Bought a set of curtain airbags for a 22 Silverado in June of 23. I didn't notice, at the time, that they were for the same side. Called and spoke to Brian, who after a year, exchanged one airbag, for the one needed. Thanks to Big Mikes, and Brian for making it right. A great place to buy parts and at reasonable prices.
I was skeptical at first....my expectations exceeded. Communication was good. The fender was packed like it could withstand a nuclear bomb. Had many other places say we cannot pack them. Well these guys can. The Fender was as advertised. Very easy to do business. I recommend.
If I could give zero stars I would I ordered several parts for my 2020 Durango, and had them shipped to California where I am the back gate window came broken. I called the next day as well as text and send pictures to the phone that Brian had been corresponding to me to let them know the window was broke and to try to get some kind of credit or have them ship me a new window. I receive no reply Brian or Big Mikes. I wait a couple weeks and call the office Brian, which by the way is very dismissive condescending and rude. When he speaks to customers told me I accepted the order and it was over a month ago. I tried to inform Brian I text the number that we had been corresponding on. He told me that was just yard number, which was a lie because He had been texting me every day on this number before I sent my money. Once they get your money, they will not respond and they will not give refund or credit for broken items that you receive. Beware of this business and Brian, he even tried to say I was threatening him when I informed him that I was going to dispute the charge With Zelle. They don’t accept credit cards or debit cards only Zelle payments. I think this is another tactic to keep your money and make it harder for you to dispute the charge because once the money is taken off, Zelle things are much more complicated to get a refund.

Great place to work with. They were very helpful. Also got me all the parts I needed and shipped it to Minneapolis. Although wish they would ship with different company, shipping company had many delays. Overall, very satisfied with the parts, though.
This place is ran by criminals. Stay away from them and save your money. They don't take credit cards. They take only cash or zelle. When you ask for a receipt or invoice, they just ignore you. But the biggest problem is they are not honest people. They lie to you about the quality of parts. I completely regret the purchase. I lost $1,500. Parts arrived damaged and from different model year then stated. They don't want to take a return or issue even partial refund. Buying here or even driving to here is a trap. Go read other low star reviews. I suspect all positive reviews are from fake accounts.
Folks be careful, this salvage yard sales damaged parts as nice insurance quality parts, but don't believe them. They lie. They operate as scams. Period. They don't take credits cards and take only Zelle payments. Once you receive your defective parts, they completely ignore you and hang up on you. Stay away from this junk yard.
A1 for parts for a great price. You can't beat these prices... Best salvage yard and not a u-pull parts are out and ready to be sold! Definitely found my new source for used parts and tires!
This place will rip you off. We drove 4 hours to buy an engine for our honda. The sold us an engine assuring it was good,I paid to have it installed, and it was junk,had a rod knock. I called Sam at big Mike's several times. They kept putting me off, they won't refund. Thieves
Good experience. Wasn’t a fan of their website indicating they take credit cards and then having to pay via electronic bank transfer/wire in order or get my item but they did ship it very fast and it arrived two days later as expected with no issues so far. Owner is a nice guy.

Before I turned in my lease, I needed a new bumper, tires and a bunch of other parts. I spoke with Sam and he was very knowledgeable about my car and what I would need to pass inspection. He hooked me up with a great price and like new OEM parts for a fraction of the price. Thank you guys so much, you saved me thousands!
I run a Collision repair center here in Toledo, Oh. Been in business over 20 years (Liberty Collision Center) We buy parts all around the surrounding area including in Michigan. Big Mike's had a part I needed that was in color to the vehicle I had in my shop for repairs. Mike sent pictures of the fender and I agreed that it looked good enough for us to use. His asking price was $100. We then both agreed on $75 bucks considering my driver was coming to pick it up and it was over an hour away. We both verbally said $75 bucks was fine. My driver gets there and he lied to me and driver and stated he needed $100 bucks. I already had my company check written out for $75 bucks. At this point it's about principal and being a person of your word in business. I will never do business with Big Mike's again and I will be mentioning this situation to business friends and I hope they stay away from doing business with him as well.
Best place in town. Always treat with respect and always make everyone happy. Needed a trunk lid for my charger and they hooked me up. If they don't have what you are looking for they will locate the part you need in their part system and find one locally for you. Thank you Big Mikes highly recommended.

They have late models vehicles and can get parts that otherwise are very hard to find around ( recently bought some18 Continental parts at a great price).

I was in search of a BMW 335 engine. I came across Big Mikes. Theirs was the most affordable out of everyone in the country. I am located in Manchester NH and run a small business and so I was unsure of how to get the engine. I decided to call and spoke with Mike Jr. He was very friendly and explained they could ship the engine and have experience. I told him my location and he knew off the top of his head the price to ship it. Even with shipping the price was half of what everyone else was charging. I decided to buy it, sent the funds, and it was shipped out on a pallet the very next day to my surprise. 2 business days later the engine arrived. I am extremely impressed with the efficiency of Big Mikes. I would not hesitate to buy again with them for any of my automotive needs. Thank you guys!!
So impressed... everyone else out there wanted over 200 bucks plus shipping for a tail light for my 2013 Volt, but they had one for 25 bucks, shipped it overnight for 20 bucks, arrived absolutely perfect and packaged for any abuse it could have endured!

I was in here on Monday to pick up 2 doors for a 2012 sienna van and I managed to find both doors here for a for a better price then anywhere around. So I made my way from Windsor Canada across the border to big Mike's and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service from Moe. Very prompt when providing information or getting back to me. Always found what I needed and matched prices with competitors. Bought a complete side for an MKX and had it delivered an hour away for free! Always my first choice when buying car parts.
This place is amazing, where should I begin? I was rear ended causing me to hit the car in front of me as well. My impala was basically totaled. I was quoted over $1500 in just aftermarket parts. My friend recommended they to me and I'm extremely grateful! I paid less than half of that and now my car is back on the road, looking better than before. Thank you so much!
Very bad customer service, you can not reason with them, very greedy. Long story short, I went to pick up a promised Sliding door for a 2014 Town & Country, learned that the part is damaged. then they tried to sell me the door from a different year (2010), I said fine but I might need the parts inside the the damaged sliding door just in case if it doesn't work by Chrysler security or airbag system later (very much support for what they are selling). the rep called me names and almost was looking for fight. I can just say , they are just not worth dealing with...
by the way I drove 140 miles that day to see them idiots.
