Wonderful experience overall! My service provider, Ken, was quick, efficient and friendly. I was in a dangerous position on 8 mile in the middle of the night after my tire flew off. I was absolutely terrified, but he assured me that he was there to assist me and that I had nothing to worry about. He immediately got me to safety, and they charged an affordable rate. From the operator to the technician, you could not be in better hands with this company. Would definitely recommend!!

Great service from start to finish! The receptionist was unbelievably kind and friendly, my driver was prompt, professional, and helpful, and my car made it to the shop safely. Obviously nobody ever wants to have to get their car towed, but if I ever had to again, I would use Henderson with zero hesitation!!

My car stopped on a busy road the day after a major snowstorm in 20° weather. My tow service said, hours before they could get to me. Saw their truck passed by and called the number and they immediately dispatched a truck to me and checked on me while I Waited. They also offer repair services which I Took advantage of. Text me my Estimate I approved it electronically and my car was repaired within a few hours. Excellent customer service!

I cannot say enough about Henderson Towing, LLC. It was after 6pm, every towing company and tire shop was closed, and I was stranded with two flat tires, two cracked rims, and worn-out tires. I called everywhere with no help—until I reached Henderson Towing.
From the moment I called, the experience was different. Their tow driver arrived in only 7 minutes (the fastest I’ve ever had a tow dispatched!) and immediately made me feel safe and taken care of. Professional, calm, and kind.
But what truly blew me away was the honesty and integrity of the owner, DeAngelo. I had gotten quotes from Bell Tire, Discount Tire, and Firestone for four tires and two new rims—VERY expensive. DeAngelo looked at my rims and told me the truth: I didn’t need two new ones. Yes, they weren’t perfect cosmetically, but they were not leaking and could be sealed. That level of honesty is rare, and it saved me so much money. Everything was affordable, fair, and handled with care.
His workers also did a wonderful job. The whole team operates with excellence, integrity, and genuine concern for people—not just profit.

This is my third time using them. I’ve been a long-standing good client of Bob Adams towing out of Birmingham since 1994. I called them first and after an hour of waiting around the driver called back and said there is no way that we can help you today, so I called my good friends up here and they had a guy out in 30 minutes, the same guy who’s been out twice before super nice super helpful and spot on with a good memory. If you live near or inside Detroit, I highly recommend these people, good, polite and professional!
