If I could give zero stars I would. Their communication sucks. I got transferred 6 different times just to check the eta on a part. Come to find out it was never even sent out. I filled out their shipping slip and never heard anything after that. So I called and emailed multiple times. Never got an answer back. A month later and I still haven’t seen the part I needed. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Horrible customer service. I will call another business in the future.

If I was able to give them 0 stars I would have. Bought 2023 Ford F150 left headlight, when I received the truck I realized the collision shop had installed The defective headlight, so I took it back and they would not replace it or refund me the money. i get it the collision shop should've caught it and tried to return it, but special way auto parts dealer should've never sold a defective part to begin. just be careful with them. I would assume they are shady and trying to screw their customers just to make a buck.

The store manager moe is very attentive and knowledgeable, he made sure everything was taken care of the right way. If it weren’t for him, I probably wouldn’t consider coming back. On the other hand, I was uncomfortable with the way the front desk staff presented herself. Her outfit was highly unprofessional for a work environment, and she seemed more interested in giving out her number than actually helping customers. Management should really address this.. but I appreciate the manager’s effort to uphold a more professional standard.

Specifically, the front desk staff was dressed in a way that seemed inappropriate for a business setting. While everyone has the right to express themselves, I believe a more professional dress code would help create a better first impression and make customers feel more comfortable. I’m sharing this as honest, constructive feedback because I do see value in the store and would like to come back.
