My driver was very professional and he was young. Surprising with great mannerism. They also gave me a price to tow me home, then when I asked if I take it to my mechanic which was 20min farther the price was the same. No up charge at all. I highly recommend them. Honesty is very important.

Hmmm some very suspicious activity going on around van buren twp. My car was seized by van buren twp pd, 10 days later i found it after no one would tell me where it was at i went to go get a release report from van buren pd and was told they don't give them out... The 11th day (next day) it was "auctioned off". Me not really thinking at the time started to realize something was wrong when i noticed on my ticket balance i had for the ticket i received by the police was wrote wrong and that i was paying on the original ticket after it was reduced to a smaller ticket. That being said i called the tow yard jt and was told they to call the police department and ask them, next day i call the police department and they said from what they could see was at first said he said it was givin back to owner, then after some confusion said it was sold for $1000 but said i should of got a letter in the mail. Never received any letter of confirmation. The person at jt the receptionist was acting really weird as well when i asked about my vehicle and wouldn't let me speak to explain the situation. My ticket incident report was all wrong and actually contradicted its self by saying i didn't have my actual driver's license on me but says in incident report i showed him the driver license to obtain my name. Days later my Id (driver license) was put in the door of my address which is different then the one i stay at ( screen shot of message saying where my id was left). Something is going on in this town and i think im about to prove something is off. I dont want to be an accuser but i would hate to think their is any corruption going on. I do know for a fact their has been issues with this in the past with agencies of van buren twp... Seeems suspicious. Attorneys are actually starting to take note of this as well.

Tom was so nice and helpful. He made a very stressful time a little easier. I'm grateful for the service and help he provided.

Car was impounded and I got it back without any problems price was fair nobody was mean or rude to me so give them a shot for yourself and don’t believe the reviews ?

I needed a tow this morning about 3:45 AM. I ended up with J & T Crova from Belleville. Tom the driver showed up promptly and had my car loaded in minutes. He drove to my mechanic in Canton then dropped me of at my house nearby. He was very polite and professional. I tried to tip him but he refused saying he is taken care of very well by the owners and it is their policy to not take tips. They are there to provide a great service and he certainly did. Tom is a credit to J & T Crova, he speaks well of the company and was outstanding. Something you do not see very often. I will keep their number if I ever need towing again.

I had gotten a flat tire on this -10 degree night and was stranded, so I called up JT Crova to see if they could help me out. Tom showed up in a very short amount of time and proceeded to save my night. He got the spare unsuspended from under the truck bed but the flat's rim was stuck, so he spent extra effort and patience to loosen it off. Despite the extreme cold, Tom worked diligently to get me back on the road and I'm very grateful I was lucky enough to have the JT Crova crew there to help me in my time of need. Thank you very much, Tom!

Charged $600 for 2 mile tow, and they won’t release the car until you pay that amount in full. They also will not give you an itemized receipt so there’s no way for your car insurance to reimburse you. They have a contract with the police department which keeps them in business to be able to run this type of corruption with zero repercussions.

Tom did a great job very professional, handled everything with care and got the job done. Great communication and pricing 10/10 would recommend.

This place is an absolute joke. They are trying to charge me $140 to get any items out of my vehicle INCLUDING MY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION which is absolutely ridiculous.

Will charge you to get your stuff out of the vehicle despite it being illegal to do so in Michigan by saying it covers the cost of releasing your vehicle. Even if you only want to get your stuff out they will make you pay in cash to get your stuff out and wont even give you an invoice or let you pay card because they know they shouldn’t be doing this. Do not go here. Got towed by them back in April and just found out about this being illegal, scamming company.

I got a flat tire and stuck on the highway waiting on AAA and police officer recommended JT crova for a tow, I called and I explained the situation that I have my ram 1500 which has a flat tire on the passenger right hand side, but I am hooked up to a 6 by 8 utility trailer, and usually in the past I was able to get a tow with a flatbed truck and both trailer and truck were able to be towed together if she could handle that. She must’ve not wanted any business or paperwork on her end cause she came back on the line and had a the audacity to tell me it would cost $2400 for.a tow to tow both 40 minutes away. Never in my Life Had to pay that amount for a tow, My husband drives a semi and can’t even get that amount going cross state lines. . If that is their rates I am in the wrong business

Very friendly staff, the girl behind the desk was very nice and friendly. The gentleman that let us in the back and showed us our car was super friendly and helpful.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! please post the recording because i’m posting the phone call of you violating my rights and cursing me out when i called and you tried to apologize because you said you MISHEARD! AND I HAD WITNESS! Also you tried to call chief which was a lie he can’t tell you what i did as a job got that on recording too. You messed up badly sir. So make sure you post. ?You can’t hold nobody vehicle because of how they talk, FREEDOM OF SPEECH! If you don’t like it find a different company to open, simple! When i worked for dpd i didn’t give a dang who cursed me out because i CHOSE THAT CAREER! Now what we both have recording and? By the looks at your company reviews this is a terrible company lol ? So i’m guessing everybody just lying right?

Had what seemed an impossible task needing to get a vehicle home that was sitting on the ground with no frame. Called JT Crova’s and they were amazing. They said they would send the professionals and boy did they deliver! The guys were very professional and used their equipment like they do this exact thing every day. So glad we called them!

me and my sister had a terrible experience with this towing company. The driver only had to tow her car about 3 minutes down the road, and the whole process took just a couple of minutes—but they still charged an outrageous fee. There was no breakdown of the cost, no clear explanation, just a plain rip-off. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation, and we wouldn’t trust them again. Total scam.

This company is an absolute scam. My car broke down in the middle of the road and the police called this towing service. The tow truck driver himself was polite, but the company completely took advantage of the situation. I was charged $325 for a 3 minute tow, literally in the same city, which is outrageous. Even the police officer who called them told me it shouldn’t have cost more than $200. I was literally stuck in the middle of the road, causing traffic, so I had no choice but to accept the tow. I was shocked when I was hit with the bill no breakdown of charges, no clear explanation, just an insanely inflated price. All they did was send an invoice stating that the hook/reel costed $325. I was told afterwards by many people that that shouldn’t have costed more than $150 MAX. This company clearly preys on people in vulnerable situations. I will never use them again, and I’m warning others to avoid them if you have any choice in the matter. Completely unethical and predatory business practices.

I have not used them for towing my rating is based on price. I called today needing a 12 mile tow from Belleville to Ypsilanti they said it would cost $425. I called another company right after and got the same tow for $155.

Keeping the highway safe! They were on site hauling away a fire burned semi tractor off the highway on a Tuesday afternoon in April. Plenty of safety and careful traffic protection. Getting a big job done well and quickly with all the necessary equipment and guys well marked with safety gear during a busy time of day! Thank you for keeping the highway safe and getting the traffic moving again as fast as possible .

They were so helpful when we got hit. They clearly informed us of what was needed to get our car returned to us quickly. All our belongings were safe in their well lit and secure yard.

Had a tow and needed to ride with. Service was quick, careful and complete. Everything I needed to do was explained over the phone. I am recovering from a knee replacement and the driver took the time to make sure I got in and out of the truck safely, totally over and above. Highly recommend.

Awesome towing experience. Broke down on the interstate around 4am. Reached out to my insurance to use the towing coverage. They didn’t send anyone for an hour. Started calling places my self. These guys picked up the phone within two beeps. Told me the price of the tow upfront. Came out within 15 minutes. Driver Tom was very professional and accommodating. Had 4x4 boards to load a low clearance car, proper wheel straps to secure the car to the flatbed without scratching the wheels. Loaded up and unloaded the car carefully, properly and efficiently. If you need a tow, call these guys. Fair price, truly professional service.

The only part of my expience that wasn't bad was the receptionist, she was nice and polite. My wife was in a car accident and the tow driver didn't give her a card so it was already difficult to track down several times the Belleville location said her car was not in the system after I told them it happened in canton they didn't transfer me so finally after finding the address I was able to go to the canton location and point to my wife's vehicle and once we confirmed it was heres we were treated like criminals while retrieving her belongings and taking pictures for insurance purposes.

I was very impressed with the way my entire situation was handled. The dispatcher was really polite and clear in his explanation of the process. The driver was WONDERFUL. I had to pay out of pocket and both gentleman were urging me to submit it to my insurance company. I would definitely use them again!!

The only reason I’m even giving this dump one star is the the driver of the wrecker. He was the only redeeming quality of this place. My brother hit black ice and flipped his truck last night and the driver was so helpful and kind. He responded very quickly and did everything he could to get the vehicle out of a very tight spot and keep everybody calm. He gave us all the information we needed to go and get our things out of the vehicle today. Well when we got there the receptionist at the counter was a complete nightmare of a miserable human being. My dad, my brother and I walked inside to speak with somebody and we were immediately met with a hateful attitude. My brother and I were immediately told to go outside, that my dad was the only one allowed in the building. The receptionist then proceeded to be very rude to my father and pretty much told him we aren’t getting to our vehicle until we jump through all these hoops and present all these different documents. I have dealt with several towing companies and have NEVER encountered this. We called our insurance company and they called her and she was incredibly rude to our insurance agent too. Our agent said in all the years she’s been doing this she has never encountered somebody so difficult and rude. It appears to me that this place seems to try to keep peoples cars when they recover them. We went to the police station to get one of the documents she claims she needs and the officer said “I’m really not sure why they need this or it’s necessary, but here you go. Good luck.” If you are in the south east Michigan area and ever need a wrecker service, call literally anybody else. They have been a complete nightmare to work with. If it weren’t for the driver being so great last night, I would literally leave zero stars.

I blew A tire after hitting a pothole .. the police sent these guys to tow my car , they were quick to come and tow my car to wherever I wanted !! Very nice customer service they saved me after a long night .. thanks guys !!!
