I visited the store this afternoon to purchase a battery for my car. Not only was I able to purchase the battery, the manager (for a small fee) installed it for me. It's service like this that creates permanent customers. Though not near my home, I'll make it a point to see them for my automotive needs. I highly recommend you doing the same.
They are on point with they're service all the way around got the part ordered for me since they didnt have it in store while we were still talking and had it ready for me when I pulled up, from the phone call to the store it was a 30 min process absolutely amazing
Absolutely exceptional service. I was in much need for a part replacing my radiator and needed it as soon as possible, they accommodated me incredibly fast with above and beyond customer service! Incredible price aswell. This shop is an absolute BLESSING! THANK YOU!
I called them asked for a battery, they said they have it. I told them hold because I was walking. They told me* we are not about to make you walk with a battery, it’s cold. They took me home. Great people.
This place is amazing, they have every part that you’re looking for, the crew is totally amazing and very hard workers and always ask for Jon he’s super nice and found the part I was looking for right away.

This place is horrible. They charge you a restocking fee for parts that cannot be restocked and that are no good and they don’t give a damn this is their hustle and it is such bad bad business I will never ever ever ever go there again and I suggest anyone that needs apart you would be better off, not having your car fixed then dealing with them

Holbrook auto parts is absolutely amazing. I called them 10 minutes before they closed and they accommodated me. in fact they had my part there the next morning. These guys were funny, helpful, and really know their stuff. Jeff made sure I was taken care of from the moment we spoke on the phone until end of my transaction. I’ll go here first EVERYTIME thanks guys!
Eddie and the whole staff there were so helpful.. very nice and professional.. I highly recommend this store to purchase all your auto parts from they know how to take care of their customers.. I also called around to all the other auto parts store.. they had the lowest and best price.
Holbrook Auto parts on East 8mile have some cool guys that works there! John was very helpful with me and my car part situation him and his boss I'm guessing (honest men) Great prices on their parts too!
Recently visited Holbrook to grab a few parts for my car. They were EXTREMELY helpful in figuring out exactly what I needed. Everything I needed they had in stock or had at the store within 2 days. The customer service was immaculate, they even carried the larger parts to my car for me. Never had such a pleasant experience with an auto parts business. Jeff and his colleagues were extremely knowledgeable, I'll never take my business elsewhere.
I bought a fuel pump from here, my car unfortunately got stolen and even though they have no return policy on electronic parts they still allowed me to return it and get my money back for the part. Jeff the manager was also very sweet and understanding. I will definitely be a returning customer!
The service was excellent and extremely helpful. Jeff was on top of everything I had to order a part and it came fast. I don't know much about starters. But Jeff helped me and showed me something's. Jeff is the best but Marcus is just as good. Wonderful job guys.
