Very thorough process, only issue was we had to have another towing company come & pull car out of garage (which we were told it had to be out of the garage) when the pick up tower could have done the exact same thing, it cost us $160 to have it removed! Pickup tower was very nice and said that he could have easily removed vehicle from garage, no problem! For this reason I am giving a 3 star but driver would get 5 star! I feel the requirements should be amended for pick up of vehicle. If the vehicle is in a structure (garage) but can be easily “pulled” straight out to driveway, then that would be acceptable for pick up. Also, if pictures would help assess the situation, customer could supply for evaluation.
This service was relatively fast and easy. As soon as I pressed to accept the quote Miguel called me to confirm. And within a couple of hours the car was gone and we had a check.
They gave me a very deal and was able to pick up my car with in 24 hours. Was very happy with everything. The only thing that I had a hard time with is that because they use a call center it can be hard to hear what the person is saying due to all the back round nosie but the people were great.
