I bought 2 wheels with tires & have them shipped to Florida, picture I received showed minimum damage & I was ok with that, when I got the wheels they have excessive damage & bent on the back side was never mentioned asked for compensation to fix & refinish them & they were arrogant & rude. & they won't even entertain the idea of refunding 1 penny. I advise everybody not to do business with this business.
Called in the morning to see if the spare tire I needed was available and it was. Went in at around noon and in 5 minutes I had the spare tire in hand and was on my way. It was in great shape and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
If I can give them 0 stars I would. The guy told me part was good no damage so i drove an hour just to see it was obviously damaged. Waste of time they did this twice to me. Both times I double check and make sure the part is good only to show up and it has damage. Unprofessional, won't be doing business a 3rd time with them.
Absolutely Moran and walked in and they said nothing for a good 10 minutes and then when I asked for something he said wait let me finish my smoke and then leaves right after
Very low and bad customer service. Not professional. I ordered a part for $250 and when I got there he switched up on me and wanted me to pay $350 after he made me drive 40mins
rude people. dont even say hi when you walk in they talk to you in a way to belittle you its like they’re being forced to work. plus, wanted double the price for a part and when i told them that these couple of places had it for half the price they wouldn’t budge. went and got it for 50$ instead of 100$ and walked out with a smile.
Nasty people I will naver buy another partS from them Make sure you see the parts before you buy it other ways you will be screw also the prices is to high. My recommendation to allllll stay away from this place
Got a used rim here for half the price of new. It was already pulled off the car. A big plus. Yeah, the place is filthy with bulletproof glass etc; you know the drill. But, so are most salvage yards and the owner was nice enough and had the unique part I needed exactly when I needed it.
They charge 4 percent extra for credit card purchases. So, pay cash if it's expensive and make sure to ask for a receipt.
They are completely understaffed or just lazy because they made me walk to get my part in the rain and their ground is all mud. Terrible experience but I just needed the part badly. Never going there again tho
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Rude,waste of time, and running a scam cover up business. The facility does not like to sell parts, they use the building as a cover up to take cars apart and take the parts over seas. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They don't even deserve the one star
I would never buy a part here these guys are Nonnegotiable and their prices are way to high he wanted 50$ cheaper than the part was brand new at from autozone
