Worst type of people to deal with. I had called for a part and I actually spoke to the owner and he was very rude and unprofessional. He gave me an attitude for no reason and it honestly sounded like he didn’t even wanna be there. STAYYYY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!

biggest scam ever, customer service was awful and seemed very irresponsible about their job. the guy charged me 40$ for just looking at my car and i was stupid enough and paid it. don’t ever go to them.
Scammers! Once they found out i was driving 10 hours + they jacked up the prices instead of giving a discount with intentions to spend 2k+ with them. Called them 24 hours prior of arrival to confirm. When i got there they said that they sold them 20 minutes ago. Very unprofessional would never do business with them.
Went into the store immediately had the rudest employee ever, the owner is also rude, the auto part aren’t even good quality and they so expensive, no secure prices like they vary for each part even if they’re similar.
Very bad costumer service, very disrespectful, prices are outrageous, and the parts aren’t even good quality they come cheaply made and there’s no guarantee or warranty for replacement or return. Would not recommend to anyone in the car industry.
Absolutely terrible business!!! I purchased a engine off of them that the sales person had told me that he personally drove the vehicle before the motor was pulled and he had said the engine ran perfect!!! I payed them $6000 for the engine and get the engine and had a local repair shop install it. They called me a day or so later and said the engine had a blown head gasket. I then called Wayne Auto and there was zero surprise to them!!! Nor did they care what so ever!!! They acted like it was 100% my fault and 0% theirs!!! Then they offered to refund my $800!!!! This company will lie directly to you and then put the blame on you!!! They will not stand behind their parts and will not stand behind their so called warranty/ return policy!!!! Best of all the offered to refund me $800 on a $6,000 purchase!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
i think i called this place about 20 times today for a part that i seen they had listed. not one time did anyone pick up the phone. first call at 9am and last at 4:30 pm and in between. not one person answered the phone.

What a steal !!! Still had new car smell everything worked. I just needed Freon for the air. Which these new vehicles use special Freon now and a special machine which probably they didn't have at their shop.
Great communication with them.
Doesn’t respond when l received broken parts. Lies about boss, manager. Did not give me any options to solve the problem. Not organized, not respectful.
