Nobody can answer the phone I been calling all day hell I’m still calling no answer but your automated system saying hold time should be no longer that 30sec whole time I been on the otp for 10mins waiting

Edit to add: staff at location were able to fix the issue and were very kind and apologetic for the mix up. Bought a right and left sided turbo for my Ford explorer, got two right sided turbos. Called to exchange, told my part would be in Monday, I go pick it up Tuesday (I live over an hr away), they can't find my part. Only thing available is still attached to a car. Told they would call me when it was ready, took 2 days. I drive back, do the exchange, drop off the part. Mechanic txts me, they gave me ANOTHER right sided turbo. Been on the phone off and on today, they still haven't found my part. Very frustrating that have to do another 3hr round trip for this thing.

I wish I could give a big fat zero ever since Fenix bought it out this place sucks they don't ever have parts and if they do they say they need about a week to go pull it and they no longer sell batteries or tires the new owners are gonna drive this place right into the ground and it's gonna end up closing all together

Awful service, they tell you parts will be delivered locally at a specific date and end up not being delivered, called in multiple times its been 3 days since my part was supposed to be sent out. Just get parts from LKQ these guys dont care about customer service

I previously purchased an engine from here for my 2012 Cadillac Escalade. I put it in myself about 3 and a half months ago and my car has been running like new ever since. When I say new I mean it feels like a brand new vehicle, lol. These guys really deserve a shout out. I was recommended here by another auto parts store and let me tell you, I was 100% satisfied. Thanks again.

The doors that I ordered were listed as damage free, drove for about 3 hours round-trip, driver's door had at least 3 hours of damage on it and the passenger door had significant rust in the bottom lip. The worker stated they were insurance quality parts. Left the parts and they stated it takes 5 to 10 days for a refund...UPDATE DAY 15 SINCE PURCHASE, STILL NO REFUND, STARTED DISPUTE WITH OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. 2nd Update 8-22-25...2 months later, Still in dispute, Fenix has the parts and my money. This has been very unpleasant to say the least. 3rd update 9-12-25... 3 months later we finally won the dispute and we have our money. Lesson learned

Didn't know much about this company cause I was hoping to deal with Fox U Pull, but decided to give it a shot. LB was great, and I have no reservations about my engine purchase. Obviously paid more than was expecting if I'd pulled it myself, but happy I went this route instead. Price was nothing crazy at all, well worth the asking price. Great job LB!

They sell you a reman engine and twice it's the wrong one and it fails the third time. They tell you to go deal with the company that made the engine. I've been buying engine and parts for years. I ran shops all my life and these guys suck. Never again

I talked to one of their sales associates named Ryan because I was looking for a fender for my truck. I explained to him that the reason I was looking for a fender was because mine had rust on it. He sold me a fender that had more rust than the one on my truck. When I asked if I could return the part all he said was “YES SIR JUST BRING BACK TO YARD YOU PICKED UP AT.” I didn’t receive any apology for the inconvenience. I had to take time off of work and I had to drive 40 minutes to their store to return the part. It’s almost been a month since I returned the part on 6/26 and I have not received a refund yet even though I’ve called multiple times to ask about the status of the refund. Everytime I ask, whoever picks up my call just asks me to provide my invoice number then they just transfer me over to Ryans line which then goes straight to his voicemail. Since the calls I made were no help I tried reaching out to Ryan personally through the number I was texting him though when I bought the part but he’s gone MIA. I’ve spent over $5,000 here and this is how they treat their customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for parts for their vehicle because this unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to wait this long for a refund when they should have made sure the part they were selling me was good in the first place.

Staff not helpful at all, I found on car part that they have a part im looking for, I tried calling and they won't pick up, I went there as soon as I explained the part I'm looking for they told me we don't have it, I showed them the stock number, they didn't even have any knowledge of what the part is, if u don't have certain parts at least answer your customers I drove for 40 minutes here for nothing

This is a joke of a company!! As they say be ready for great customer service I laughed hard! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with in customer service as consumer. I bought a front clip for $770 on 5/28/25. Was told it would be in Belleville next day. Had someone gonna grab it to save me trip, I live in St Clair Shores area, but was told it didn’t get there. Then could not get ahold of anyone on phone. Then went to get and was not as advertised, missing grill, way more scratches than picture and wiring was all cut to crap. So I refused the part and was told my refund would be credited by following day. Here it’s 6/13 and still no refund!! Tried calling past 5 days and get the run around and they sending emails and still nothing. I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVEN IF PART WAS FREE!! Amazing that they’re still in business.

If you want god awful service, then this is the place for you! ‐------------------------------------- Service ‐------------------------------------- Slow and inefficient, unlike the Fox Auto in the past. They told me 24 hours but it's been two days. I'm here now waiting for them to find the part they said was "ready." The sales rep at the counter was rude, Inexperienced and left out a lot of important stuff when they handled the order only resorting to the excuse the second time I came by to pickup the part that everything was pinned up on the walls... they have an encyclopedia of papers all over the walls requiring a lawyer to get all the details necessary to not get scammed on your orders. ‐------------------------------------- Pricing and scam fees ‐------------------------------------- Not only will they not honor the prices they quote you but they will jack up the prices with unexplainable "fuel fees" even if you are the one who drove 30 miles to pick the product up yourself. They have no answer for what the "fuel fee" is as the rude sales rep at the counter says "it's just something added to every invoice. There is no waiving it" Also don't hold your breath waiting to get your core fee back. Paid cash two days ago and they told me when I brought in core that the core fee will be mailed to me by check. ‐-------------------------------------

Called Wednesday for a grille. Ian said it’d be ready Friday if I paid upfront—so I did and also had to text a picture of my ID. Thursday, they told me the part was aftermarket. I said fine, even though I was paying $50 more than new online aftermarket parts. Asked if it changed the price—he said no. Friday, I asked if it was ready. Nope—now Monday. So I ordered it cheaper online and asked for a refund. Now I’m told 3–5 business days to get my money back. I’m a woman with no mechanical experience, and I removed the old grille in 10 minutes. They had two full days and couldn’t do the same. I was told they’re “understaffed.” That’s not my problem—it’s bad service. When I called Friday at 11am, they still had plenty of time to deliver before the end of the day, but chose to tell me to wait until Monday. You forced upfront payment for a part you couldn’t deliver in time. Then delayed the refund. That’s unacceptable and a slap in the face to customers who trusted you only to have their time completely disrespected. I deal with refunds daily—yours is the slowest I’ve ever seen. I won’t be back, and I won’t recommend you.

Have to start with the two different people I worked with at the pickup area were very nice. Beyond that, the experience has been abysmal. I called and ordered a liftgate with a stock number from car-part to make sure I got the right part. When it came from their peoria lot it was the wrong color. Called the salesman he said he'd get the right one in within 2 days. On the third day reached out and asked if it was in. He said it was. Went to pick it up and they had nothing there. Called the salesman and asked for a refund and got the gate from a different junkyard. (Same day, in the right color). 3 days later still waiting on a refund, no communication, so I filed a dispute with my credit card. What a joke. Should've known how fenix works when they closed the u-pull with absolutely no warning just a sign in the door.

I reached out to customer service and ordered a Fender with the fender flare and parking sensor attached. I only needed those two parts, but the rep said they don’t sell them separately. Undeterred, the rep found a Fender with the flare and sensor and sent me the link to pay. They said the item would be ready by morning. The next morning, I called to check on my order, but they said there was a mix-up and the item wasn’t ready. This was super frustrating because I only had a day to work on the car. I had to wait another day for it to arrive. When I went to pick it up the next morning, I was disappointed to find that it only had the fender without the flare or the sensor. I told the staff about this issue, but they all gave me blank stares. Their response was super unfriendly and seemed unwilling to help me. I asked them to check their yard for any other fender flares for my vehicle. I waited for half an hour, but they couldn’t find any. Since I didn’t need the fender, I asked for a refund. The staff told me to take my receipt to the front desk to process the refund. But I didn’t have my receipt because they took it from me when I first arrived. So, they all started frantically searching for it. When I returned to the front desk, I explained the situation to the staff, and they asked if the part was still in the yard. I confirmed that it was, and they said someone would come and tell the staff to process the refund. But I didn’t feel comfortable with their strange way of confirming my refund. I left the store feeling really disappointed and frustrated. To my dismay, it’s been over two weeks since I asked for the refund, and I still haven’t gotten it. I just sent an email to the company to get them to process my refund. I’m writing this review to share my experience and let others know how terrible it was. From the first phone call to the refund process, everything was just plain awful. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the company’s lack of customer service and attention to detail.

I called and made sure they had the part I was looking for. They confirmed they did, but when I got there I realized the salesman didn’t mention that they’d get in touch with me within 24 hours after I paid. I drove almost an hour there in a rental because I’m without my truck. The gal at the sales counter went into the back and had them pull it on the spot, I didn’t even have to ask! They were all very accommodating and polite. Not to mention the place is the cleanest parts store I’ve ever been in. I hope I don’t have the need but if I ever do, I’d make the drive again!

Have to say, this is the first time there since Fenix bought out fox, I was expecting to have to wait 2 days for the rim I needed. Gary took care of me, even went and got the rim himself for me. Awesome dude, awesome customer service

The online visual inventory makes it easier to search for parts needs. I just don't understand why a core charge is added for used bumper and fender.

They always have what we need, if not in "u-pull" in the parts and services department. And hats off to the workers on u-pull theyre always nice, helpful, and try to help in any way they can. Great people, great company, would recommend to family, friends, and anyone in need.

My first time at this establishment. I needed a tire rim for my old vehicle. It was a pleasure to come here. Clean place, friendly and professional employees, they found my part in another state, arrived as advertised. It was mounted at their place. Did I mention they have mechanics on site? Very happy with the service.

Called in to see if they had a driver side door glass for our Envoy, unfortunately someone smashed the window. They let me know they had one in stock and held it for me. Drove up and picked it up. Price was very reasonable, the window has scratches but it is used. All of the representatives were helpful and courteous.

******EDITED BELOW****** ~Initial Post: I feel very unhappy and unsatisfied with Fox Auto Parts. I feel like they overcharged me and misdiagnosed my vehicle. AFTER repair, drove the vehicle home, only for, a mere few minutes later, to start the vehicle and have the EXACT same issue I took it in for in the first place AND for the second time because the first part was "faulty", so they say. I'm standing here for the third time over the last 3 weeks waiting to find out if I'm going to have a vehicle to get my 4 children around in and get myself to work in the morning. Extremely angry. Never again. ******EDIT****** Originally, I gave this business a 1 star rating. After realizing how upset I was, Fox Auto's employees went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Not only did I have my car the very next day, all problems fixed and vehicle test driven for 10 miles, but they also had it washed and even put over a quarter tank of gas in it. I definitely feel 100% different about Fox Auto Parts. It's clear that they do value customer satisfaction, and that means everything. Thanks Fox, nicely done ?
