Purchased Freon kit to recharge my ac. Hooked it up to my truck and immediately realized that wasn’t the issue. Manager Bob refused to return the $135 kit. 0 stars. Horrible customer service. I will take my business across the street

It was absurd the amount that the market was from a dealership cost to a guy on the street cost. It'll get you out of a pinch, but usually I just buy online.

I should've gone to Advanced instead. An older gentleman that works there was not helpful at all! Told me to Google the directions!! I had never been in an O'Reilly's before, needless to say, first impressions mean everything, never again! The only reason the second star is posted is because the two younger employees, unfortunately, were on the phone and both were shaking their heads at him plus the store was tidy.

Nice clean place, the items are easy to find as they are displayed on the shelves in the show room. The prices are reasonable and the people are friendly and willing to help you.
I purchase a lot of parts for our 1995 Airstream Land Yacht Class A here, not necessarily for the motorhome, but for the Chevy chassis underneath. They always have knowledgeable staff that will always strive to give me what I'm looking for, they also charge batteries for free, check the status of a battery, and extend themselves outside the shop to perform check engine lights that may be annoying the driver for free, amongst other things that they do. I only give them a four due to not all light bulbs will be replaced, it's due to the placement of the bulb and ease of use to replace said bulb.
They need to get pple in there that knows how to give you the right parts. I always get the wrong ones and have to turn around and go back for the right ones
