquid. Oreily was the only place open near where I was and I soon as I got there Don and Karen were more than willing to help. Shout out to Don for all your help and going above and beyond to make sure my car was okay. Y’all are truly amazing. May God bless you both.
Doors were locked at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night.
Closing time was 9:00 PM.
I was on my phone in the parking lot and after about 15 minutes someone finally came to unlocked the front door.

The sales associate acted as if didn’t want to be bothered. I bought some $50 wiper blades for my car . Didn’t smile, nor did he engage much in conversation with me .
The older associate was nice he spoke when we walked in and asked did we. Need anything .
I would recommend if this particular associate isn’t there, if he is then no !
A very kind African American woman at the counter went above and beyond to help me Find a bolt that would fit the caliper bracket on my 2005 pontiac vibe when the computer system gave us a bolt that was entirely incorrect.(fyi the correct size bolt is H803 breakbest) Thank you so much for your assistance. The store needs to hire better staff or train them better. They are uneducated, under trained .Can’t Phaethon a part on the shelf being in the wrong place and want to charge you a different price. Even with the sale tag right in front of their face.
Just when I thought good customer service went out the window. Dontay stepped in and saved the day. He was attentive, efficient and knowledgeable about the parts that I needed even when I didn't know what I was talking about (lol). He set the standard for great service with a smile. Not a bad location. Staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. The prices here are just so much higher than other similar auto parts stores, but the quality of the products is the same. I basically only shop O'Reilly when I'm in a rush and they're the closest.
Dontay is the man. My car battery died at a nearby parking lot and he took the time to bring the jumper over to my car and gave me a jump. He's a great guy for the neighborhood and deserves your business. Great job to everyone at O'Reilly!
Don is great! I had an awesome experience. Most don’t want to assist nowadays but I appreciate him helping me resolve the issue I was having with my car with care and concern!! Keep more like him around not knowing what’s going can be frustrating and he eased my worries.
Mr. Lee was very helpful. The store was clean. And he didn't try and force me to buy anything that I didn't need. He will be the reason why I'll return. You need more Mr. Lee's

Ice storm & a broken windshield wiper - of course. The weather was awful, my car was gross- the manager quickly replaced my wiper blade and reminded me to grab washer fluid. Fast, reliable & friendly, these guys were the best part of this yucky day.
Amazing staff. I drove here with a bad battery and a bad starter and a few employees came out in the bitter cold to try to help me. My favorite employee Lee was super helpful and kept me in good spirits. After getting the new battery in and after a good amount of time Frank got my car turned over so I good get it to a mechanic without a tow.
Hands down best experience I have ever had at an auto parts store.
Used to shop here all the time when I was a manager at a nearby plant. The employees were usually helpful and professional. We did have a problem once with a guy who had a bad attitude. Management took care of it without me are any of my staff having to complain formally.
