My first time there and won’t be the last! Customer service was excellent! I needed a module for my car and the owner was quick to find me the part and at the best affordable price! I highly recommend if your looking for parts this place is my go to!

They got me what I needed even when they didn't have one originally, they followed through and got back with me when they had one. Good price, great service. Honest seller. Saved me hundreds versus buying one from the dealer. Will definitely return.

I drove from flint to buy a 99 dodge ram transmission. Brought it back to Flint, got it installed just to find out it doesn’t work properly. I called the guys at Crash to tell them about how the transmission didn’t work. They had a replacement transmission with 8k lesser miles on it the same day. And they stay open 30 mins later than usually so i could make from Flint in the Detroit rush hour traffic. I really appreciate you guy! Shop with Crash they have A1 customer service.

Yeah I just went to crash auto and got a 2011 e250 blower motor because my heat wasn't working. It's all tested. I haven't put it on. You said it works. I'm sure it does. I've bought things from them in the past and have had no problems and it was $25 cheaper than the competitor
