I will never do business with these people again I got a remanufactured engine for my 07 Chevy Silverado. They didn't tell me when I purchase the engine about the warranty coverage, in a license mechanic shop have to install the engine into the vehicle for the warranty coverage lol but the crazy thing about it how y'all people want a license mechanic shop to install a engine when y'all only want to pay a fee of $50. Dollars ahour then they want you to pay the price whatever the license mechanic shop going to charge you after you already paid the first price at the other mechanic shop to install your engine then they will refund they half when second time y'all should pay the whole amount the shop going to charge, Especial when that person already spend money buying the engine then paying someone to install the engine into the vehicle. So I file out the warranty coverage claim after calling LKQ to my email they send to me in send the pictures of my engine in what happened. to the email LKQ send to me okay, so I call Yakita Craig who sold me the engine in told her about the warranty coverage in she said it doesn't matter who put the engine in cause of the remanufactured warranty, so she going to get with her team let me know something, that was May 5, 26. Here it is May 31, 26. No update email or update phone call y'all don't know how that person getting around without no transportation this is not a business it's a scam but I'm working with a lawyer cause this doesn't matter since for y'all to scam people out of this type of money. In I call Daniel Schoff, who email me the warranty coverage claim. Now y'all giving me the run around, i should have looked at these reviews before I spend all my damn money $3k in something not no lil money i been saving up all that money just to see it go to waste

I emailed this company to confirm a Subaru stereo part number was correct because it was listed under the part number I was looking for but the description said “ID unknown, Verify before buying.” I finally got a call from a lady named Christina (Belleville, MI phone number) and I swear it’s like she never even read the email. She was extremely rude, condescending, and talked over me. Acted like I had no idea about part numbers, how to confirm with my VIN, and what the word “OEM” meant. But then repeatedly asked me for the part number WHEN IT WAS IN THE EMAIL I SENT!! I ended up having to hang up on her. I was going to buy this head unit because I was glad to see they had a return policy / warranty in case there were any issues. After reading reviews on Google and TrustPilot, it looks like I dodged a bullet!

Nathan doesn't return calls even with a few voicemails left. Delila is super rude and hangs up on customers. Another representative hung up on me without identifying himself. Long story short, if you want to waste your time and be treated as trash, this is the right place

Very bad experience and lost 600$ (i was scammed) Ordered 3 lower grills and one oper grill plus bumper cover. Bumper Cover cost 600$ by self. Instead bumper I received two upper grills. Tried many times contacted customer service but they wont help me or send me refund or bumper what i bought! I have two little girls tried fix our family car for us ( 2021 jeep cherokee) I don’t have much money and i was scammed for 600$ from this company. Not recommended at all they will ghosted you. Not answering and i know i will never see my bumper or money!!! Big shame and if i can i will put 0 star On picture is prove I received two grills … why i will need two grills?

bad service. they posted a picture of a seatbelt but only sent me a buckle, then they said it was my fault. they refused to give me a refund and are forcing me to pay just to send it back. dont buy from any lkq

Do not do business with any LKQ branch. Sent me a bad engine, told me it came with a warranty when they sold it to me. Wont honor it. Out $4k, 2 weeks of labor, and over 10 hours on the phone getting the run around.

This is not a public place. It appears that it only operates as an office and online fulfillment facility. Nothing on the website indicates this location doesn’t actually function as a pick your part. I drove there and saw this myself.

Guy named Willy was extremely rude and unhelpful! Was sold a Used Engine with leaking Timing Cover and was told its our responsibility to replace every gasket before installing used engine. Said there is nothing they will do for us. I will personally never order another thing from LKQ.

I’m out of town for work and my vehicle broke down. Nowhere in 200 miles could I locate the part for a reasonable price until I found LKQ Online. I was given the runaround for a whole hour since my drivers license address didn’t match my hotel address or my credit card address. When I talked to Madisyn Westfall, I was given great customer service support. She walked me through the process and was patient with me and forthcoming with knowledge on how the shipping process works. I was able to order my part for a great price and have it shipped to the state my vehicle is broken down in.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! FIRST INTERACTION WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WAS SEVERLY LET DOWN... ON MY INITIAL CONTACT THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE MY PART ON FRIDAY, THE GAL WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK AND I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. AFTER HOURS CALLING TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON I WAS PLACED ON HOLD AND TRANSFERED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO RESOLUTION. I OWN AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR FACILITY AND HAVE DEALT WITH SALVAGE YARDS QUITE A BIT. NEVER HAVE I HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE ORDERING A PART... BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER!!! AFTER ALL OF MY TIME WASTED THEIR PART SHOWS UP!!! BUT THIS IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD, THE PART THEY SENT IS COMPLETLY UNUSABLE. Very terrible company for customer service. And it's just this location. Any other location will take your order over the phone. I called and one lady said that I can order over the phone so they transfered me to the department to do so. After being transfered the next lady said they don't do orders over the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and her response was that she didn't have anyone for me to talk too. What kind of company doesn't allow you to speak with a manager when there is a problem. I own a repair shop and she said I still had to order online even though 3 other people in the company said that I didn't if I had a repair facility. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

This is an utter disgrace of a company that so happens to value customer satisfaction. They go off of their own inferences, rather than consulting their customer. Looking for any and every reason as to deny a claim. I am currently a college student and I purchased an engine from them because my car's had blown. I ordered an engine from AUTOMOTIX, which i assume is some kind of subsidiary of LKQ online. I replace every filter, and flush and replace every fluid. And get the engine replaced. Then about a month later it throw's a code. The engine gives out as im driving. completely cuts off- the entire car. I then as a last ditch effort to fix it/ as a way to see if i can find any metal shards in the oil--> I change the oil . It made no difference and i was convinced the engine was done with. I then began to go through the painstaking warranty claim they have. This took weeks to get into motion. Then we spent about two weeks attempting to find heat tabs placed on the back of the engine block. ( it took about 2 weeks because i am a student who goes to school 4/7 days of the week, and that works the rest. ) We cant find the tabs ( me or the repair facility ). We tell the warranty people we cant and they send their own inspector. THE CLAIM IS DENIED. 1. Because the engine oil was changed? in a last attempt to save the car. 2. they found a dominos bag ( my workplace ) in the back of the car.. leading them to believe the car was driven for commercial use.. I am a insider at dominos and sometimes just have a bag in their for when i make food for myself or my family in order it stays warm for when i get home. Long story short; this is a heartless company that does not value their customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This business is setup for businesses only your average Joe cannot purchase products from them I guessed from a business standpoint it's probably beneficial to your bottom Dollar line but ask for a backyard mechanic this is a worthless site much better to go with RockAuto
