Since the pandemic, it is difficult to find a mechanic that isn't completely booked out for weeks. Even routine repairs are often taking days to fit into their calendar. After an unexpected breakdown had us scrambling, this company went above and beyond to work with my husband to get us back on the road. A few weeks later, we were in need of additional unrelated work, and they were there for us. Their rates are fair and their service excellent.

They always do a great job fixing my car for a fair and reasonable price. I'll keep coming to them when my car needs repairs. Thanks again guys.

You know. This is my 1st time there. My 01 cobra was in need of a fuel pump assembly as the original pump was dying. Referred from another shop to come here. Less than 2 hrs the car was all done. The whole team is absolutely wonderful. Great customer service, friendly staff, just an all around great place. I will definitely be back if anything else is needed. Thank you all very much. Jim L

Highly recommended! We showed up about 30 minutes before they closed with a locked up brake caliper. They got the car on the lift and gave us options on how to fix it to get us home since we still had a 2 hour drive to go. They ordered parts, and the order didn't go through on the Autozone side, so after some calls, the Zone showed up with the wrong caliper. After another delivery, they got everything back together to get us safely home. They went above and beyond and stayed over an hour after they were supposed to close to make sure we could make it home. Gave us updates every step of the way and showed me what was going on with the brakes. Fairly priced and super knowledgeable. If you need work done, take it here!

New to the area. Tried another place first and wasn't happy and couldn't fix my air conditioner in a timely matter. Dropped off car here and was able to fix it the next business day with a great price!! Air works great and I can get on with my job traveling the state while staying cool!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Would highly recommend!

Had my car towed there after it just quit running. Found out timing chain broke and destroyed the motor. So I had them replace motor. I have had car back about 2 weeks now and it has never run this smooth or quiet. I am very impressed with their service and professionalism. Thank you guys for a great experience. I will be back.

I brought my car to get what I initially thought was strut replacement. The mechanic found that it was the control arm and replaced it for more than a reasonable price. Everywhere else wanted to charge me a pretty penny but KP&T Auto had the best price and fixed my car in a timely fashion. I'm bringing my car to get an alignment soon. They are very professional and straight to the point and will never overcharge you. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for repairs. Edit: 1 year later still amazing service. They were able to fit me in to get my brakes and rotors serviced in a short notice. Love these people!

Called on Tuesday and they worked me in two days later. Quickly tested and recharged the A/C on my 10 year old Golf. Very reasonable prices. You could hang beef in the car now. Highly recommend this company.

I have been to KT&P twice now. ( a forever customer from now on) This is an amazing establishment! Great people, great service, great price and they are HONEST!!! (Yes you read that right) they are straight forward, timely, professional, and courteous! Both times my car was dropped off, I was kept in the loop the whole time and both times I couldn’t believe how quick they fixed my car! Basically, if you need an auto shop, this is the one! Thank me later.

I like to keep things local first if shops are reliable, flexible, professional and friendly over big chains because that's how you keep the community you live in thriving. I was able to purchase my own auto parts (front subframe) and schedule an appointment (a month out - shop is very busy) with the drop off for repair. The prices are fair (market rate for labor). During the subframe replacement, Kevin found other parts that needed to be replaced and kept me in the loop. It took about 5 days, but mainly because it was during the week of Christmas and parts delivery from Nissan took longer than it should. Overall I am very satisfy with the service and price. I wasn't sold services and parts that I did not need unlike some other auto shop I have been to around in the Canton area. I will recommend and use this shop again as Kevin is honest, humble, and trustworthy with the repairs. It is worth the extra wait coming in for service, unless it's an emergency repair due to road safety and the schedule doesn't permit. I would get my ATF flush and coolant flush done at this shop too if they offered it, but it is not a service that is currently available. Completed Services: Front Subframe Replacement, Subframe Suspension Links Replacement, Oil Change+Filter, & Wheel Alignment.

I am very please with this business and will definitely be returning and recommending. I had an issue with my van, was asked to bring it in the next day to be looked over, within a day my van was fixed for a GREAT price and back on the road. Friendly staff also makes for a smooth interaction. Thank you guys again for fixing my van so quickly for me.

I am very happy with my experience. When I called, Kevin said they were very busy. He was able to give me a quote over the phone. He was very knowledgeable. KP & T Auto Service were absolutely altogether awesome! My car died on me while I was at an auto store trying to find out what was wrong with it. On a Sunday evening between 7:30pm - 8:30pm my car was towed to KP &T Auto Service. To my great suprise, my vehicle was ready the next day before 2:00pm. And best of all, they DID NOT over charge me. I recommend this fabulous KP & T Auto Service to anyone having issues with their vehicles. THEY WILL DO RIGHT BY YOU!

Kevin was great very professional. Did everything possible to fix rear rattle noise. Fixed it up with a couple new shocks and did a great job on the horn and brakes (and fixed all other random pieces falling off my car without even asking!l and no extra charge to make sure rattling noise was gone, and it was!!!) Prices are great, some of the best near 48111, and great professionalism and hospitality. Will definitely be returning for all my car needs. Thanks Kevin!!

Kevin and his team did an amazing job. I tried to get quotes from 4 different local shops. 1 didn't bother to answer their phone, 1 refused to quote over the phone, and the 3rd came in at double the price Kevin quoted me. They were done in half the time I expected, Kevin was very friendly and professional, and they even properly diagnosed the issue past what I thought it was and fixed properly. I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. Just a guy with a shop doing what he loves. Thanks, Kevin. You and your team are the ideal repair shop experience.

if you own classic and can't work on it yourself, this shop is the place to take your car to. Prices are fair work excellent, nothing but the best parts are used on your car. He's never to busy to answer any questions you think of on the phone. He takes his time working on your car because he doesn't cut corners, his work is worth the wait. Now I know my car runs like the car I thought I bought, thanks Kevin

My husband and I travel for work with pets. I was having a hard time finding a diesel mechanic that could work on my air conditioning on short notice. Called and left a message with Kevin and he called me back within the hour. Took my truck right in and had it back to me, fixed the next morning!! Not only that, but he went above and beyond making sure I had a ride too and from his shop within 10 minutes!! Don't hesitate to take your vehicle into him!! As the daughter of a mechanic, i know a good one when i see him!

They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. My car hasn't driven this well in a while! The owner was nice and kept me informed. What was really nice was that I never felt pressured to have anything repaired that I didn't need. Definitely will give these guys my business again.
