Be careful and know what you are doing when you ask for pricing on parts from this place. Called about a tail light for a 2004 Dodge pickup and was quoted $140 for a used tail light. I just went to Don & Hanks highways Auto parts and picked up the tail light for $25 and change. Shame on you Ernie you're trying to pay all your bills with one customer not a good business model. In conclusion I hope you have zero luck and robbing at anybody else your prices are ridiculous
I needed a black rear door for my 2015 Toyota Highlander and a quick internet search showed that the only black door within 50 miles was at Ernies, and it was rated in excellent condition. Headed over to Ernie’s the next day where I met Bill, a really nice guy. The office is clean, calm and well organized. Bill was very pleasant and he confirmed on his computer that the door was still available, but it was in Ohio. No problem, it could be shuttled to Michigan the next day. I agreed to buy the door, paid a deposit and picked it up the next day when it arrived as promised. Bill had us carefully examine the door before we made the final payment (it was in beautiful shape), then loaded it in my vehicle. I left the office a very happy customer. I highly recommend Ernie’s if you need auto parts.
I just picked up a 2016 Camaro Amplifier and I have to say these guys were nothing but honest, they didn’t just wanna sell me any part they wanted to make sure the part was 100 percent and more, after connecting the part it worked perfectly and In amazing condition and I could not appreciate their help more, Thank you to all the amazing workers there!

Wow! Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Ernie’s. They had what I needed at a price that was reasonable. The customer service from Bill was on point: he listened to my needs, found what I was looking for, told me when it would be available and called when it was ready. He should be giving customer service lessons to a lot of other businesses.

Amazing place, I made several call to locate a radio for my 2012 grand caravan, no one offered to help until I spoke to Chad, he took the time to listen and contacted me back promptly, I’m happily listening to the radio again. Great customer service from Chad and Bill.
couple days ago I drove almost 1 hours to pick up door and bumper. They told me it’s a good condition but when I saw a lot of scratches like needs to be painted again. was very bad condition. Same condition bumper a lot of junkyard they selling 150 $200 but I was thinking spend more money and get clean parts Don’t deal with the body shop worker, And the guy who’s trying to drop the price like $30 or $50 I don’t want you drop the price. I need a clear parts so anyway, I don’t recommend to go this place!
Went to Ernie's for a hard to find part. Been a long time since i've been discriminated against. I am a black man. I asked to use the bathroom while I was making a purchase. I was told they have no public restroom. However no signs were posted stating that. Black people are welcomed to spend their money but not be treated with dignity and respect.
I do business daily with Ernie's auto parts. They have impeccable customer service, and do their best to cater to every customer. Chad does an excellent job of doing exactly what he says, and if any problems arise, they do their best to take care of it. I would advise if anyone is looking to save money for some quality used auto parts to give Ernie's auto parts a try.
Awesome service. I called around looking for a harness for my wife’s truck, no one in the state had it. I called Ernie’s in hopes that they may have one and they came in clutch and gave me one. Literally gave me one. I will be coming to them for all of my auto part needs

Called ahead. Worked with a guy named Chad. Very friendly and helpful. Explained price/quality differences. He made sure to verify via my vin as there were a ton of options. I arrived about an hour later. Parts were ready and even cleaned. Been to other places and the part is magically in worse condition, or off a much older vehicle, this wasn’t the case here. Definitely will go back in the future if needed.
These guys are a 5 plus, called about a window switch replacement for my jeep grand cherokee, sent a picture of mine to verify, within mins, sent a text they had it, while I was there, asked if they had any recommendations for someone that does key fob replacement, boom, double score today!!!! Took me about 3 mins to swap out the window switch, texted them , with total joy!!! Thank you so much!! You guys ROCK

Special salute to Chad Hacker who answered the phone, answered all my questions, texted me an additional photo real-time, and then greeted me at the counter when I arrived 3 hours later. Chad was cheerful, knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and super helpful to the point of even showing me very thoroughly the steps required to replace my 2019 F-150 ruby red tailgate. It was a 5 hour drive roundtrip but absolutely worth it. Thank you Chad. Thank you Ernie's Auto Parts. You had exactly what I needed when I needed it. Five stars. Highly recommend.
By far the BEST place to go if you need a part for your car! We have gotten parts for 2 different vehicles now and even though their phones are always ringing off the hook Kyle took the time to find us the exact parts we needed. When we picked them up they had cleaned the parts off and they looked like new. They even sent us pictures before we drove there to purchase them and there prices were very reasonable too.
