Absolutely top notch service at a great price! I just recently had serious brake issues and called there at noon-ish hoping to be able to get in and get fixed as I can't be without a vehicle. The owner answered and I explained my situation,(I was in town, caliper seized and another leaking) he told me bring it right in. Within 15 minutes of dropping it they were pulling it into the shop. I'm not sure how many vehicle services they had on the schedule that day, the parking lot was full of vehicles though. My truck was done Within two hours though! 😃 This was my first experience with them and I was not disappointed. Way to go Potter's!! 👏👏👏👏You have earned a return customer!
First time using Potter's! Grandmother, parents and grandmother in-law have been going here for auto repairs for some time! Highly recommend and have always been satisfied with service. Had an engine light on the dash board previously took it to O'Reilly's to have it put on a code reader and Potter's also came up with the exact same codes replaced 2 sensors was prompt on diagnostic and evaluation! Repairs were completed within Thursday morning to Friday. Great value, service and would recommend to anyone!
I’ve been taking my car here for a few years to have a rear end alignment done. I’ve gone through 11 tires, and had been wondering why my oil change place kept telling me I needed a rear alignment when I just had one done. When taking it to a better mechanic, I’ve found out I’ve never even had one done at all, need an part that has been over looked for YEARS which was the reason I was going through so many tires. Also that mechanic broke a wrench trying to get parts off to fix my car. Women beware.
First time here and they fixed everything they said they would in an appropriate amount of time. The work appears to be top notch and they want to follow up with me to make sure everything was going ok and no problems. Definitely plan on going to them again in the future.
These people keep working until they figure out what the problem is, fix it at an affordable price. I trust them with all my vehicles. Domestic and foreign.
