Great Service here! Showed up minutes after the call! My driver got stock in the mud (semi truck), i was told one price initially, then after he was pulled out they said we will charge less since it wasn't that bad! Thank you for the help!
My son need tow service and I called our Good Sam Roadside assistance. After waiting 2 hours and calling them twice during that time. They notified me saying they could not secure service. It would have to between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. I called Zeeland Towing and was placed on hold for 25 minute waiting for a quote. I then called Romeyn's from another phone. He said he would be there in 30 - 45 minutes. He also quoted me the price on the phone. He was there in 30 minutes. This is the best road side assistance I have had.
Would highly recommend. Jim was able to pull my truck out with extreme precision and expertise. Very polite and helpful. Truck wasn’t damaged. Reasonable pricing and super friendly!

It was my birthday and I was working and my vehicle slid off a steep, narrow, and unshoveled driveway and needed to be lifted out. I was completely distraught after having recently moved to the area from Madrid, Spain, to be with my cancer-ridden mother and this gentleman was quick and efficient about getting me out and back on the roads so i could keep working.
Jim saved the day. The roadside assistance I contacted through my insurance company let me down. I was referred to Jim when I decided to take matters into my own hands and contact a local company for a tow. Jim was quick, so very kind, and got my vehicle towed out of a very tight spot. His expertise is superior I highly recommend Romeyn’s Service, Inc.
Jim literally saved what was left of my day. I had gone through Allstate Motor Club who had assigned a different tow company initially to help me out. To make a long story short, they never up showed after my waiting for over 3 hours and to add insult to injury they said they had come out to the pick up
spot and that I was not there which was not true. I was there the whole time and they never even tried to call me which mashed me think they never tried.
Anyway Allstate then had to start over from scratch and luckily sent out Jim with Romeyn’s Tow Service. He got to me within a half hour of my ordering the service. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He hooked my truck up, towed it to my mechanic with zero issues. After such a crappy experience with the first company, Romeyn’s was a sigh of relief on a tough day. I would recommend Jim’s company to anyone in the Holland/Grand rapids area. From my experience he will not let you down, only your car after the tow!

After spending over three stressful hours on the side of the interstate, calling every service we could find within a 20-mile radius, we finally got the help we desperately needed. James, our roadside assistance tech, was a true lifesaver.
Despite us being completely lost tourists (with poor location info), James stayed calm, responded quickly, and found us fast. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and had our blown tire changed in just 15 mins on a very busy highway, no less. What really stood out was his care for our safety: he had my children and me stay safely inside the car while he worked efficiently outside.

My car was stuck at the end of our driveway, partially on a busy road. The driver came over quickly and even backed my car up my long unplowed driveway since I was watching my twin grandbabies and couldn't come outside to move it! Amazing customer service! Highly recommend!
Jim was our hero when my son needed a tow on a slippery, icy evening when his car literally got stuck on top of a road sign after taking the sign down. We needed a hook truck to get the car lifted off sign- not just a flatbed tow truck- and Jim came to the rescue! Jim arrived quickly, got the car unstuck and took care of the insurance claim. My son, upon returning home, said “that went about as well as it possibly could have.” Thank you Jim!

Romeyn’s was amazing! I got a flat tire on I-196 on my way to a marathon and was under a time crunch to both get my race packet and get to a service station to get my tire fixed! I called multiple towing services, but Romeyn’s was the only one willing to help me in a reasonable time frame. Within an hour from when I called, my torn tire had been removed, my spare was aired up and installed, THOROUGH instructions had been given to ensure I didn’t exceed the recommended speed on the spare and I was given assistance with safe passage back into traffic on the interstate. Superior customer service, super responsive and fair price…..highly recommend this company if you’re in need of roadside assistance in the Holland MI area!
My F-350 broke down pulling a good size enclosed trailer full of supplies for our local Boy Scout Troop. Romeyn's were out to our rescue in a very reasonable time and pulled the truck/trailer combo to the local Meijer parking lot for a very reasonable price. Great service and a fair price.
