Well I will say I did not go there it was cheaper to all the way from south holland all the way to south kent dump the two axle is 199 to dump they don't care if 5 pounds or 10000 pounds.... so yeah know this place will rip you off more the any other landfill in the next three countries.
WM started out great but within 12 months we lost our representative and every chance they had to catch our lids open a few inches so they could bill us an extra $250 was taken even though the missed the pickup causing the overage.
The pricing here is crazy! They don’t have the ability to weight. It doesn’t matter how big your load is, you are paying crazy amounts. Also trying to get ahold of someone for questions is near impossible.
It was awful , first of all there's no way to find out the price until you get there I paid 197$ for 800 lbs of trash I will never go back there zero stars
Signed up for service, had to sign a service agreement, already have service for a property literally across the street, waited for container to be delivered on the date promised. No show, get an email a day after container was supposed to be delivered saying Waste Management doesn't proved service in my area. Even though I have service with them across the street and the truck drives by my property after servicing my existing account. So yes they get zero stars.
Very dissatisfied with the Waste Management cancellation process. The woman was rude when I questioned the 90 day cancellation policy that was not very clear when I signed up and on top of that they also wanted to charge me outrageous dumpster pickup fees. Do not recommend, there are plenty of other local companies out there that will treat you right!!
The account rep is good, professional and always willing to help. The issue is with the drivers, missed pickups and a knack by the company to nickle and dime you by charging you overage fees.
$120 flat rate no matter how little you bring in?? It’s atrocious here. You can literally bring in one broken screen door in your pickup truck - $120. It’s so ridiculous here. I’ve never seen prices ran like here before. Save your money and go elsewhere!! Coopersville, Apple Ave, Kent County. Much cheaper. They do it right and charge by weight.
$143 per truckload when everyone else charges by weight. Less than 500 pounds of trash costs a quarter of that anywhere else. This place needs a reality check.
Ridiculous. I just needed to drop off 3 big garbage bags of household garbage. It seems that the charge for that is $91.00?!?! I tried calling, since there aren't any humans onsite, apparently, but the phone AI wasn't helpful. I'll never try this company again.
READ BEFORE YOU GO!! There is a reason there are NO prices on their website, and it shows in their reviews. They are 3 to 4 times higher than everyone else. $120 for a standard pickup truck load. I was going to work in GR, and dropped at Richmond Street Transfer for a mere $30. Don't waste your gas or hard earned $$$$ with these guys.
Nice people, for sure. Really, no reflection on the staff. The prices though, they are insane. Once I heard them, I turned around. I should have known with WM. I had a sliding door, some household buckets, and a box spring. Nothing liquid or unusual at all. Normal stuff, and not a lot. They have a flat rate for a truck (Ram 1500) or any single axle utility trailer of $120.00. Yup...$120.00. $120.00. No consideration for weight minimums..it all starts at $120.00. Never will I go there again, or refer another to do so. Cheaper to drive to Apple Ave in MKG.
The auto pay system charged my account twice and they wouldn’t fix the situation or even admit they were wrong. Horrible customer service and out dated payment system.
$62.00 to dump a 5’ x 9’ trailer of tree branches and leaves! Based on all of the feedback I just found here, it sounds like they should at least post their pricing structure on their website to give their customers fair warning before they show up there with Coopersville as their next best option. Boys and Girls, this is known as HIGHWAY ROBBERY
Very expensive, I paid over $100 for one truck load or railroad ties. Inconsistent, not well trained apparently since I returned to drop off more railroad ties two weeks later and was told they don't accept them. Go to Coopersville dump, much cheaper and no inconsistencies on what is accepted based on who is working that day.
WAY over priced, coopersville dump is 43$ whereas Arumn hills is over 150$ for identical loads. Same exact service, save yourself 100 bucks and go there.
completely outrageous on how much it cost just to pick up a container I had to pay $90 just for them to pick up my container because I wanted to cancel since we were moving I will not be referring anyone to waste management.....
