Stay away, i dont lole leaving reviews, but that place needed one, they pick who they want to help. Only on things that they will make a lot of money on. If you get a part that's not worth their time, they will keep telling you that they will get it for you. I had the worst and most disrespectful ever. I needed a part from my car, and I called them on Monday, and they told me they would have it out by the end of the day. I then called the next day and the next day and the next day and the next day. It was the same story I will get it out. I ended up going there on Saturday and waited for 20 minutes and was told the part is not out but I promise it will be out Monday for sure. So I called again Monday and I talk to the owner and he told me today for sure it will be out. So I told my dad to head there to get the part my dad gets there and they didn't even acknowledge him to help. So he wait for about 20 minutes until they helped him and the owner yet again I promise tomorrow it will be out. I called today in the morning he told me today by 2. I need up called again at 2 and he put me on hold for 20 minutes and came back said hello and put me again on hold. Very unprofessional and would never get anything again from them!!!!!!!!!
I came here to purchase some brake calipers. I was really in a pinch. They really have good quality parts here. And treated me like family. I recommend you to come here. If you want quality parts, they are more than willing too. Take care of you on the spot seems to be plenty of guys to get people in and out fast awesome place
Don’t buy from these people they are pure scam. They take your money never leaves the part and leaves you on hold for a long time.A- Beware do not buy from them
Needed a replacement for my side mirror, called and they had it ready the same day, guy who brought it out was respectful and showed me how to attach it, excellent customer service

Unfortunately , it being a local business and the type of work I do I'm forced to having to waste my time more then they actually have been useful if ever.
Infamous to tell you, they have a part available for you. Just to show up and sit in their lobby.
Just to be told 20,30, 40 minutes later. The part is not available with no remorse or concern of the time they have wasted for you and again. This has happened multiple times, very frustrating and unprofessional

I have dealing with junkyards for abut over 15 years sals auto parts is one of the worst places to get parts from. Coming from a business owner this is not something I want to do but sals auto parts place say they have the part you tell them to confirm and to put there hands on it they lie and say we got it. I drive 30minutes to go get the part and it’s wrong part I call them and they say bring it back we have a lot more you can choose from I go there and they tell we don’t have any this places just wasted 2hrs of time for no reason when they can go check if they gotta the part or not
If you are reading this don’t waste your time to call or to get parts bad service bad parts there system is off they get you to go there just to give you wrong parts save ur time and go somewhere even if it’s $10-$20more get it because it will be the right part and no time wasted the owner sal is unprofessional and doesn’t even care abut you or ur time so take it to a place we’re they appreciate ur time and money. Again I don’t like to do this you guys did this to me 4 times in the past 2 weeks I like to support local businesses but u guys blew it :)

If there was a way I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a cargo compartment panel about a week and a half ago and for the past week and a half I’ve been told “I’ll have it ready tomorrow” and now no response.

We made a deal with the owner of this place on a truck and we’re going to pick it up 2 days later and we were told it was ours and the deal was made but he calls the night before the morning we were supposed to pick it up to tell us he sold it. Also lied about the vehicle. Extremely unprofessional, liar and horrible costumer service. Can not trust a word this place says.
Haven't been able to speak to anyone that even has the slightest clue as to whats going on there. First time I called about a bumper I was told it was available for $100. So the next day I called before I made the 2.5 hour drive to let them know I was on my way they said it was gone. Next week I call again and they apparently have it again. Now I cant get anyone to return my calls and the email they provide isn't valid. Do they want to make money or not..?
Prices aren’t bad, but I called in regards to the door. They told me it had power windows and power locks. It was in perfect shape. When I showed up there were scratches, the paint was peeling, and it doesn’t even come with a mirror! Not to mention it didn’t have power locks or power windows.These guys are ripping me off and wasted my time. The only reason I bought from them is they were the only ones with my parts. Will not be going back again. Wrong part, strike one. Misinformation, strike two. Poor quality, strike three
Quick and easy. The guy was friendly. I did call ahead to let them know I was coming so they had the part pulled. I would suggest doing that. The neighborhood isn't the best but I felt pretty safe there.
Drove from Chicago to purchase a decklid that they were unable to ship to me. Amidst my frustration driving 4 hours my experience with Sals Auto Parts was EXCELLENT!!! When i arrived to Michigan i was lost the saleswoman directed me to the location they had my part at the gate ready to be loaded. Very quick and excellent service. Worth the drive and $1200 spent!! Pleasure doing business with you all!!
Horrible experience. Needed replacement door mirrors for my car. Confirmed with the sales person twice if the parts were available. Was assured they were and would be ready for pickup. Drove all the way from Cleveland to Detroit to pick up the parts since they were the nearest salvage yard that had the same color parts as my car. When i reached there I was informed that the parts didn't even exist, this really made me furious.
