I had an amazing experience with Shamel Auto Parts. I came in looking for a part for my car that I honestly thought would be hard to find, but the team here made it super easy. Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve visited this place three times, and each time has been worse than the last. The father who appears to be running the junkyard, clearly doesn’t know how to run a business. Also, doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all. Never going back there again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I called to get a quote on a part and to purchase. However, they didn’t have any in stock but still helped me find other locations that could possibly have what I needed. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you
Great experience with these guys I had been through two parts from two other places that were both sold bad and they didn’t test them. so I tried these guys. He assured me they tested the part. It came worked perfectly was everything he said it was definitely will purchase again.
Dealing with car problems can be very stressful. I bought for him both side fog lights for a Buick Enclave and paid a very expensive price. But it turns out he gave both of them as right side and when I went back to him, he was going to give me a fog light for a different car. But he won’t give me a refund or even store credit although it was his fault. Terrible service I recommend you never go there, the guy is a complete ripoff and very bad at business. He doesn’t even deserve one star. Very disappointed.
